The office was nothing fancy, but they have a pretty nice inventory. Mike was the sales associate that showed me the vehicle I was interested in. No pressure very relaxed process from start to finish. After the sale had a couple of minor problems that were corrected immediately with out any attitude like I've had with other small dealers. Overall a very good experience.

This is the first time I ever wrote a review on a vehicle purchase. Both Big Mike & Mikey were extremely friendly and went over every detail with great patience and concern for my needs. My family and I test drove 5 different vehicles before we made the final selection. Every single vehicle that we drove was a good deal which made it hard to make the final selection. Poor Mikey had to move over 20 cars to accommodate us, you’ll know what I mean when you visit them. Their cars are stacked like sardines, but I got to tell you, every single one started right up on the 1st try! I appreciate that they showed me the title and the title history report prior to making the purchase and did not rush through the paperwork, but explained every document in detail. The whole atmosphere was very low key without any pressure. This was the first time that I did not haggle over the price of a car! And yes, you got to love the Fire xxxxx at the end of the deal!

I went into this dealer hoping this car shopping experience wouldn't be as bad as the rest, but obviously I was so so wrong. I started off by doing my research, saw that this place had a decent rating for being a small business dealership, that also works with bad credit. Initially, you will FEEL as if they are helping you. But they aren't. They are slithering around waiting for you to turn away and take complete and utter advantage of you. I went to test drive the car, noticed that the heat shield was falling off the exhaust, but other than that it was a decent car for the price. The salesman states they will fix it, detail it and have it ready for me by friday. He then proceeds to tell me I need $1900 down according to the bank. hahahah. the bank, he ment his pocket. I give him $1500, and sign a note to pay the $400 by such and such date. Before I leave I explain that I am a nurse, and work very hard to help people and just want one car salesman to be honest with me. He says thats their motto. hahahah. I give him my money and walk away with a big smile, that this was finally going to go well. Well, red flag number 1: I come back friday, the car isnt done. Its still sitting there. I wait another week. its ready. I love it. I go to sign the paperwork, and I do see a few things in my contract that didn't add up. My car salesman summed it alll up to be the bank. I figure fees are fees, cant get around them. okay, I sign the papers. I drive away, and a few days later I get my " welcome" call from the bank. Red flag # 2: We start to go over the contract and she states that I only put $1100.00 down. No, I put 1500. They also stated that there were no " fees" and they are demanding me! , the buyer here, why he took the other $400, like I have no freaking idea ask him. The bank is firm they wont go through with the loan until they find out why they took the $400. Sevan states it was all the other " fees" but cant utter one word toward what fees that money was put. They then said it was too fix the heat shield, that was fixed PRIOR to the purchase and was bought with a bumper to bumper 90 day warranty. In looking over the contract with a financial person, they charged me $900 more for the vehicle then it was priced, charged me $400 for "expenses to fix the car" they cant explain , the promissary note they made me sign for $400 was for their pocket, not the bank. They also charged me DOUBLE document fees by adding it into my contract twice, overall A MONTH into buying my car, these people are still in my life. He still texting me, asking me to come and and talk, come in and talk, come and talk. I dont have time to come sit and visit. I dont know what other car dealership has customers come in for weekly visits to lie to the banks. " lets figure it out and call the bank together", no thanks. the first payment is coming up, we still don't have this settled because the bank wont let these crooks off without a good explanation. At this point the promissary note has been null and void but they wont give back my $400. Sevan auto is a bunch of Crooks. Criminals. Liars. If the bank im working with hadn't initiated that welcome call I would have lost over $2200 to these cheating, stealing, no good people. PLEASE do not buy a vehicle from this place. please take my experience and run!

I bought a Honda Passport there. It's still running great. It was in good shape and I got it for a good price. They give you the option of buying warranties, for 3 months or more, even on older cars, which is a nice feature.

found one of their ads on craigslist. went to check out an suv they had listed on there. very shady from the start. the guy taking care of me kept mentioning how the suv needs nothing, he’s driven it a bunch of times to run errands, it’s close to perfect, etc. 5 minutes into checking out the car, i notice it has a cracked taillight, a cracked windshield, center console has a panel that was all bubbled up, also its a “clean” title car but has some obvious body work done in the rear with some overspray to cover it up, and brakes pads and rotors for sure needed some attention. which was the complete opposite of what the sales guy is telling us. every time i mentioned something to him it was a followed by “that’s an easy fix, it’s normal for a used car”. price was not negotiable whatsoever, even after pointing out all these obvious defects. taking into consideration it was also priced higher than kelley blue book. they offered to fix it all and get it ready for us since we were interested but kept asking me to put down a deposit multiple times so his manager can know i’m “serious”, also mentioned that if i changed my mind after i put down a deposit he can definitely refund me. that they do refunds on fridays. the next morning after checking out the car i decided to back out and gave them a call. they basically told me that they already started fixing the car and that is non refundable. mind you i was checking out this car at 7pm at night when they closed and i gave them a call at 10am the next morning. they are basically using my deposit to fix the car for the next buyer. anyone going to this dealership i’d be very careful. they talk up a big storm but their words never match the paperwork. is not the first time they screwed customers out of their deposit and it won’t be the last. check out any car they are selling to you thoroughly and make sure anything they need to fix is in writing, word of mouth is a big game to these guys. some of their cars need a lot more work then they tell you. read the fine print with these guys.

