Jameel is nice - mashimaro
All staff were very helpful. The process went smooth. Jameel kindly dropped my purchase to my front door. First time to do business with this dealership and so far so good. Will try out their service soon.

Bought a 2017 Chevy express van from Gervais Ford in Ayer MA. I worked with Lisa who was friendly and, accomadating. She was quick to answer all guestions I had about the van etc. She gave me a fair trade on my vehicle and worked to get me into my new van as quickly as possible. I was very pleased with the service, price and timeliness Lisa gave me at Gervais Ford of Ayer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Be advised that the service team at Wall`s Ford is top notch. Respectful and courteous along with automotive skill. Did old school thousand mile oil change on new 2018 Edge. Not our first truck purchase experience with this Dealer - dca
Salesperson Bob Morrissette went above and beyond to find the exact F150 we were looking to purchase. It came from another state, arrived when promised and our purchase experience was completed within a couple of hours. We received a crash course on the vehicle and electronics and drove home. There was a crack in some molding which no one noticed on purchase day. But when notified, F of L promptly ordered the piece and scheduled the repair. We had great experience at F of L when we purchased vehicles there before which is why we returned to make this purchase. Excellent!
Still great! - Grady
We have bought several cars from Unique Ford over the years, and will continue to do so. Joe Martin sets the standard for customer service. He updated us on the status of the model we were looking for, found us the car we wanted, and then had his staff work with us upon delivery. Our salesperson, Joseph, even came in on his day off to ensure our car was just what we wanted and to walk us through all the features. We are so lucky to be able to work with such a professional team!
Rude, Inattentive Staff; Worst Experience Ever - adamkim
My entire experience with Stoneham Ford was dreadful. Their sales staff members, Lisa Canha and Chris Santarpio, were both unresponsive and would ignore my emails. I would ask them for information and not hear back from them despite the fact that I showed great interest in purchasing one of their high end vehicles. Chris Santarpio attempted to make me believe that once the current promotion ended, there would be no more promotions which we all know is a lie.
The sales manager was very insulting. He attempted to lowball me on my trade-in vehicle, offering far below the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, even after admitting the vehicle was in excellent condition. On top of that, he was very rude in trying to tell me what I wanted in a vehicle rather than letting me decide for myself.
The dealership was not willing to negotiate price and let a $50K+ sale on a year old vehicle slip through their fingers knowing full well the new models would be arriving any day. This dealership has more vehicles than they know what to do with, which isn’t surprising since it’s obvious they don’t know how to sell them.
Didn’t buy a car but they were very helpful! - Karatesoftball
Had contacted the dealership to see if they wanted to purchase a car from me. Which is rather unorthodox. However Stephanie whom I felt throu email with was VERY HELPFUL! She was very quick to respond and friendly. Even though I did not complete a deal with them the service was great.
Just go someplace else - Justacarowner
Once they sell u the car good luck for any service u need after it. It 90% of the time a pass the buck game. The ONLY good thing about that dealership was the woman who sold me the car Nancy. It's unfortunate that from the time I purchased my vechile there in 2013 that the service department is still just as uncoordinated, rude, and irresponsible. If your looking for a complete expereince which includes quality service after the car has been sold to you, this is not the place.
Bonnell Ford, what car buying should be like. - JoshB
My wife was recently in the market for a Ford Fiesta and after some searching around on autotrader we found a certified preowned 2014 Fiesta at Bonnell Ford. We contacted them through autotrader and got in touch with Bill Kerns. He was an amazing salesman to deal with during the entire process.
We agreed to test drive the car the next morning (Sunday) and told him we had a 2 hour commute and would show up at noon when the dealer opened. He assumed we would leave a bit early anticipating traffic, so when we arrived 20 minutes early, he was not only there waiting for us, he already had the car around front for us to look at and offered refreshments.
We took it out for a quick test drive, he thoroughly went over the cars features inside and out. He even gave us some time alone outside with the car so we could discuss it privately. Once we decided we wanted it the negotiation went super smoothly. He never used any high pressure sales tactics or tried to convince to get things we didn't need. He simply laid out the options, answered questions and let us decide. I said it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had and he said that's how it should be. We were in and out in a few hours.
When we arrived to pick up the car it was clean, tanked up and ready to go. Bill even went over the car one last time, helped my wife sync her phone before the drive home and asked if we had any more questions before sending us on our way.
