My lease was coming due in a couple months so I began my search and decided to stick with a similar model and update some features.
I stopped in and spoke with Jeremy about options in terms of financing,etc. The process was quick and efficient. Stopping by on President's weekend was certainly a plus. The team were looking to move vehicles and I was able to get everything that i was looking for in terms of options,features, payment.
Entire process from start to finish took about 3 hours end to end.

We worked with Randy Taft, who was excellent, was very nice to my four year-old daughter. She had an area to play while we dealt with all the paperwork. Every step of the process was clearly explained to us, from the test drive to financing. They replaced the car battery for free before we left, because they weren't sure if its quality had been compromised at all by sitting in the lot unused for a period of time. The showroom is bright and open, and all the associates were approachable and professional.

We just completed a trade-in and buy of a 2018 VW Golf Sportwagen today. From the initial contact to final paperwork everyone was pleasant, friendly and respectful. The salesman, Phil A., kept the process moving along and was helpful without any pressure. Raleigh handled the purchase paperwork efficiently. He even believed me when I told him I didn't want to buy any additional warranties or services!
This dealership advertises discounted prices up front. The price closely tracked the true market value available on Edmunds website. A fair offer for my trade-in sealed the deal. A good experience all around. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates a fair deal and respectful treatment.

What a great experience my wife and I had at Echelon Ford. We were looking for a Ford F150 and low and behold we walked into Echelon Ford in Stratford, NJ and it was a no pressure environment. We were greeted by a very well dressed gentleman Rich Elkins, the sales manager who introduced us to Derek Zimmerman. We were blown away by this Derek's knowledge and experience. Derek took us out to the back lot, knew just about everything for every F150 that we looked at from the tires and sizes and all the options. Very knowledgeable. He was also very knowledgeable about leasing. Very impressed. Wished we have come here sooner!
Ford Explorer 2015 - GigiM
I bought a 2015 Explorer. We had issues with our transmission after 63,000 miles! Of course the car was no longer under warrantee. So we had to buy an extended care contract just in case it went bad again.
I recently have been having issues with the vents not directing to the proper place. Only to the dashboard no where else! So i made an appointment and found that this service was not covered under the extended care we bought and it would cost $640 to fix! This is crazy! I really do want to like this but it's tough when every little bit something goes wrong and then they just want more money. No trying to resolve it. Not noticing that we bought the car there. No discounts offered. No solutions offered.
Very annoyed and still not fixed with this lovely weather!

Waited for more than an hour for a new key - Nothanksrobinford
I had an appointment at 930 for them to give me a new key fob to replace a broken one. I arrived early at 920, and still couldn't leave until 1035am. I was told on the phone earlier in the week that it would take 30 minutes (which is already too long), and when I asked how much longer it would be, was told it usually takes an hour. They disrespected my time and I will not come back.
Oil change that never happened - hharbord
My wife took my daughter's car to Dunphy Ford where we bought the car for a complementary oil change that service manager Bruce gave me a few months ago when I was in for an alternator replacement. They told my wife it was done and she signed the paperwork and brought the car home.
Something told me to check the dipstick and when I did I discovered that the oil was never changed. It was a quart and a half low on oil and the oil that was in it was filthy. I had to add oil to it till I got around to taking it somewhere else to get it changed. Meanwhile the change oil light came back on. The paperwork that the service desk gave my wife said they added 6 quarts of oil and a new filter. They never touched the oil and they even went as far as to put a reminder sticker on the windshield for when the next oil change is due indicating that they had changed it.
I guess there is no such thing as a complementary oil change.

I bought my Transit there and have used them for service. It's convenient arriving and driving into a check in point. The appointment was a little ling but they went over everything it needed and I always get The Works package. They don't suggest unnecessary work and are very courteous and friendly. Everyone has an off day so I never know of one bad experience affecting my decisions.

This is my first review for 2019 and I could not let the year start without reviewing this dealerships service department.I dealt with this dealerships many times after I purchased my car, the fixed the first issue I had with no problem than after about four months I noticed I had to go back to the dealership than it became a regular part of my life. Get some work done head back in three month. There favorite price is 300 per job. I'm honestly telling you DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT you will be dealing with snakes like Tony . The $1100 loose gas cap (Plus rental fees) - Lucia Chambers
Never EVER bring your car to Holman Ford. I bought my mustang there and when the engine light went on, I brought the car back and asked for help. After a few days (with me in a rental car) they told me my car needed a $250 special environmental filter that is only made in California, and which goes into the fuel system. Five days after THAT they told me they had trouble getting that part but my car also needed an additional $830 worth of work on that same system. I asked for my car back!! They said it was "in pieces all over the floor" and refused to put it together and give it to me. After another 2 days I camped out in their waiting area and refused to go home without my car. They charged me $119 for the service and gave me back my car. I drove straight to a gas station to put gas into it.. and still upset, complained to the gas pump guy about what happened. He laughed and said "Oh I can fix that engine light for you.. you had a loose gas cap." Sure enough, the engine light went off, and it stayed off forever.
Holman servicing is the worst car ripoff in the USA and I am not the only one who thinks so -- because I mention this to everyone I know, and there are tons of similar horror stories. STAY AWAY.
