I've purchased 3 VW's from this dealership. Service from John R., and Doug M is always the best. First time I met Nancy W on this purchase, and she too is a super, competent and genuinely nice person. They go the extra mile and are always welcoming even when I stop in for routine service. I've even introduced my daughters college roomate to this dealership a few years back and they are now on their second car. Good people. Nice facility. A fair deal. And always welcoming. This most recent time was especially great however. I walk in and immediately I was greeted by my new friend, Bill Devine who took me right over to his desk and within minutes we were test driving exactly what I was looking for!! He's my guy moving forward, won't go to anyone else and I highly recommend him. HORRIBLE customer service. Your finance “manager” needs to brush up on his customer relations skills. I have had a brand New VW for less than than 24 hours and the usb is already broken! Speaking with the finance “manager” was an object lesson in rude, obnoxious, poor people skills experience. I will take my vehicle to Toms River Volkswagen and will NEVER return to this dealership. Steer clear!

I purchased four new Hondas from their sister dealership next door and always had a positive experience and was treated fairly. So when my fiancé wanted to purchaser a new Volkswagen Beetle, I suggested that we go to the Piazza Volkswagen. What a mistake.
Prior to heading to the dealership we received an online quote from the dealership online and were prepared to purchase the new Beetle that day. Upon arriving the salesperson confirmed the price we were quoted and confirmed Volkswagon's special financing rate. After the dealership inspected my fiancé's trade in, the sales person sat down with us to go over the numbers. Without having run our credit (we have credit scores in the 700s) the salesperson told us that they could not do Volkswagon's special financing rate and quoted us a financing rate that was four times higher than the Volkswagen special financing. As for the trade in, the only offered $500 when the blue book for the trade was $3,000. Adding insult to injury, the salesperson then stated that he could not honor the the online price for the new vehicle. Upon hearing this, we immediately got up and left.
Don't waste your time with this dealership. Sadly for the Piazza Auto Group, they have also lost. a loyal Honda customer. I will no longer get my Honda serviced at the sister dealership next door and when its time for me to purchase.a new vehicle, I will avoid Piazza Honda and will look to another Honda dealership.
We would up purchasing from another dealer who honored their price and interest rate and we received book value for the trade in.
