Bought a Certified pre-owned M4. Ramon Moreno was salesman. He was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make this deal go as smooth as possible. He worked to get a amicable price for the vehicle. He was extremely polite and kept me well informed through out the entire purchase process. Can't say enough about Ramon, he is a person of integrity and honesty. He was upfront with all information on the vehicle and there were no last minute price increases. I would buy another vehicle from BMW of Tenafly because of the way the deal was carried out from beginning to end.
Finance manager Sean Muhammad also was of great assistance. He explained all of the available extended warranties available with no sales pressure and made the day of purchase to go expeditiously. First time buying a vehicle that when I left the dealership I was completely satisfied.

Exceptional service and very courteous staff - SamCrg
It is pleasure to give a five star ratings for BMW Oysterbay, they do deserve it with their exceptional service, friendly and courteous staff. When I compare this BMW dealership with one of the BIG dealership where nearby these peoples are outstanding. Most of the time you get good service at the time you buy a car. But at the time of service, it is hard to find people like this.
I had a pleasant experience dealing with Doug this week.... - JasonRoman
I had a pleasant experience dealing with Doug this week. Scheduling service online was a breeze! When I arrived, the intake was completed swiftly and Doug clearly understood each of my concerns on my vehicle. After meeting with Doug, the representatives responsible for the loaner station also assisted me in a very swift and efficient manner and I was in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes, total. Afterward, Doug was very clear about unknown issues on my car and communicated clearly on what's considered under warranty and what wasn't under warranty. Upon completion of all repairs, I returned the loaner, paid for the service, and was back in my car in under 10 minutes. Overall great experience and I have no doubts about returning for the next service.

