This was nothing short of a positive experience from start to end. I am so happy I switched from Flemington Nissan to Ford. Mark Schmaling took care of me from the second I walked in the door until everything was finalized. He was great with answering my questions right away and everyone else I worked with at the dealership was very friendly as well. I definitely do not regret my decision with switching to Ford and would recommend them to anyone!!

I purchased a 2017 Fusion still under warranty when I expirienced electrical failure. After returning to the dealer where I purchased the car who didn’t have the time to help me , I called Smith who were very helpful.
I appreciated their understanding and responsive nature.
This is the type of service Ford should expect from their dealers.
My ford is only 2 yrs old with low mileage electrical failure should not happen. I question my purchase but the service at Smith Motors was not.

I brought a lemon from them, i pay cash. After nine months i found out so many things was wrong with my car. I have gotten a warrant and took it back and they told me things was not cover and i found out it was. I really thought they was great. My father work for GM over 40 yrs and i qas treated wrong. Complaints to management and they call me back one time nothing changed call back again and they refused to call me back. I would never tell anybody to shop at McCaffrey.
Failed customer service for Service Department - GBS-Ford
If I could submit a negative star I would. Your service staff especially are poorly informed and provided horrendous customer service. I made an appointment for a service appointment, dropped car off at 0730am. All that was to be done was an oil change and repair of a rearview mirror. Told the intaking service person the rearview mirror would need to be replaced and to replace same. At approximately 320pm I received a call from the service department asking me if I wanted to have the mirror replaced and if I still wanted the oil change completed. The person appeared to not have my interest of the vehicle at the best interest. He appeared to talk in a demeaning manner when asked why it took so long to respond with an estimate or update to the vehicle service. The service department handled my customer problems especially poor. I have had leased/purchased vehicle(s) here and the service department has typically delayed in acting on such issues or making contact to advise of the issue until the end of the day(well after 4pm) today was an exception, which made the problem worse and myself more upset. The service department did not meet even the lowest expectations in terms of being a good listener. They appear to not be able to deliver any type of message-- short or long, good news or bad, in a written or oral format or to any type of audience--in an effective manner.
