Great service despite a problem - Malibu
I recently brought in a 2010 Malibu for new brakes. During the service, the Commonwealth crew noticed that my headlight had lost hermiticity so that it would not pass inspection. They ordered another one which was mistakenly shipped to another recipient. Guy from Commonwealth kept me aware of the status of the issue over a two day period so despite that I have to bring the car back when the new headlight arrives, I am very satisfied with the service.

The team at Deluca usually does a good job - we’ve had our Acadia for 10 years and 170,000 miles and have serviced our vehicle exclusively at Deluca for the last 9 Years. Generally we’ve been very happy with the service. The car isn’t as reliable as a Honda or a Toyota but service experience generally is good to very good. This last visit I brought the car in for a issue that I unfortunately need to return for which is difficult given my work schedule. I’m sure they will address issue to satisfaction - they always do. Just inconvenient this time.

I had an awesome experience working with Travis Soucy. I don't know the first thing about cars, so I easily get stressed out when car problems come up. Travis was incredibly friendly and genuine, went above and beyond to help me, and explained things clearly without making me feel dumb or out of place. Easily the most comfortable and seamless experience I've ever had with car stuff.
"Honed" - Disappointed
My vehicle was transported to Woodworth Chevrolet with a engine problem. The service department told me that the engine block was cracked and that my Corvette Z06 needed a new engine. With the warranty expired I was informed the repair cost would be fifteen thousand dollars.($15,000) Sick over the loss I sold the vehicle to the dealership. About one year later a service person slipped up and told me that the engine that was in my former car was sent out to be "honed". The engine block was not cracked, as it was sent out to be machined. The engine cylinders were scratched when the intake or exhaust valves fell inside the combustion chambers. I have come to understand that defective valve seals is a common problem with LS7 engines. GM/Chevrolet has done nothing to correct this problem. I trusted these people and they took advantage of me. Be very careful when doing business with these people I lost twenty thousand dollars over this unfortunate situation,

I Called to make an appointment for my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for an issue with the GPS and on star not having signal. Made an appointment a few days prior for a 3 PM diagnostic visit which I was going to pay out of my pocket not under warranty. I work an hour away and had to notify my work that I would be leaving and hour early and using vacation time to make this appointment only to find that when I showed up they could not take me because they were too busy even though I scheduled an appointment. They offered to leave my truck which I cannot do And can look at it the next day at their convenience not mine.

Disappointed/ Disgusted Worst customer service EVER! – I was very disappointed/ disgusted with the way my car was handled and the service they say they had giving me! I had been in a car accident where some person had read ended me I drive a Acura MDX it has 2 exhaust pipe one of the pipe was so badly destroyed my truck smell like something was burning I was so afraid of carbon monoxide. The other side was not as destroyed but you could see that it was hit, The progressive underwriting person at the Gate City Collision will have the shop staff search your car to find anything that could be used against having progressive Insurance from paying, I quote one of the shop mechanic found a can of fix a flat in the trunk of your car there fore we are not going to pay for the tire since its proof that I had issues with my tired in the past therefor that is accident related Progressive will not paid , part of the exhaust is showing some scene of rust there for its not accident related Progressive will not paid every time I turn around and got a call from this Caitlyn person it was is not accident related Progressive will not paid, the latch on your trunk door will not released it look like you had pre existing condition there for its not accident related Progressive will not paid rep from the shop called me 4 times to get an answer about me paying OOP and I didn’t feel that the estimate they had provided me with for the truck door which I had open that same morning that I drop my car off to get my belonging out I got a call that they could not open the trunk and that they will have to force it open and it will add to my OOP but that it WAS NOT ACCIDENT RELATED PER CAITLYN.
BUT THE BEST PART YET
My car WAS left a mess and apart with parts everywhere in the back!
THE TRUNCK DOOR PANEL/ TAIL GATE LIGHT/SPOILER AND OTHER PARTS WORE JUST LEFT THERE IT LOOKS LIKE I HAD A LOCAL JUCK YARD WORK IN MY TRUCK… since I didn’t go with their estimate to fix this door latch that supposedly was not accident related. I didn’t know my car was going to left that way and when I ask one of the shop rep that it was progressive fault because s they would not include repairs for this door, so now I am driving back home with an ice storm for an hour with a door that is being held by duck tape since I could not missed another day of work.
overall I will make sure that if I ever find my self in a similar situation and where my vehicle needs repair and your names Caitlyn P Griffin / Gate City Collision comes up that will be my REDFLAG Overall it was the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I wish I had read some of the reviews on Gate City Collision before bringing my vehicle to them. There were so many negative reviews, some depicting my EXACT scenario showing that this is how they routinely do business. Then confirming it all, I found they have the negative rating of D on the BBB. I hope that people out there read this review because it will save you over a month of aggravation and disappointment. Plus there are far better rated auto body collision places in the Nashua, NH area. This is also a notice for all the insurance companies that deal with Gate City since they will lie and manipulate to make themselves look good at your expense. Beware

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

Purchased a 2007 Suburban from McMulkin with the extended warranty (as it was pushing 85K miles). I was ok with that. but from day one, I had issues with the vehicle. It went in to their service department 5 times for the same issue (Stabilitrack). Finally they suggested I pay over $2000 and the problem would be fixed (since the warranty only covered one lifter being serviced, they recommended I do the others since the engine will be open). I am a fan of preventative maintenance and needed this car to be running well. So I paid for the additional service. Within 30 miles of the getting the truck back, the light was back on! What exactly did I spend $2000 on?!?! Also then learned the EXACT same job had been done on the same truck by the same dealership less than 14 months prior. I took it back AGAIN. They told me they test drove it over 250 miles without any issue. When I got the truck back, the odometer indicated it had been driven less than 50.
You can buy a car there (Salespeople will tell you whatever you want to hear). But I would NEVER take a vehicle there to be serviced. They are liars and crooks.