I have experienced the utmost professionalism when dealing with Habberstad BMW of Huntington.
From my wonderful initial encounter in the sales department with Mark Morrow, to assistance with regular service appointments and recently repairs after an accident with the excellent Peter Perpall, I have had friendly and efficient experiences.
Though hiccups are commonplace in any car dealership due to coordination of many moving parts (no pun intended), the managers at Habberstad (especially Peter Perpall), as well as surrounding staff, tackled any issues promptly and transparently.
I look forward to continued business with this dealership in the future.
Horrendous - drea
“We won’t have a loaner for the next two weeks.” “Your car is ready, however, we don’t have a driver here to pick you up.” “Well you won’t be the first, we actually had a lady who had a tire blowout as she was headed to the airport and she had to take a cab because we didn’t have a driver to take her.
As a valued customer of Wide World of BMW these aren’t remarks one wants to hear from a service member. Unfortunately, these are the very remarks I heard starting on May 14th when I called in a panic because I continued to hear a loud cranking sound coming from my car as I drove home from work. I called Wide World BMW explaining that I felt very anxious because not only was I hearing these loud pangs, but my car was ‘tugging’ me from time to time. I felt like it was being pulled. I also explained that the car would almost feel like it was at a standstill whenever I stopped at a traffic light. I said I thought it best that I went in that day even though I was given other suggestions due to the time of day. (I called after 5 but explained that it would take me over an hour due to the rate my car was going) I asked if I would be able to get a loaner. The answer was no as there were all out and the earliest one was expected back was approximately two weeks.
I was greeted by the very friendly Matt when I finally arrived with my car. I was told within a few minutes that my axle needed to be replaced as it was broken. A driver was summoned to take me home. Days later, I received a call that my car was ready. I asked if a driver could be sent to pick me up but was surprised to hear no as there wasn’t one available. This was when I was told about the woman who had to take a cab to the airport. To spend all that money to get my car fixed, not given a loaner, then told, that I should spend more money on a cab is simply unacceptable.
Fast forward, exactly one week ago I was left stranded on the road as my car literally stopped moving while driving to a co-worker’s memorial service. Scared would be an understatement. DSC and XDrive malfunction appeared on my screen. A few minutes later, Drivetrain malfunction appeared. Why wasn’t I told about these issues when my car was brought in two weeks prior? These are not issues that happen overnight.
As a customer of Wide World BMW for over ten years, lately I have experienced some of the most horrendous customer service. With that said, my confidence in your company has been seriously shaken and I hope to hear from someone in management who can rectify some of these unresolved issues. Failure to do so will result in me taking my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so as well.
A few months ago, my car was serviced for a clicking... - Billpetersen
A few months ago, my car was serviced for a clicking noise when I would brake the car. The cost of the service was over 3K+ for brake calipers, etc., which was supposed to fix the clicking noise. Today 3/4/2021 I brought my car back to BMW to fix a cracked windshield which is covered by my insurance company. When I explained the clicking noise had returned, the service department told me a different problem existed and it would be around $4K to fix it. The service advisor said, "I remember your car from last time and my manager had to drive your car last time to try to figure out what the problem was with the clicking noise.". I then complained and I said, "you should honor the work you did last time to fix this issue". At this point, the communication ended. The service advisors supervisor of the BMW Service Department called me and stated that the clicking noise when you brake the car is by design and BMW can't do anything to fix it. This is a flaw with the car. This is something you will have to live with. I then said, "why did your service advisor tell me there was another problem that needed to be fixed but now your telling me that there is no problem". He said, "she was unaware that this was not an issue".
On top of this frustration, their service department also gave me a cost quote for my service today, which was to replace my cracked windshield. They also told me that my engine motor mounts on the car needed to be replaced. My BMW car has 70,000 miles on it over 6 years and the car already needed the engine mounts replaced. The total cost for both of these repairs is $2,100 for the engine motor mounts and $4,021 for the Windshield. A grand total of $6,650 with tax.
First, I am not happy that this dealership charged me over $3K for a brake clicking noise and now I am finding out that this issue is by design and they will not warranty their work.
Second, it is also surprising that the total cost of the two repairs for this service trip for a New Windshield and new Engine Motor Mounts is $6,650 with tax. The cost of these two repairs is roughly 10% of the total cost of a brand new BMW @ $65,000. At this point, I can't help but believe that BMW of Bayside in NY is over charging their customers. I also have documentation and text messages from them to back up this claim.
What really saddens me is to see a big company like BMW take advantage of their customers. I mean the windshield replacement cost alone at this dealership is roughly 7% of the total cost of a brand new BMW @ $65,000. I am so disappointed with BMW of Bayside in NY and I really feel they are taking advantage of not just me but their other customers as well.
Please Also Note:
Today I called the BMW Parts Department. The cost of the new OEM windshield part for my X5 BMW / VIN is $1,437. I then contacted their service department for the labor cost on a different call. The labor charge that the service department is $1,468 which is a total of $2,905. The total cost quote for the windshield replacement repair from the dealerships Service Department is $4,021. This is a difference between the labor costs, part cost and the quote was $1,116. It is unbelievable that BMW of Bayside Service Department of NY is gouging their customers this badly. Please review the attached image of the cost quote for the Windshield. You can make one call to to their parts department to get a price. You can make a second call to their service department to get the cost of labor. The difference between parts vs labor vs the service department cost quite is absolutely shocking. Based on these facts, I recommend that you take your BMW to another dealership!
I went for schedule service. As you know when you come at... - EBJ
I went for schedule service. As you know when you come at the dealership they look to see what else you need. However it is disgusting when you see they just want to add things for you to do. Not the first time this happens but this is the first time I dealt with the service advisor. I notice this dealership aims to make each service appointment from 1K-2k per visit and remember that the industry average they pay on service advisor is roughly 20%. My visit this week was no different. Not only I didn’t need extra parts added to the brake job but I may have some type of “leakage”. I had my vehicle inspected before the visit because I notice this dealership tactics . I also seen advisors running back and forth telling their customers “ we found something”. Now some may be legit but others I highly doubt it because BMW and dealerships got in some scandals which is no surprise. There is a difference between this part is totally gone and need a replacement Vs it’s good but it’s up to you. Now I notice I was in my gym attire and not a suit so maybe they think they can pull a fast ones also because my zip code? Again this is not the first time and couple of years ago I sent the GM an email but of course never got to me because I got charged for an oil leakage but I was able to drive normal and to the dealership. No sign of it and of course the bill came up to 2K. I bet if you look at your service payment bills it wouldn’t be a coincidence they aim to get everyone at this dollar amount. It’s really disgusting but the car industry will get disrupted soon so we hope that companies like Tesla will change the biz model and the buying experience. Always have a second opinion because this dealership does great when they service the car because it’s trained technician but with my last experience in here I wanted to give them another shot but it just low from my expectations. When I lease there was always a loaner available. Now it’s like the service suck and on top that I told the service advisor Jorge I got the discount emailed and sent to me by mail he had the audacity to tel me find it. Why? Maybe because I reduce the actual job I needed and didn’t go with what he plan. On top of that he went to the manger office for “approval”. If this dealership is worried about us using the discount and giving us a hard time when we tell advisors we have it then why send it? Is this the service that we expect with BMW of Westchester? For the meantime I will get my car inspected and see if everything is where it supposed to be. That’s why I tell everyone to verify that you actually need it and not just let these advisors add a la carte to make the ticket bigger than what it should be. Also for a Valve cover gasket job they quoted me $800 for labor when the industry average is different. There are more complicated jobs and is not at this price. Things could happen to any vehicle but when they continuously throw “jobs you may need” it’s kind of hard to not doubt they are intentionally trying to add more cost to visit I took my car for service and you could see my review on how that went but the real intention is to get my car appraised so I can entertain the idea of getting a new vehicle. I have asked for quotes via email but like all car sales people don’t want to give you quotes because they want “ control” of the process with other old school sales tactics. I’ve caught how they change their prices in the past but I said maybe things can be different. However they are the same. It’s always expected they will lowball and give 100 reasons why your car is not so perfect but when they do receive the car and you on the other side they will tell you it’s better than slice bread. I dealt with Earl and he is a nice guy but not nice enough to give you a decent deal. Of course he has to listen to his manager and I don’t know who the manager that appraise my vehicle but again they give you the impression that they stereotype. They think you don’t know how things work so they try their tactics on you. Things could change the end of the month, I need to see what vehicle you want so I can give you actual numbers , etc. people they only tell you that so they ca. Gauge how much profit they will make and of course what they can get away from. I only became a customer in that dealership because of a salesperson no longer with the company. Otherwise other salesperson just treat you like nothing unless you tell them it’s ok to give them your wallet and let them choose how much you should pay. If they lowball a car when they know it’s going to be a used car market but don’t want you to know or think you don’t know how dealerships profit then you will overpay. Always know what you want and if they are hesitant to give you what your asking for them maybe it’s time to visit another dealership. You think in these times they would want to earn your business but like I mention this industry will get disrupted. I am pretty sure other customers get treated different which is why I am writing this review. Again don’t entertain these games the dealership play and if they don’t want your business then some other dealership will want to hit the manufacturer bonus/incentive. It’s just incredible to see how this dealership is run maybe if they become proactive and nicer people will do business but they want to act like things are “biz as usual”.

