I purchased my Audi Q5 in Late August 2018..... I had a wonderful experience and the service was amazing through the whole process.... I had a little noise when stepping on the brakes... I brought the car back in today there was a small stone in between the rotar and pads. Steve replaced not one but both pads so that they would be even! I’m so thankful and happy for the service I received and for my salesman Steve. Rhonda
Service - Mj
Overall a very positive experience. The salesman (Peter Wendell) went out of his way to reduce the need for me to make another trip to the dealership.
Excellent Service and Attention - MDuff
Don Kim helped us with our new Q5. He was excellent and provided us great customer service. He was patient and attentive to all our requests.
Typical low brow sales tactics. Time wasters - KAF
Came her on a referral from Truecar. The Trucar rep arranged a salesperson to show me the car ( a 2018 model) because there were "end of year offers to move inventory. Test drove the car and explained the type of lease payment, tax paid up front, etc. Salesman asks if I am prepared to buy the car today and I respond with a yes, provided the deal is good. Like all car sales, he retreats to the manager's office and after a time comes back with the "offer" of the car at list price. Ridiculous. I explained that I was not angry with the salesperson, but that this particular Audi dealer was just a typical low brow dealer who wanted to go through all the contortions that people hate when buying a car. I got up and left and told the salesperson that I did not do business that way and asked why he questioned if I was interested in buying the car today (which I was) if his "deal" was MSRP. I was even a return customer from the dealership that Bridgewater Audi took over for.
The manager called me back as I was driving out of the parking lot, trying to salvage the sale. I explained that I do not do business with people whose business practice works that way. I have since dealt with another agency with whom I will buy the car this week. I'm not sure who the owner group of this place is but they have serious reason to be concerned.
rude customer service, long long wait - crazyaudi
I recently did my 30K service at Mendham Audi. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I dropped my car there on time & asked roughly how long the car service will last, was told it would take ~ 1.5 hours. We came back after 2.5 hours & was told my car was not ready & we have come back again. The customer service people were very rude & blamed us for communication problems. It is just a lube job, what kind of fine communication do you need?
