Truly had the best experience working with Bill Caffyn at Toms River Lester Glenn Chevrolet. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Bill went out of his way to get to know me and to learn what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He was able to set up a test drive of one of the new Equinox’s that I was interested in and to say I fell in love with the vehicle would be an understatement. Although they did not have the color I was hoping for, Bill and Manager Mike were able to locate my dream SUV and bring it to the Toms River location. Chevy’s Shining Knight Saves the Day!!! - Suit & Tie- Wade
No Truck, No Ride, No problem!! I brought my truck in for service on Friday and the repair needed took longer then anticipated. Unfortunately there was no loner car available so I was told to call again Monday. Stressed out I tried again on Monday for a loner and they were still out. I needed to get to work today and had no way to get there. Well after today Marvel should add Robbie to the Super hero list. I called him up and told him my woes. After 5 minutes, I get a call back with a loner car waiting for me to pick. Oh wait! The service doesn’t stop there...Robbie ALSO picks me up at my house and personally drives me back to the service dealership. If anyone had any doubts that customer services stops after the deal, this experience will quickly put that to rest. Chevy hold on tight to this guy, he’s a diamond. Pinebelt word of advice- Make Robbie a manager! He’s been doing the job without the title.

Went on a test drive, was able to negotiate a deal and take home the used Scion TC 2010 car that I wanted to purchase. Thanks for being helpful and respectful during the car buying process. Met everyone and paid cash for the car. Would recommend and buy from again!

Worst Service Department ever!!! They don't seem to have any idea what they are doing. Asked them to replace running light only to find out later that day that it was not fixed, they also used the wrong oil on recent oil change. Very disorganized & incompetent, Buy a FORD

Service man and mechanics, very nice and knowledgeable. Lady at counter when I was paying, was texting and on a personal call, yelled at her boyfriend when a customer was calling on the phone, not professional at all.

Never heard of any garage taking 42 hours to do a front end alignment and change a catalytic convertor. Never dealt with a shop that lies to the customer over and over. Best of all, getting my vehicle back with no gas left in it, low fuel light on. Thanks Kelle!

I want to commend Sea Coast Chevy for my first time trip in for brake service on 4/28/12. I called due to recommendation by AAA after being connected with service and talking to Bobbi (manager) she told me to bring it right in and she would take a look at it...about 2hrs later i had brakes installed on 4 wheels. Bobbi discussed the brake problem and the price before i signed the go ahead paperwork...true to her words 2 hrs later i drove out of Sea Coast Service dept all fixed and felt like i was treatly royally! I will return for all future problems with my car, which I hope is not many but what ever they may be I will be back. Most painless and pleasant experience that I have ever had at a Dealership service dept.,it is never enjoyable to have to wait for a car repair but Bobbi made it a pleasure!
