Had a great experience here and with TJ, we have lots of Chevrolet dealerships closer to home, but I will always go here when looking to purchase a vehicle. We started at Hawthorne Chevy and just not getting what I needed. Instead of trying to push a car on me, TJ listened to what I wanted and found me a car that fit my price range. I never felt pressured at any point, I felt super comfortable talking with him and asking questions. He has been patient and kind for the whole process and will definitely see him again for my next car. Wonderful Experience Leasing A Car - alanm
My experience leasing a car at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was excellent. When you drive up to the dealership, you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot or feeding a meter because they valet park your car for you in their lot. The receptionist was very friendly and, upon hearing I wanted to look into leasing a new car, referred me to sales agent Markos. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. After learning what car I was interested in and the features that I wanted, he arranged a test drive on the spot. After the test drive, he went through a list of possible discounts I might be entitled to, then reviewed pricing with his manager. The price he quoted me was less than my monthly lease fee for the car I had leased three years ago, with no signing fee and with the dealership absorbing the last two months of my lease. Markhos explained everything carefully, answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. We closed the deal exactly as promised that day. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years as well as many different car salesmen, and I can honestly say Markhos and Bay Ridge Chevrolet provided a better experience than any of the others.

I went to Chevrolet.com and searched for a vehicle. The website gives you local dealerships first. After working with a few of them I had been aggravated and had lost interest, until i did a new search and scrolled down and saw Dalessio. I requested information and Robert the sales manager got back to me right away. When entering the dealership he introduced me to Vinny the sales representative. Vinny is like no other sales guy I have worked with. I have been doing this for many years, bought many cars, and have walked out of more dealships than I can remember. Vinny and I made a deal within 1 hour, and a very good one. No gimmicks. He made that clear when I was first introduced to him. After making the deal he told me to come back in a hour and half so they could get the paperwork together. I did just that. When I came back, I sat down with Ken in finance, and was finished in less than 10 minutes, again with no tricks or gimmicks. THEY WANT TO SELL CARS, NOT PLAY SALES GAMES! I will be back when I am in the market for another vehicle.

I leased a Buick Encore for 2 years with Bellavia Buick in East Rutherford, NJ. The salesperson was Tony. About a month before the lease was due I contacted Tony about leasing a Chevy Trax. The price was too high on the premium model & he never followed up with me. No one at the dealership followed up with me about returning my lease. I showed up there on 8/12 & the salesman that took my plates off said it was in showroom condition. It only had a little over 10,000 miles & I took very good care of it inside & out. It looked brand new. I spoke with the manager about the disposition fee which was $527.79 with tax & he said to contact GM Financial. I contacted GM Financial & told them I brought the car back in mint condition with 1/2 the miles I was allowed & also spoke to the manager Kyle. He told me Bellavia bought the car at auction price & they couldn’t help me with the disposition fee to contact the dealer. He said if they would of paid full price for the Encore than I wouldn’t of had to pay the fee. 10/2 I spoke with Tony the salesman at Bellavia who said to talk to the managers Kevin & Jim. They told me there is nothing they can do even though I have been a loyal GM customer along with my husband & brothers & brother-in-law. I explained to them that I lost my full time job & I only work part time & they purchased the Encore at auction price & made good money on my lease due to the condition & extremely low mileage. They didn’t want to hear anything. I’ve been a loyal GM customer for over 30 years & I will never go back to that dealership again. I couldn’t even reach them on the phone cause their mailbox was always full. I told my family & friends to never buy or lease another car from them. Awful customer service.

I purchased two vehicles in October - a Blazer and Equinox. Lance Miller did an excellent job during the entire buying process. We did all of the negotiating over the internet and held to his price when I arrived at the dealership. A lot of dealerships will not give you their best price on the internet but Lance did. This made the buying process very easy and enjoyable. When I arrived at the dealership the cars and the paperwork were ready. He eliminated all of the negotiating time which could take hours. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. This was the most enjoyable buying experience that I ever had and I have been purchasing vehicles for a long time. I would highly recommend Bridgewater Chevy and Lance Miller.

