Screwed up brakes - CHUCK28M
I realize that my 2002 pickup has issues in regards to rust. Had the brakes completely redone (I thought)
Cost was 4800. Drive about 50 miles and had a complete brake failure. Barely made it back to the dealer and was told they didn't replace the lines just everything else. Wasnt pleased Lines were completely compromised.
Was told they had to order the parts and had to wait and it was a six hour job. Parts came in wasn't done that day was told the tech was coming in on Saturday to finish that didn't happen either. Finally got the truck on Tuesday. Was charged for parts only.
When I did go that night to pick it up from sales Dept
Vehicle was not secured. Overall not a great experience but will be back.

Serviced Exhaust System on my 2018 Colorado ZR2 Diesel - mblew
My 2018 Colorado ZR2 Diesel needed an exhaust filter regeneration and power reduction code cleared from the computer. I took the truck to Buzz Chew Service Center where Dan Kropp provided excellent customer service. Thankfully, the cost and return time was much less than I expected. They seem to have a well organized and knowledgeable team.

David was very in tune with what I needed for my Equinox, and I forgot to ask for my front end alignment, but he had no problem putting the car back in for the additional work, without asking me to reschedule. He asked if I had time to wait, and proceed to get the job done for me. He quoted the additional fee in advance, and I ok'd the charge. I was very please with the kindness and professionalism that he showed.

Dan Densmore took responsibility for the attempted repair of my 16 year old (beloved) car. He made extreme efforts in multiple ways, to no avail. He was sympathetic to my tears, but provided a positive note in directing me personally to a salesperson (Paul Taylor) who would understand my distress, tolerate my tears at losing the car I loved, and help me to move on to a car that I am learning to accept...an attractive, good car, feels good to drive.
Both Dan and Paul put out far more than normally necessary, to help me, to feel comfortable with moving on, and to trust them in our interactions. I am deeply grateful for their kindness in accepting my sadness on the loss of the car I so loved, but to be positive in moving on.
I will be back to Premier as long as I live, and members of my family will be bringing their cars for regular service as well.

Went here for a free oil change. The representative Frank (chuck norris) was so friendly and funny that our hour wait felt like 20 minutes. He was honest and real and had us laughing our butts off the whole time. Should start mentioning him as a perk to getting your car serviced here. Great guy

Easy repair work - Hey Torrence
I left my car with them thinking I needed a full 4 wheel replacement and alignment. Not only did they tell me I only needed my front 2 wheels replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars they easily could have just taken, they also did a full oil change! All of this and the price was well below all other places I shopped at. Pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of customer service. Will definitely be back!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences when getting my car serviced at Richard Chevrolet. Trustworthy garages are hard to come by. They do full test on car when getting oil changes and provide a report with vehicle status and recommendations. They do not put you on the spot like other places to do further repairs. You take Home report and have time to think about it. I’ve been so pleased with this dealership that I’ve recommended it to a few people already and will continue to spread the word.

I have taken my car to Riverhead Kia on 2 occassions and both times I received exceptional service. Their appt availability is always flexible. I appreciate that Jim calls to let me know the aporx finish time and if something changes he call immediately. He also gives maintenance recommendations without making me feel pressured. Any questions I've had were answered. Usually i don't go to Dealerships for routine maintenance, but with Kia, I do without hesitation or fear that it's going to break my bank account. Poor quality work combined with horrible customer service. When I went to show the body shop manager the defects he started to argue with me and deny my observation. He made me extremely dissapointed. Don't use these guys!

Paul in the service department is the best in customer service. It is rare these days to find a person who really cares about it's customers. Paul is one of those people whether it be in person or on the phone. I would recommend this dealership 110%. From choosing a car, going through the finance process and then maintaining the car I couldn't be more pleased. This is the second car I have bought and serviced at this dealership. I have had multiple family members purchase cars from this dealership and none have ever regretted it.

Worse dealership around. Sales is more shady than normal and service is absolutely terrible. Brought my truck there 7 times for a warranty issue and every time they tell me that it’s normal. They will find every excuse to not fix a warranty issue. If your spending your own money out of warranty, they will quickly find the issue. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The gentleman couldn't understand why I was questioning the fact that we were not given nor offered a loaner car for our NEW VEHICLE. Chris said where was I coming from and hung up on me. When I tried to call the Manager of the service dept numerous times to complain I got no answer. I would never buy another car there again

Cheats tried to charge me $625 to program (5) GMC remotes - Read before you sign!!
Cheats tried to charge me $625 to program (5) factory GMC keyless remote fobs (one hour labor for each remote).
I stopped in on a Friday to schedule an appointment for a couple factory recall repairs on my GMC Sierra and at the same time I asked for an estimate to program (5) additional keyless remotes which I already had. The service advisor I spoke to on Friday stated a half an hour labor to program all 5 remote (which I specifically asked "for one or all 5" which he verified as all 5 after he confirmed with a service manager). On the following Monday I returned and this time spoke to a different advisor who questioned as to where I had obtained the keyless remote fobs I wanted programmed and he got a real attitude when I told him I purchased them on the internet. He spoke to someone in an office behind the counter and proceeded to print out an estimate which he presented for me to sign which I immediately noticed the $625 estimate for programming the remotes which I was previously quoted like $62. I told him that I would not agree to that amount, told him to give me back my keys and left without have anything done.
I then went to Scranton Motors and had the warranty items taken care of and they programmed the (5) keyless remote fobs for $69.99.

Very disappointed that there is absolutely no follow through with this dealer. The sales experience was mediocre at best, the service experience has been poor.

I'm wondering if they really inspect what they say they do. Brought in my 14 Silverado for its 2 year plan maintenance, oil change and multipoint inspection. Got my my multi point inspection back... Everything looks good all green check marks. This would be all good except for the fact that my transfer case had started (again) leaking before I brought it in for this appointment. What's with theses dealership service centers in western MA?? Be careful bringing your vehicle here.

Kept my car for one month after 2 visits for the same issue. Inflicted body damage while in their possession and, the car still isn't fixed. Pursuing through GM/Cadillac.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had an appointment and waited over an hour just to be told "when you go to your doctor do they see you exactly at your appointment time?" "The appointment time is just a time to meet and bring your car in". The service department acted like I was bothering them! When I was the one that did not want to wait for an hour for my car to move from it's parking spot. When I told them (an hour and 45 mins in) that I had to go to work they stopped working on my car and printed me a document that said "come back and replace sensor if problem occurs again". They didn't even tell me what was wrong with my car . Thank you for the terrible communication and the horrible customer service. I will not be back. Don't waste your time like I did ! .... I understand that it takes time when you bring your car in, but if you have an appointment they should at least take a quick Look at the car within 20 mins so you are not waiting there for no reason.

I want for the oxygen censors. Gladys Abad helped me, the prices of the repair was about $525 I said ok, she suggested if I need a tuneup. I reply next time. Because truly it wasnt need it. So I went to get my car my total was over $1100. So I didn't ask for a tuneup. So I paid about $700 for unneeded repair. What kind of service would you call this???
