No pressure, honest and fair answers and a through knowledge of their inventory, a great experience.

I do think you are overzealous in confirming pending appointments with multiple phone calls, text messages and emails. Better you qualify which of your customers are idiots :)
I do have one comment regarding my visit. I received a loaner car (appreciate availability) however I received less than a full tank of gas in the car. That was later identified on my receipt as 5/8 of a tank. I did not replace gas when I returned the car and accept the charge for gas and the service charge associated with that. However, I was charged for 2.3 gallons of gas. I drove the car almost exactly 20 miles total. Find it hard to belief the car got 8.7 miles/gallon. This is not a big deal to me. Just thought I'd mention.

I recently did my 30K service at Mendham Audi. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I dropped my car there on time & asked roughly how long the car service will last, was told it would take ~ 1.5 hours. We came back after 2.5 hours & was told my car was not ready & we have come back again. The customer service people were very rude & blamed us for communication problems. It is just a lube job, what kind of fine communication do you need?

The GM at Audi Bridgewater is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever been associated with. My wife and I put a deposit down on a used car only to have them call us back to tell us the car has been sold but to "accommodate us" we could pick a new car off the lot at the same price we would be getting the used car at. My wife and I rushed to the dealership, picked out our new car, went through all the paperwork, signed over the title, credit check, etc. only to find out that they were charging us $10k more than they originally said. A few days later, we saw the used car we originally put the deposit down on was still being listed. When confronted about this, the GM informed us this is a sales tactic they commonly use. BUYERS BEWARE, these guys are slimy car salesmen!!!
