I began my search for a new Ford Explorer on the Ford of Londonderry website and found the perfect Explorer for my wife. The description of the vehicle and the color was so exact that my wife and I was amazed. The internet representative (Terry) responded to my request for a quote within minutes. Terry included all the Ford incentives and discounts I was eligible for as well as an estimated value for our trade. Her final internet estimate was within $500.00 of our final acceptance for purchase. Terry set up an appointment via internet to meet with a sales person. Upon arrival at the dealer I was greeted by the sales manager which he called the internet representative Terry to meet me and then I was assigned to the sales representative Bob Morissette to close the deal. Bob Morissette was very professional and had all the internet data required to close the deal. The time to close the deal was less than 30 minutes and was extremely painless. Bob made himself available to deliver the Explorer to fit our schedule. At the delivery day Bob synced my wife's cell phone with the new vehicle and spent all the time we needed to go over all the options available in the Explorer. Bob was very patient and very professional. The overall new purchase experience at Ford of Londonderry was stress free, enjoyable and satisfying.

He updated us on the status of the model we were looking for, found us the car we wanted, and then had his staff work with us upon delivery. Happy with vehicle. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Little to no communication with customer. Doesn’t keep standard parts in stock. Simple CV axle boot repair and don’t have replacement part?! Don’t recommend servicing your vehicle here. Once mine is no longer under warranty- I won’t be.

My wife was recently in the market for a Ford Fiesta and after some searching around on autotrader we found a certified preowned 2014 Fiesta at Bonnell Ford. We contacted them through autotrader and got in touch with Bill Kerns. He was an amazing salesman to deal with during the entire process.
We agreed to test drive the car the next morning (Sunday) and told him we had a 2 hour commute and would show up at noon when the dealer opened. He assumed we would leave a bit early anticipating traffic, so when we arrived 20 minutes early, he was not only there waiting for us, he already had the car around front for us to look at and offered refreshments.
We took it out for a quick test drive, he thoroughly went over the cars features inside and out. He even gave us some time alone outside with the car so we could discuss it privately. Once we decided we wanted it the negotiation went super smoothly. He never used any high pressure sales tactics or tried to convince to get things we didn't need. He simply laid out the options, answered questions and let us decide. I said it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had and he said that's how it should be. We were in and out in a few hours.
When we arrived to pick up the car it was clean, tanked up and ready to go. Bill even went over the car one last time, helped my wife sync her phone before the drive home and asked if we had any more questions before sending us on our way.
Out of the 4 car dealer transactions I have had over the years this was by far the best. I can't recommend them enough. They were super nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I can't say I have a single complaint about the entire process. Great customer service, nice cars, fair prices, what more could you ask for.
Despite the distance from my house I will be returning to Bonnell when it comes time to trade in my F-150, it's worth the drive.

My F-150 had to come back to various Ford dealers during the warranty period. My experiences at Autofair were mixed overall, but the truck finally got fully sorted & I received a loaner a good chunk of the time. Most of the work was done well too with decent communication.
The bar is low for Ford dealer service departments so don't expect much from any of them. Autofair is decent though not perfect.

I drive past several other Ford dealers just to come to Ipswich Ford. The staff here is the absolute best Ford has to offer. I was actually all set to get rid of my Ford until I decided to try Ipswich just to see if they're better than the others.

I took my Ford in as a piece of the plastic from the windshield flew off on the highway. Jason took care of me and went above and beyond. The cause of the problem was having my a new windshield put in from a windshield company that my insurance had me go through. They broke a piece of plastic and glued it back on not telling me.
Jason handled it all for me dealing with the gentlemen at the company .

My wife and I were in the market for new vehicles she was interested in the fusion and I, in the F150. The sales men we met was young and seems uninterested in making a deal from the very beginning probably because it was a Saturday evening and we were his last customers. He took our credit information and we discussed options we were interested in. Dealing with me for the F150 I low balled him saying I wanted to get an F150 for around $300 a month and he scoffed and simply said that that was unattainable and after that he didn't even entertain the deal further. When dealing with my wife he came back with the appraisal of her trade and gave us information on one 2017 fusion. No mention of any lease deals, incentives, money down or used fusions on the lot. Just one piece of paper with information for us about one vehicle. I asked about a used one to which he replied they are outside. We took a walk around the lot and asked him to take a look at how the payments would look on one of the used fusions. He was dismissive and told us he would run the numbers and get back to me Monday. I then asked if he could do this for a couple of uses fusions, some of the used ones were different packages and model years. He proceeded to leave directly after us. I received a call Monday mid morning and he told me he only ran the numbers for one of the models I asked about and I told him thank you for his time and hung up. As someone with a customer service background I do not find it difficult to give people options and information about what they are interested in. The sales men was not friendly or understanding about what we were trying to do. Avoid Drum Hill Ford, try Stoneham Ford in MA or Salem Ford in NH.