Worst Dealer Ever. Deceiving is their caption. Bought a Volkswagen Passat for 2700$ and at the time of purchase I was informed that Car is in very good condition and needs no repair. As a SNHU college student and with broke status I felt good with the car and after 2 hours of purchase my hopes were left in ashes as huge smoke came through the a/c and my spending spree began on the car. It all started with 500$ repairs and the repairs went on. When you start spending some money on the car, you get greedy that it is going to get better after each repair and you go on spending the money. After spending more than 5000$ around (mostly above) just on the repairs,the car is in good shape now but without AC.

I'm a past customer of Bill DeLuca who owns this dealership. I bought a gorgeous LeSabre years ago at Woodworth, then a Lucurne at their Haverhill location 3 years ago. My purchase of the leSabre was awesome, as well as with the Lucerne, but both those cars ended up a money pit. I went to Auto Use last weekend, it was very bitter cold out and windy. I attempted to assess a Lincoln MKZ and then a Buick Lacrosse. On BOTH cars, the seat heaters were NOT working, and the power controls for the Lincoln driver seat were pretty much in shabby shape. The sales man Dave Parker was OK, telling me they could fix those seats and heaters for me. Well, they should've been tested/fixed BEFORE being put on the lot for sale! I walked away. I'll do my future business with other than DeLuca in the future.

Bought a Tahoe from this place, financed through western union. Dealer told me they would have things fixed before we picked up truck, when we received it nothing had been repaired. Took the truck to mechanic and paid over 2000 for repairs. Three months later dealer calls to say they underpriced the truck and we need to go back in and sign a new purchase agreement. After we told them no, they called my wife leavening threading messages, such as “you better make this right, or we will send someone to come see you!” After their intimidation tactics didn’t work, they paid off my loan without authorization, and told western union that they were authorized to buy back the vehicle. This is the worst situation I have ever found myself in over the purchase of a vehicle. This place makes me sick!! Now have to hire lawyer to get this straightened out

This dealer including dealership owner Kevin will make any kind of promise to get you to purchase vehicle and will not make good on any off them.
I purchased a Corvette and an agreement was made on paper and in a text message to have certain items repaired. Non of the repairs were performed. The paperwork that we signed was omitted from the paperwork that was handed over along with the signed 30 day 1000 mile warranty.
I had to spend $4000 to repair this vehicle the first week of ownership.

The dealer is not even worth a 1 star. Chris is a crook and never believe his sweet talk. He lies you and never gets embarrassed. They dont keep their word. He offered a 1 month warranty but never backed it. There had been several problems with the car even in the first month but the only thing he said was that is your car dont write to me. When I asked to have they did not even provide CarFax report. They have not done emission inspection, there are 3 different tires on car and a lot more. Whatever he says double check another 1000 times. I prefer you not to go this place unless you wish your worst car buying experience. I spent on car already $2k and there is still waiting to be repaired after 'a so called-excellent condition' car I bought.

Do not buy a vehicle from this establishment! Not only did the subpar vehicle I purchased have lots go wrong with it weeks after I drove it off the lot, but the employees Jon, Steve & Jay, and messed up the paperwork with the warranty company and straight up lied about taking the steps to fix it. The end result was me spending hours on the phone. Nobody seemed apologetic and in fact seemed surly. Bad product, bad customer service

I leased a vehicle (with $1,000 down) from them and within 3 months
the car now needs $1,200 worth of work. i had recently put in $250 worth of work to fix a previous problem before this occurred as well. They purchase trash cars and put the bare minimum of work into them, before pushing it off onto some unsuspecting customer. All Merrow's Wholesale Auto is, is a glorified chop-shop. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star.

Ryan and 1023 Motors are easy going and friendly for sure. I bought a used car there with lots of miles on it and knew it would need some time and TLC to make it right for me and my daughter but that's how it is when you buy a higher mileage older car. We took care of it and now it's fine.
It's a sweet little used car that should be good for years to come.
I would go back to 1023 Motors again the next time I am looking for a car.

I recently needed to get a new truck, I didn't want to go through another winter in my current one. Being someone with "not so great credit" the process of shopping and getting the truck I want can be pretty tricky. I did some searching online and came across a bunch of nice trucks and called the dealership. The owner Bob answered and was really nice and told me about all the different trucks. I told him I had a credit problem and he let me know they specialize in finance and would be able to help . When I got there Bob greeted me and brought me out and had the truck I was interested in sitting near the door. He let me take it for a test drive by myself. I took it for a test drive and really liked it. I got back and expected the finance aspect of the sale to be difficult. Bob worked with me and helped me get a loan which was a lot better than I expected. I am really happy that I chose this dealership to go to. I got the truck I wanted and a loan better than I expected. I would and have already recommended this dealership to my friends.