Bought a 2016 Chevy Suburban - Kevin & Carol Bracken
My wife searched high and low and found what she thinks is her perfect car! In a rush to pick it up in Staten Island from Long Island —she assumes the truck was in perfect shape like they told her. When she got it home it wasn’t till the next day that we saw scratches everywhere! We felt that they were rushing us out so that we wouldn’t notice the damages but I will give them the benefit of the doubt for the time being and see if they stand behind their cars and Name! The hood had a giant scratch and doors and panels had minor scratches. My wife called them several times and after a few months we finally have an appointment to drop the truck back there and they were nice enough to get her the right size “loaner” car for family of 6!
So as of now my review is incomplete but I’m sure I will be updating you all of a great job and experience that we will have while the car gets fixed completely! It’s due for an oil change and needs to be checked from “bumper to bumper” before the warranty runs out! After reading mixed reviews, I trust in the people that we dealt with and I will be sure to finish my review in a week or so! —Ty Kevin Bracken

Disorganized, Unpleasant Experience - abaksh
Money isn't always the main issue, but principle is. The Service Department was great in repairing the peeling paint off the brand new corvette I leased a month prior. ( disappointing at best, however, not the dealers fault) Upon picking my vehicle up ( which I purchased as an out of state buyer) , I was told my plates finally came in 37 days later after delivery of the vehicle. My temp tag had expired by now. However, my vehicle would not be released to me unless I paid an extra sum of money due to the dealer underestimating my DMV fees. Which after adding the Random fees they throw in regarding tax and title, totaled to almost almost 1k. In addition to the $24xx I would be paying over the term of the lease. That kind of business practice is unexceptable. The fact that they waited for me to contact them regarding my plates vs telling me upfront was wrong. But now they had my vehicle too. This is a horrible way to do business. I wonder if I decided that the payment we agreed on was underestimated on my end, I'd like to pay a little less every month, would they agree to it after the fact? Highly doubt it.
In addition, the numbers agreed on when purchasing the vehicle, ( in writing mind you, were not originally honored, but later on they were after some negotiating, even still, this isn't what I was expecting from the Miller brand of dealerships.) I have purchased from their mercedes dealer, Audi, and never had these issues ) My goal here is to share my experience. These are all facts. I only hope they realize their mistake. It's getting tougher to find an honorable, reputable dealership. Good luck to anyone who is purchasing, educate yourself before stepping in.

I inquired about a pre owned Suburban through All American's website. I was forthright in my inquiry as I have a 2019 RAM that I am only 13 months into the lease. After adding one more family member, I was in need of a third row, and a possible lesser payment. I was not confident, as I know it is very challenging to get out of a lease. I inquired anyway, noting this on my initial inquiry. I was contacted by Sharon and I explained my circumstances again. I also explained that I would like to work mostly over the phone as my wife is 9 months pregnant, and I wouldn't want to waste her time driving up to Middletown from Brick. Sharon contacted me throughout the week, asking for my payoff, loan company, and the VIN. I provided this information. After following up with Sharon, I was contacted by Jason Woods, another Internet Sales associate. In our conversation, Jason noted that he was working with Sharon, that the price per month I was willing to pay to get out of my lease and into the preowned truck was reasonable and that I should come in as the manager found my truck desirable. I made an appointment and drove to All American after work. The lot and showroom are full of cars, but few people. I sat down with a salesmen, Jason, different from the internet sales associate. His immediate reaction was "this is simple math" it is not going to work. I explained that I was asked to come down. My issue is not at all that a deal could not be made; I understand "simple math." But after giving information about the truck, then being told the monthly payments are reasonable and that the manager felt my truck was sell-able and being asked to come down only to be referred to "simple math," I find this a gross, dishonest waste of my time. All American Chevy wasted my time. My wife as 2018 Equinox that when ready to be turned in, will not be going to that dealership. My father is also picking up his new Blazer tomorrow, and it is not from All American Chevy. Not because you could not make a deal- that is understandable. You lost three potential customers because you wasted my time, instead of being honest on the initial contact.
I own an Acura but Chevy saved me! - kobe2013
I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.
