Great Dealership - Summit Supply
For our small business we had previously purchased a number of Ford vehicles from Londonderry Ford. Bob Morissette in sales was always very thorough, organized & professional and Chuck Cote in financing was the same. Then when the new style of vans came to market we opted to make a change with brands and changed dealerships. After two years and six vehicles with the other brand & dealership, the ongoing service work was poor and overly lengthy in time. So, when I called Londonderry Ford to inquire about the Transits, I was quite pleased to work again with Bob and Chuck. We won’t stray again from this Ford dealership. Two thumbs up.

Great Experience - ChelseaGraves
Great experience with Wall’s Ford dealership! When I first contacted them about a car listing, I received an email and phone call within 24 hours. Once at the dealership, Mike was an excellent salesman and very helpful in the car buying process. Everyone at Wall’s Ford is very friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. The car itself is in great shape and was a great price. I’ve only ever owned Fords and have never been disappointed. Due to the DMV being closed that day and not having VT license plates to put on the car, I was unable to drive the car home that day - which was unfortunate since I live about 2.5 hours away. The owner of Wall’s Ford, John Wall, happened to be visiting my area a few days later and kindly offered to drive my car down! That was exceptional and truly above and beyond. After he drove my car down, he even filled the gas tank for me. I would proudly recommend this dealership to anyone I know; they truly want you to have a pleasant experience there and work hard to ensure you do. Thank you Wall’s Ford!

Being Coming Here 25 Years - Bill F
I've been coming here since 1990 when I bought my first Explorer (a 1991 model). Never had a problem. The people have changed, my salesman Bill retired but I'm sure I'll find a new one when I need it. Go for service three times a year. Dave and Dan are fine. Service is done on time. Occasional problems with the old guy who sits in the corner of the showroom but you only need deal with him to approve a deal when you buy. Took my neighbor there and she was ready to buy but her loan didn't go thru but that's not their problem. Would recommend to anyone.
went the extra - edmccormick
They called back when they were able to negotiate a better deal, they really went the extra mile to make me happy. My wife and I are very happy with the service we received. This is the third car we've purchased at Salem.
Bonnell Ford, what car buying should be like. - JoshB
My wife was recently in the market for a Ford Fiesta and after some searching around on autotrader we found a certified preowned 2014 Fiesta at Bonnell Ford. We contacted them through autotrader and got in touch with Bill Kerns. He was an amazing salesman to deal with during the entire process.
We agreed to test drive the car the next morning (Sunday) and told him we had a 2 hour commute and would show up at noon when the dealer opened. He assumed we would leave a bit early anticipating traffic, so when we arrived 20 minutes early, he was not only there waiting for us, he already had the car around front for us to look at and offered refreshments.
We took it out for a quick test drive, he thoroughly went over the cars features inside and out. He even gave us some time alone outside with the car so we could discuss it privately. Once we decided we wanted it the negotiation went super smoothly. He never used any high pressure sales tactics or tried to convince to get things we didn't need. He simply laid out the options, answered questions and let us decide. I said it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had and he said that's how it should be. We were in and out in a few hours.
When we arrived to pick up the car it was clean, tanked up and ready to go. Bill even went over the car one last time, helped my wife sync her phone before the drive home and asked if we had any more questions before sending us on our way.
Out of the 4 car dealer transactions I have had over the years this was by far the best. I can't recommend them enough. They were super nice and you can tell they care about their customers. I can't say I have a single complaint about the entire process. Great customer service, nice cars, fair prices, what more could you ask for.
Despite the distance from my house I will be returning to Bonnell when it comes time to trade in my F-150, it's worth the drive.
Return Customer! - CTC Envision
I've been impressed with the fast service and sales at the Nashua location. As a business owner, time is extremely valuable to me and Best Ford Nashua was able to assist me quickly with the last two work vehicles I purchased. I received great pricing and no nonsense sales.
It's a hit or miss... - sam8917
Great sales personnel and customer service, but when it comes to the Service Center, mechanics need more training. I'm not a mechanic but I had my doubts about 2-3 issues with my brand new Explorer that I purchased from Auto Fair Ford (Manchester) and felt the need to address it to my service adviser who's very nice and understanding. He addressed my concerns to the mechanic on duty that day who concluded that there's no issues with the vehicle. Not too convinced, I took my Explorer to LondonDerry Ford who confirmed my suspicions by fixing the problems.
Plus 7-8 months after I bought my brand new 2015 Ford Explorer at Auto Fair Ford (Manchester) I had issues with the radio and the manager at that time was very tough to deal with and after looking into it he concluded that something's wrong with the radio and refused to replace it even though it's still under warranty. When I realized that there's no resolution in sight, to safe myself the headache and feeling bad for the poor embarrassed salesman who's stuck in the middle, I went ahead with new paperwork and paid more money to exchange it for the 2016 model.
To me it was worth it to stick with Ford and get rid of my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (Chrysler) that I puechased brand new and started having issues 3 months after I bought it. Based on my experience with Chrysler, the company does not care about the consumer. It's products are made with very poor workmanship, dangerous, deadly to the buyer and depreciates the second you buy it and drive it off the dealer's parking lot.
My grandfather used to say:" Ford is the mother of the poor and Chrysler makes you poor."
Because of the rude manager and the inexperienced mechanic I gave the dealership three stars...
PS: Five Stars for sales people.
very friendly not pushy - twcunningham

Good Old School Service - MiataSteve
Old school Service Department, no frills. But I couldn't be happier. I bought my F250 elsewhere and started going to Danvers ford because it is the closest. They treat me like a long term customer. The one time the truck wasn't ready as promised for routine service they took care of me. I had to use the body shop last winter and again great to deal with, just don't expect anything more that a body shop....no BS "customer experience" stuff.
DON'T GO HERE! - Autobot
My wife and I were in the market for new vehicles she was interested in the fusion and I, in the F150. The sales men we met was young and seems uninterested in making a deal from the very beginning probably because it was a Saturday evening and we were his last customers. He took our credit information and we discussed options we were interested in. Dealing with me for the F150 I low balled him saying I wanted to get an F150 for around $300 a month and he scoffed and simply said that that was unattainable and after that he didn't even entertain the deal further. When dealing with my wife he came back with the appraisal of her trade and gave us information on one 2017 fusion. No mention of any lease deals, incentives, money down or used fusions on the lot. Just one piece of paper with information for us about one vehicle. I asked about a used one to which he replied they are outside. We took a walk around the lot and asked him to take a look at how the payments would look on one of the used fusions. He was dismissive and told us he would run the numbers and get back to me Monday. I then asked if he could do this for a couple of uses fusions, some of the used ones were different packages and model years. He proceeded to leave directly after us. I received a call Monday mid morning and he told me he only ran the numbers for one of the models I asked about and I told him thank you for his time and hung up. As someone with a customer service background I do not find it difficult to give people options and information about what they are interested in. The sales men was not friendly or understanding about what we were trying to do. Avoid Drum Hill Ford, try Stoneham Ford in MA or Salem Ford in NH.
