We had a brief, informative chat, and I then took the quote into the dealership and met with Marc. He couldn't have made the entire process any easier. No muss or fuss. No stalling, or time wasting, just an efficient, professional process centered around what I wanted to accomplish. During the negotiation process, and the delivery, it was clear that he went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Based upon my experience with Marc, I can recommend him completely. You can trust him.

Happy with my car but a few surprises. - kh004
I purchased a 2015 Corolla from Handy Toyota a little over a month ago and am loving my car. I was very happy Handy was able to help me find a financing option that worked for me as I still owed money on a car that was not worth fixing. Nick was very easy to talk to, friendly, and answered all questions that we had.
Mason was also easy to work with but I did feel surprised at how my monthly payment potentially kept increasing as we discussed gap coverage and the warrantee options. I wish that I had been aware this was a factor that would increase my payment before I agreed to the financing terms. He was patient with me and it worked out in the end.
Today, I went for my first service appointment and thanks to Handy Care got my oil changed and tires rotated for free! This was great.
However, at my service appointment today (can't remember the name of the staff member I worked with) I was informed that there is a recall on my Corolla and that it needs to go in for a separate transmission reprogramming appointment. I was very surprised I had not known about this recall when I was purchasing the car. It seems like something that would either be corrected before sold to another owner, or made clear to me as a buyer that it does need this service as soon as possible.
Overall I would recommend Handy because the staff that I worked with were friendly and patient, and willing to help me secure financing. As a buyer, I will be sure to do more research next time and ensure that there are not any safety concerns or recalls on a vehicle before I make a purchase.

I walked in right after work with my mom to look at my options for getting into a new vehicle. Phillip met us outside, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional the whole time we were there. He asked what I was looking for and made it all work out, never once trying to pressure me into another vehicle. Because of Phillip and his hard work, I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new Toyota Tacoma, a safe reliable vehicle for me and my kids.
