The team at 802 Toyota surely went above and beyond to help us get a the vehicle we needed when we needed it. Our sales person Chris was committed and caring, he stood outside with me in -10° weather, after closing time, to ensure that we got the right used vehicle. Cat undid a signed deal, at my request and because of “MY” error, to get us the right vehicle. They got me the best rate on financing I could find. Sam and Justin took time to get all the paperwork right and answered all the questions I had with patience. The service department completed service on a recall for the original vehicle we had planned on purchasing when the recall came through at the last minute. They took a bad situation and an unfair customer and made it right through teamwork and compassion. These are good people and they have won me over. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle from them. I hope Chris can forgive me for my unfair expectations. He’s a salesman with a heart of gold and a warm, caring human being. I was the customer from hell and they did right by me even though they didn’t need to.

Having lived in the area for my entire life. Alderman is notorious for getting people into their dealership and changing the terms of a deal. They will give you the lowest trade possible. You can have an exceptional used Toyota and get thousands less than if you go to another Toyota dealer. Their goal isn’t to sell new cars as much as too make a huge profit off of previously owner cars. I went in a few years ago looking for a new Tundra, and had an excellent Tundra to trade, same model etc. They told me it was in excellent condition, but offered almost 7000 less than another dealer. I put a deposit down originally because I hadn’t heard back from the other dealer. Once I did I called Aldermans and spoke to Josh Trapeni and asked for my card to be refunded and he refused to do it over the phone, stating we had to come in. I told him If he didn’t I would get the bank involved. I love Toyota, but this dealership is a complete joke. A bunch of losers that were only sport stars in high school and that is it. Go elsewhere-Keene, Claremont, etc you will find a better dealership that doesn’t dress up in costumes. Toyotas are quality vechicles, if you have to start doing that you know the dealership sucks.

the very next day, I bought a 09 tacoma 2wd auto. from Boch toyota south. the 2 hr drive was worth evey penny. they even delivered it to my door step!
