Great Experience at Seacoast Mazda! - Jillianwilay
I was not planning on purchasing a new car but my mechanic told me it was time to retire mine. I made an appointment with Seacoast Mazda to hopefully get a car that day. Mike Martin was my salesperson and he had the very fun task of trying to fit the best vehicle for my needs and budget. I typically assume buying a car is a nightmare but Mike made the process so seamless and easy! He was so friendly and funny and was able to find the perfect car for me! I felt very comfortable with this purchase and so happy to drive away in a safe car that I know I can afford. Even signing all the papers with his manger was a breeze. Awesome staff at Seacoast Mazda I would highly recommend them!

Thank you Autofair for making us feel like we matter. Listening to our concerns and addressing them. Emily in service was great as always... I recommend their service department they call you to make sure that everything went okay during the service process. That made us feel like we are part of a family not just another dealership.

Once again a great experience! - Audisaremyfavorite
We had purchased a Q5 in 2015 and loved the car.
We decided to check out the newer Q5. Our salesperson Jonathan was very knowledgeable and explained all of the upgrades to this model. After spending some time with the car we decided to buy the newer model. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful We never felt any pressure. We once again enjoyed our experience at Audi Stratham!

First class dealership - TJLINEHAN
We shopped two other dealerships after researching Hondas extensively online. There was little difference in price. We chose Honda Barn because of the professionalism. There was no high pressure sales. The service department has a good reputation. We have purchased from them and one of the other dealerships previously. Honda Barn and the Honda Accord are both well worth our hard earned money.
Great experience - anitafair27

I recently brought my vehicle in for a routine NH State inspection. Not only was Service Manager, Joe Swan, competent, he was also personable, knowledgeable, and the epitome of what great customer is all about. He explained the needs of my vehicle in a clear and concise manner. Thank you for the outstanding service Joe!
My New Ram - Ram Dude
Bought a Dodge Ram Here, Was very clean, no rust and my score was 620ish and I got a great interest rate since they said they have access to over 20 banks and credit unions and it doesnt hurt my credit. And now I service my truck there and they give me a loaner :)
World class service on our Cayenne Turbo and Macan Turbo! - gcabbott
We had been having our cars serviced at Prime Porsche of Westwood for years. A problem arose with the Cayenne Turbo, and after three attempts, we were still having the same problem. One trip to Porsche of Stratham was all it took for them to correctly diagnose and fix the problem for once and for all.
Not to mention, Porsche of Stratham went out of their way to accommodate us, and made the process of dropping off and picking up our cars totally painless.
These people are the best!!
Best customer service ever - Rissa

Really bad - Mattalen01
After dealing with another dealership and getting the run around for almost two weeks I decided to check out key auto portsmouth website. I seen a truck right away and was very interested. I decided to call key auto and spoke to Matty V. I told Matty about my situation and how I need to be in a truck asap. We spoke on a Monday and made an appointment for the following day (Tuesday) for 6pm. As I pulled up to the dealership the truck I was interested in was already out front . soon as I approached the truck Matty V full of personality welcomed me and my family. As we were talking my wife and I were told the managers name (Chris White) who we were very familiar with from purchasing my wife's car from another key auto. As We sat down with Chris and Matty and discussed my situation and the headache I have been dealing with for the last 2weeks. They were very patient and understanding with exactly what I wanted. Needless to say I walked out with keys and paper work signed in hand in the truck I seen online that Tuesday night. I highly recommend Key auto and I thank Matty V and Chris White for a smooth deal.
Well my whole deal with key auto went real sour kris and matty v are still some outstanding guys but key auto as a company is not so good i bought my first truck from them with 17k miles by the end of me owning the truck 24k miles it blew a motor and needed other major repairs from water damage so i traded for another truck because i trusted there word now the new one has river silt throughout the frame and bed and other stupid things wrong with it we talked about the stuff during the sale so again i trusted there word that it would be handled but after going back and fourth to the dealership and wasting time it was never actually ironed out i have called the vice president of sales john leonardi 4 times left messages everytime he couldnt be bothered by me and my concerns i have bought 3 cars from key auto and they treat me this way thank you

Very good experience.... - Priscilla123
The office was nothing fancy, but they have a pretty nice inventory. Mike was the sales associate that showed me the vehicle I was interested in. No pressure very relaxed process from start to finish. After the sale had a couple of minor problems that were corrected immediately with out any attitude like I've had with other small dealers. Overall a very good experience.
Best experience ever - Kstache
Everyone knows buying a car sucks. Matty took ALL of the pain out of the experience. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I didn’t spend hours at the dealership and it was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. To this day almost two years later Matty call or texts me at least once a month to check in and see how my car is doing. If you are looking for a vehicle I urge you to contact Matty. You will not be sorry.

Bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee there and couldn't ask for better service. The sales team was helpful and extremely friendly and the finance manager Micah made financing a breeze (even with my horrible credit). All in all I would buy there again and highly recommend them to everyone
Horrible - KimP
* (0 Stars) *I have never been one for writing reviews, however, I was profoundly disappointed at the lack of professionalism displayed by the team AND Rick the owner at Northeast Motors Inc in North Hampton, New Hampshire. Never in my life have I, or my significant other been more disrespected and mistreated by a group of people I was supposed to trust. Everything went well at the beginning of my purchase, despite having to pay for a costly inspection just to be told that a list of things needed to be fixed before I could take the car home to Maine. After leaving the car in New Hampshire for another week to have the parts put in and proper fluids changed, I finally got the car by driving back to New Hampshire. Skipping forward a week or two I noticed my coolant was abnormally low . . . and I just filled it the day before. . . this is when I called up the dealership, multiple times After being told I would be called back three days in a row. . it didn’t happen. So, once I finally called back a little more aggressively, I set a date for the following Friday ... Now, being a full-time college student and a part time nursing assistant, it is extremely difficult for me to find time to drive 2 hours to New Hampshire, and I had to call out of work just to get my coolant “checked” and be told it was fine. . . no one checked the coolant. After another day of spending $60+ on gas just to drive there and be told NOTHING, I went home.. and I was increasingly more upset. To spare the annoying details of calling back and forth and not getting a single answer, and wasting my time when I could be working or in school, skip ahead another week. At this point, I had spent nearly 150-200 just on gas to go back and forth because no one properly looked at my vehicle that was STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I had the right to be a little aggravated because I had to miss countless days of work that I couldn’t truly afford. After driving back to NH yet again, they finally looked under the car and realized, yes, something was wrong, but they didn’t value my opinion as the customer. My radiator had a hole in it and I had been driving it unaware for weeks. . . I looked at the car myself and I discovered the plastic bottom was filled with fluid. The part was ordered but no one cared to contact me when it came in, and the warranty ran out in just two days... I was running out of time to get the car fixed and they were hoping to get money from me when the warranty was no longer applicable. So, after calling and speaking with both an employee, and the owner Rick, I was told I had to pay for the radiator to be put in. I was broke and had already spent so much money driving there, the warranty SHOULD cover all repairs because I did not put a hole in the radiator in just 30 days . . . it was like that before I got it. At this point I was so emotionally drained that I could not speak on the phone without crying so I asked my significant other, who co-owns the vehicle with me, to call the dealership. Becoming more agitated himself, and I spoke my mind and was told by Rick to “shove the radiator up my xxx” and if I went there, I would be arrested. . . I was completely bewildered by the behavior of this man and he was now ignoring my calls. After contacting the North Hampton Police Department, I was told I had a trespassing warning on Northeast Motors, and if “I stepped on the property, I would be arrested.” I’m an 18-year-old FEMALE nursing student in college, what would I do to threaten them?? I did not verbally threaten them, I just questioned their judgment and became agitated because they were now ignoring my calls and refusing to put the radiator in. After speaking with the police, I was told they would send the radiator to the nearest AutoZone and I could never have contact with them again. I would never recommend this horrible dealership to anyone seeking a car. This was my first car and now I’m stuck with a car from a dealership that I can never contact again because of the trespassing warning.
My experience has been positive - Dave
I have purchased two used vehicles from C.J.'s.
Used vehicles, heck brand new vehicles, are all man made creations and therefore it may naturally be assumed that they are inferior from the start. Used vehicles, it should go without saying, will continuously need some sort of service and repair, pretty much ongoing. If you get yourself a vehicle that requires little maintenance each year, you can count your self very lucky! Maintenance free automobiles, are a rarity!
Most of the time I have brought my vehicles back to C.J.'s, and nearly always any issue I have had, has been remedied. Yes, once in awhile, an attempted fix made need a little more tweaking, but rarely.
As a person who has been on a very tight budget for a long time, I have always found the Proprietors at C.J'S, have been very helpful in giving me solutions and ideas that work within my budget. I am appreciative of that thoughtfulness on their part. Trust me, I have been royally screwed over in my lifetime, by Garages, Shops, and Mechanics, who took me for a sucker. I have spent sums of money I didn't need to. Yes, we all need to be careful who we deal with, yet I think if you are considering purchasing a vehicle or need to have your vehicle serviced after purchase, through C.J.'s, you should be fine. Act like a spaz, be an idiot, make absurd demands, swear and cuss, be impatient, be a snot nose, and be all defensive when such a posture is overkill, then expect bad service in return from anyone, let alone C.J's.
If you are one writing a negative review, and if you are a person telling others to steer clear of C.J.'s auto village, then I have to wonder just what sort of personality and psychology you present to all your fellow beings, that you encounter. Are you going into a relationship with this Dealership, looking for a fight? Do you have a nasty attitude going in, if so, then no wonder, you have a problem with this Dealership.
If you want a good experience, and act like a mature adult, I would bet you will have a decent experience, if you choose to transact with C.J.'S Auto Village. Business owners are human like yourselves. Yes, they choose to deal with the general public of humans by the nature of their business. What sort of person you are, to deal with, says it all, when it comes to the nature of the relationship or experience, you have at C.J.'s. As for myself, my experience has been primarily positive. I do not see any signage or commercials or anything that tells you, that this Dealership is going to treat you like a King or Queen, that you imagine yourself to be. Get real, you are simply a potential Customer. You will be granted a no frills transaction. Behave yourself and maybe you will EARN(not automatic) the status of a "Valued Customer", a mutual respect and understanding will then develop. Basic, right?
