Avoid at all costs! - A casual driver
The sales manager Joe is a liar and a slimeball. He "made me a service appt" to get me to come negotiate my lease renewal terms. The person who needed to be there for service doesn't work Saturdays... He denied responsibility for anything service provided (lacked to provide) throughout the time I had my lease and claimed, "that's not my sales team". I run and adtexh sales team in NYC, if I ever said that to a client I deserve to be fired on the spot.
The service manager Rich is nice but his team doesn't get the job done, repeatedly. I had squealing tires on a brand new 2016 ilx for 3 years and they told me that it's normal after claiming they couldn't recreate the issue for weeks. The trunk was opening on its own when the car was parked and locked and they couldn't find a solution so they locked the trunk permanently. Beat part, the warranty ends and I'll have to pay for these issues to Acura financial if I can't go find a reputable Acura dealership to provide service.
I wish I could meet the owner of this dealership to tell him about the my experience in person. They deserve better from their employees.