Out of the 4 car dealer transactions I have had over the years this was by far the best. I can't recommend them enough. They were super nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I can't say I have a single complaint about the entire process. Great customer service, nice cars, fair prices, what more could you ask for.
Despite the distance from my house I will be returning to Bonnell when it comes time to trade in my F-150, it's worth the drive.
Complete waste of time! - adamkim
I wasted close to 4 hours at this dealership today, in addition to driving 45 minutes each way. First, they didn't have the vehicle I was interested in seeing despite the fact that Ford.com indicated that they did have it. They told me they would get it and that we could work out a deal in the meantime.
The dealer/sales manager refused to come down very much from the sticker price. He gave me one offer and would absolutely not budge from it. When I asked them to throw in some extras to seal the deal, he wouldn't do that either.
I told him the price I am willing to pay, which was just $1300 off from the price they wanted to sell it for and they refused so they lost the sale.
On top of that, the sales rep lied about the protection package they sell. They offer a package called ResistAll NG which costs $1,000 and is supposed to protect the interior and exterior of your car from damage. As he’s trying to sell me on the product, he says that someone can literally key your car door and if they cannot fix it, they will replace the car door. I looked over the brochure and nowhere does it mention that it covers scratches. So I asked him if he’s sure it covers scratches. He said yes and I told him the brochure does not mention anything about scratches, to which he replied it does not cover scratches then. I would have spent $1,000 to get this and it wouldn’t have even covered what he claimed it did. His sales pitch was very misleading to say the least.
During the 4 hours I was there, only one other customer showed up and they also walked out after being refused a good deal on a new vehicle. Two customers, no sales. I can't help but wonder how this dealership even stays in business.
Edit: Five days after my initial visit, they left me a voicemail asking if I wanted to still buy the vehicle and to call them back to work out a deal. When I called them back, they quoted me a price that was HIGHER than the price that I declined originally. This dealership is a complete joke!
6/5 stars! - Nick1659
I drive past several other Ford dealers just to come to Ipswich Ford. The staff here is the absolute best Ford has to offer. I was actually all set to get rid of my Ford until I decided to try Ipswich just to see if they're better than the others.
They are! Go here!

Do not follow through with promises - tgsnh
I was told I would see a $70 rebate in the 4-6 weeks after buying 4 tires for my truck. It's 5 months later and still don't have it. Called asking about it, no return call. Scheduled service, brought my truck in and asked about it, was told we'll get back to you within a week.....a month later, I call and escalate to the Director of Service Dan Woods - I leave him a VM - it's been 3 weeks and still no call. I have spent a boatload of money here over the 7 years of owning my truck - no level of service!
Worst Service Department. Poor customer service - Ford owner
Our company van goes in for service and the issue is never fixed. When returned for the same repair over and over again they seem to find other issues. I believe they are created by their crappy techs. They promise a date it will be ready but it never is.... They always have an excuse as other problems arrive. When you try to call the service no one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back. The sad part is the Service manager is one of the owners and he doesn't care. Very poor customer service and we have been a long time customer.. That is now in the past as we will no longer be using Danvers Ford anymore. We will now start to go to KELLY FORD In Beverly.
DON'T GO HERE! - Autobot
My wife and I were in the market for new vehicles she was interested in the fusion and I, in the F150. The sales men we met was young and seems uninterested in making a deal from the very beginning probably because it was a Saturday evening and we were his last customers. He took our credit information and we discussed options we were interested in. Dealing with me for the F150 I low balled him saying I wanted to get an F150 for around $300 a month and he scoffed and simply said that that was unattainable and after that he didn't even entertain the deal further. When dealing with my wife he came back with the appraisal of her trade and gave us information on one 2017 fusion. No mention of any lease deals, incentives, money down or used fusions on the lot. Just one piece of paper with information for us about one vehicle. I asked about a used one to which he replied they are outside. We took a walk around the lot and asked him to take a look at how the payments would look on one of the used fusions. He was dismissive and told us he would run the numbers and get back to me Monday. I then asked if he could do this for a couple of uses fusions, some of the used ones were different packages and model years. He proceeded to leave directly after us. I received a call Monday mid morning and he told me he only ran the numbers for one of the models I asked about and I told him thank you for his time and hung up. As someone with a customer service background I do not find it difficult to give people options and information about what they are interested in. The sales men was not friendly or understanding about what we were trying to do. Avoid Drum Hill Ford, try Stoneham Ford in MA or Salem Ford in NH.
