Steve was very responsive and extremely helpful every step of the way ensuring a very smooth experience and he gave me a great price! It was the least stressful car purchase I've ever made. Nick made sure I understood all of the features of my new car before I drove off the lot and was very patient with all of my questions. As promised, Steve followed up the next day to make sure everything was working OK and to check in to see if I had any questions. I recommend Wayne Subaru without reservation.

I was informed that a car on their website was at the dealer by "Will" over the phone. I explained that I was on crutches and that the person purchasing the car was ill. I drove an hour to this dealer because "Will" explained that he would beat another dealers deal. I arrived and found out that the car wasnt there and then they tried to upsell me a different car. I went there with the intentions of having a problem free car purchase and i had nothing but problems. Their internet sales rep Will says anything to get you into the dealership and then they do not honor anything that was previously promised. Its time to start the search over again and look for another honest dealer.

My experience with dealer ship was fantastic from sales to finance dept and service. Our sales person Matt Reed was fantastic as long as well finance and sales manager went beyond to get us our new car and service department is flexible with your needs. I been to other dealerships not to mention the one down the road and they don't want to bothered with you.

Found a great used car here. Was all ready to buy it only to find out that their online quoted "Paul Miller" price conveniently omitted the $475 dealer prep fee and the $400 document fee they added onto the final bill. The document fee is standard with other dealerships (slightly high in fact) but the $475 fee was not disclosed until we agreed to buy. This is just misleading and dishonest. When I showed Sunil (manager) the quote I received from them on my phone, he agreed that there was no mention of the fee. He then went to their website and after several minutes, he was finally able to find the fine print at the bottom of the page noting that they tack on this fee. The sad part is that if they were just up front about the fee in the "PaulMiller" price, we likely would have bought the car.
It's really unfortunate that they have this practice. We felt deceived and ended up walking away from the purchase. Based on our experience, I would not recommend the dealer
