We walked into this dealership with no intention of leasing another Audi (I really disliked the side view mirrors on the 2016 Q5 that was going off lease). But, we decided to take a look. Ziad Shehady greeted us warmly and spent some quality time with us showing the new improvements to the Q5. He was knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and very helpful, so much so that we left with a deal to lease the 2018 Q5! We picked up our car today, and are very happy with it. Ziad got us the color combination we wanted, the package we wanted, and topped it all off with a leisurely tutorial on all the updates.
We highly recomment him to anyone who wants a relaxed, friendly and professional car buying/leasing experience.

Buying a car at Paul Miller Audi is a very easy experience. From the paperwork with Michael S. to the excellent training session by Peter Wendell. This is my seventh experience with Peter and like fine wine, it get's better every time, even though you don't think that it could possibly get better. Peter knows what I like and I bought the car in between other customers on a busy holiday weekend. What more can I say? You guys rock!!!!

I recently did my 30K service at Mendham Audi. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I dropped my car there on time & asked roughly how long the car service will last, was told it would take ~ 1.5 hours. We came back after 2.5 hours & was told my car was not ready & we have come back again. The customer service people were very rude & blamed us for communication problems. It is just a lube job, what kind of fine communication do you need?
