I recently purchased a 2021 23 foot Flying Cloud with Nick. I was kept informed of the order status. Upon my arrival for orientation and pick up, I was greeted and welcolmed by the staff and immediately taken for orientation by Kevin, hitch by little Joe and all the extra help was exceptional. Colonial staff is amazing and the service DEPT exceptional!!!

Great from start to finish. We actually stumbled upon them at the new location on Rt. 9 in Toms River. Shopping for Class c's was stressful at other spots not at Scott's Anthony and Colin made the purchase experience stress free. Can't wait to tour the pacific northwest in my new Thor Motor Coach. We highly recommend them.

Beware of the dishonesty that now seems to be prevalent throughout the Long View RV dealership in Windsor Locks CT.
We agreed to purchase a new travel trailer. After providing a credit card as a deposit, and while running our credit (which is exceptional), they sold the camper to a different buyer a few days later. Their solution? Wait two weeks for a different unit to come in and they would provide free delivery. A $250 credit. Wow. Thanks but no thanks. This is how they treat a return customer as this would have been our second unit from them.

Perhaps your experience will be different, but I called and spoke to Ed about 2 RVs we were interested in and he said they were avail. Made an appt for later that day (saturday) and drove an hour. Ed was busy with another person but told us the rvs were open and told us to check them out. Rvs were not open. Waited while he walked out to open them and then left again. Told us to text him if any questions. One smelled like smoke so that was out, and the other had the steps up and couldn't get them out. I was able to jump in while my wife waited outside, but the slides were in so I couldn't move around and check it out. Texted Ed to see if he could open the slide. He texted he couldnt do that and it was open as much as they could do. REALLY guys? How many RVs do you sell without the customer experiencing the features? I came with checkbook in hand ready to deal. Was looking at used but could have been persuaded to go new. Point is, we weren't important enough to give time to so we can't possibly do business with you.

They will lie to you from the sales floor (delivery 4 month's late) rite through the warranty service department. Once they have your money they will not honor any promises made and basically just blow you off. Bought a New RV with defects out of the box and none were addressed or honored like I received in writing on the sales slip. Go somewhere else
