I purchased my Audi Q5 in Late August 2018..... I had a wonderful experience and the service was amazing through the whole process.... I had a little noise when stepping on the brakes... I brought the car back in today there was a small stone in between the rotar and pads. Steve replaced not one but both pads so that they would be even! Eric has these attributes and is knowledgeable about the Audi Q7, ready to introduce us to the amazing technology this car has to offer. Safety and comfort are most important and he demonstrated how the Q7 meet these requirements. He was attentive to our questions, comfort and my service dog when he shared the back seat with Millie during the test drive.
Barry was also very courteous and accommodating to help us complete the deal. Enjoyed sharing dog pictures and family stories to pass the time. Bought the service contract when I purchase the my Audi for $2000. I ask service to replace the brake pads because i'm getting close to the 60,000 miles 48 month end. They said no it didn't need it. So I spent $2000 and only got a wheel alignment and wiper blades for a about $200. Not worth the money.

Purchased a Q7 from audi bridgewater last month. It was a great experience. From our blast of a test drive with Enzo Brando through finishing up the paper work with Christie Reichert, the staff at Audi Bridgewater took all the stress out of purchasing the Q7. Our salesman, Arthur Dilworth, was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. We had specific requirements for the vehicle, which necessitated Arthur having to search to find the exact car we wanted. He kept me updated on a virtually daily basis on the search and patiently answered all of our questions.
Audi Bridgewater gave us a price we were comfortable with and everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and professional. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them and stongly recommend asking for Arthur if you visit the dealership.

I recently did my 30K service at Mendham Audi. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I dropped my car there on time & asked roughly how long the car service will last, was told it would take ~ 1.5 hours. We came back after 2.5 hours & was told my car was not ready & we have come back again. The customer service people were very rude & blamed us for communication problems. It is just a lube job, what kind of fine communication do you need?
