Great service, very helpful! - dsw1906
I worked with Kristie in the service department and she was extremely helpful to me. On two separate occasions I was considering a used Chevy Tahoe from external dealerships and Kristie and the techs were very gracious with their time and attention to detail in looking over the vehicles for me (without "nickel and diming" me). They were able to advise me out of a bad deal, and possible headaches in the future. The staff is very friendly, and Kristie provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend Lucas Chevrolet.
efficient, courteous - carl.manna

Professional, Experienced, Friendly - Susan Hollywood
My car stalled out twice and I was afraid to drive it. This was at 5:30pm. I called Wigder and asked if they could squeeze me in for service the next morning. They did! The car was repaired within an hour and I was on my way. No more stalling.
I had an issue with the passenger airbag on my 2011 Chevy... - billyk5761
I had an issue with the passenger airbag on my 2011 Chevy Equinox, per a flashing light on my instrument panel. Another dealership said that the repair would be arounf $850.00 to correct the situation. Looking for a second opinion, I visited Konner Chevrolet and spoke to Dean Konner, expaining the issue as communicated from the other dealership. Dean put mein touch with Santo Natoli, ther service manager. I pleasantly found out that there was in fact no $850.00 issue with the airbag, and the problem was fixed for NO CHARGE. Both Dean and Santo were very professional and courteous. Professionalism combined with total honesty is a scarce trait to find in todays world. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for repairs or purchasing a new or used vehicle.
My Malibu is just barely five years old. All my service... - Jett Lowenski
My Malibu is just barely five years old. All my service and that of my family (2 other vehicles) have been through the Service Department. Our cars have never been taken to an outside mechanic. Everytime I go there the price runs $300-$700 because they always find a problem with something on the car. This time there were two things wrong on the car (brakes lights and flashers out) and parking brake (also was serviced and replaced previously) and I was charged a whopping $1,900 and some change. That is utterly ridiculous for a car that only has 82,000 miles and has been serviced by the same dealer since I bought it new. I believe that Chevy should stand behind the quality of its cars and give me some of this money back. Either that or the mechanics and service department see women and plan to rip them off because we don't know about cars. Then they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to check out my remote start which is not working(which would have been several hundred more). I said no to that. For Chevy's Malibu to be named a reliable car it certainly has cost me a lot of monies. I have paid more in repairs than the car is worth. I think my next car will be anything but a Chevy or Toyota.
Excellent staff. - Amauris
As always, excellent service and friendly staff. Very happy I finally found a place for my car service that I can trust. All staff are very welcoming and very sincere when they talk to the customers. Kudos to Tony for being such a good staff.
Always reliable. - Frank N
I purchased my new SAAB 9-3 Aero from this dealership in 2007 and have serviced it there ever since. Always professional and courteous. Karen Casado is my current service rep and she is a delight to deal with. My SAAB always feels like new when I pick it up. I highly recommend Potamkin.
Best dealership ever - Suburban
This is just the best dealership hands down. Any & everytime i have to have my truck serviced, i receive nothing but the best customer service here...
Service Overbooking - luckylips
It took 2 1/2 hours to get a Chevy paid oil change. This is one hour more than their normal wait time which is 1 1/2 hours. Both are completely unacceptable especially when you consider that Jiffy Lube does the exact same service in 20 minutes. GM should drop the two free oil changes in favor of lowering the car price or they should give buyers and leasees a prepaid card good at any of the many oil change companies.
Open Road sucks in this department.
Excellent customer and repair service! - Rlavoe
On 08/21/2018,I had my 4 rotors and brake pads replaced by 30+year mechanic Joey. He did a superb, fantastic job! Brakes are his specialty. At Lasorsa the customer always comes first. You are treated as family by all. Mr. John Zahra, the owner is very knowledgable and helpful and genuinely cares and this is reflected in all 3 of his service reps,Jay,John ,and Ariel. These gentleman know GM cars inside out. Jay takes pride,as do his co-workers in delivering quality, caring service to customers, who by the way are treated as family by them. Over the years I have been to many GM dealerships and service depts over the years..but nowhere have I ever felt the care and concern that I feel here. Lasorsa, not only stands by their cars, they stand by the service they give also. They treat your car as if it were their own. The prices are very reasonable but the service is Platinum service ALL THE WAY. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. In my opinion,Mr.Zahra and Jay deserve promotions for the excellent calibre of work they do. They represent the GM tradition in ways no others can!

Came in to repair and left with two cars - Vdkwarrior
Sonia Mitsis is a great sales associate. She was our original sales associate in the previous Chevrolet dealership and I am glad she is at East Hills now. We came in to fix our Chevrolet Traverse 2015 LTZ and the service center was fantastic to the point of motivating us to look at new cars. We end leaving with 2015 Trax and a 2018 Equinox LT. Great dealership and will recommend family and friends to Sonia and speak highly on the service.

Lies and overcharges by dishonest Service Department Advisor - JoeMonte
I brought my mint 1987 Chevy Monte Carlo SS into Curry Chevrolet's Service Department last week for a New York State Safety Inspection, an oil change, and a coolant flush. I knew that my right turn signal was not working, so I told them to replace the right front bulb and see if that was the problem. If the turn signal started working again, I told them to go ahead and perform the State Inspection. If it required more than just a bulb, I told them not to perform the State Inspection.
After waiting over 6 hours (I was told that the long wait was due to the fact that only two mechanics at the service department are qualified to work on a car so old), I was told that I needed a right flasher, and not a bulb. I asked them if they had performed the safety inspection yet, and they said no. Since I had waited so long already, and had other things to do that afternoon, I told them to forget about the safety inspection and just give me my bill for what had already been done on my car. When I examined my bill, I noticed that not only had they charged me for the safety inspection that I told them not to do, but they charged me $37 for it. $37 is the price for the combined NYS Safety and Emissions Inspection. As I have a car that is older than 25 years old, I am only subject to the $10 NYS Safety Inspection.
Curry Chevrolet's Service Department is dishonest, and I will not be bringing my car back to them ever again. Furthermore, I will tell my friends, family, and acquaintances in mid and lower Westchester County about these crooks!
Bad experience - Briggitte00
About a few months ago I bought a used car at Sunrise Chevrolet , I’ve been back and forth to the shop since the first day I bought it. It runs one month the next month a new problem occurs. It wouldn’t make any sense if I just bought the car the end of February. It’s been a nightmare ever sense and instead of enjoying your vehicle your taking it back to the shop ever minute. First my stabili track light came on which I took it in to be serviced. My engine light kept appearing , it just started to malfunction period. Now they says it’s my cars computer system. I don’t want to keep paying for things and they are not properly fixed or I’m back at the shop the next month or so. All I wanted was a reliable vehicle instead of saving money you will be wasting money trying to find out what’s wrong every minute with a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu that’s only 5 years old.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