When I first came here back in 2016, everyone was rude & unprofessional and decided to never come back. But because of convenience, i decided to go back and noticed the changed of staffs. Once the new staffs came in, everything & everyone was great! Kim and front desk are very professional & friendly. They are definitely a keeper!
horrible. - unsatisfied customer
Horrible place to buy a car.
I was hoping they were a brand new business because none of them know what theyre doing. But apparently theyve been open for a few years.
First they forgot to get copies of our licenses so we had to send them pictures, no big deal. On the way home from the dealership the traction control light came on the dash and it started shifting strange with the rpms jumping. Then the check engine light came on. All on the way home from the dealership. Not such a big deal, they told us to bring it back so they can fix it. We brought it back, they got the lights to go off, then a half hour after leaving the traction control light came on and it started shifting weird again. At this point the owner starts telling us that we have to call the bank and tell them the car is running good so he could get his money from them, we didnt wanna give the bank false information so we waited until it was running good to call them . The owner said it couldn't wait and we had to call them right away otherwise we would lose our down payment and have to bring The vehicle back, I called the bank and asked them if that was true, they said thats not true. They said they could wait until its fixed. The vehicle is under warranty but we didnt trust them to fix it at that point. So we brought it to a local garage and paid to get it fixed. They did it with no problem. Owner was supposed to reimburse us but that hasn't happened. Then we realize its past due for an oil change. Had to go pay for that as well. While getting the oil change at a local shop I asked to to look it over and let me know if they think it will pass an inspection. They found a coolant leak and an oil leak, then showed me the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal so theres no way it would pass. All laws say that vehicles have to be sold with good tires. We put 2,500 down and will be paying for it for the next 4 years, we trusted that it would be good enough to pass inspection. I asked the owner if he would get us good tires and he wanted to wait until the bank approved the loan. 3 days before our temporary plate expired they contacted us amd said the bank still needed more information. We gave them what they needed but didn't get a response until the day that our tag expired. Now its been a week since the bank approved the loan and the dealership still hasn't processed our registration or provided us with a license plate. The owner doesn't wanna talk about the tires, and we just got a letter from the bank saying they still didn't get proof of our licenses. After we gave them our licenses to copy in person, then sent them pictures of our licenses They still haven't sent it to the bank. Owner and employees are incompetent and disrespectful. We have bought enough vehicles in the past to know that something is seriously wrong with this place. As a father with 3 kids I truly wish I wouldve went somewhere else and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through this. The owner also told me this is just one deal for him and really doesnt matter to him anyway, he told me when its processed they won't be able to mail the license plate to me, ill have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up on bald tires. I'm really hoping he will replace the tires when we get there but he hasn't said that he will. He just avoids the question. I've literally never left a bad review on anything in my life but this is too much.

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

If I could give zero stars I will When I purchased my 2020 BMW after the first service being don when I picked up the car I noticed the scratch on the side of the car I went right back into the dealership and I showed them that of course they claim that wasn’t us, when I start using a different dealership(White Plains Bmw they are very professional) I find out how much I overpay for the car be careful how you purchase the warrantees from them double check with another one dealer you’re better of not going there because you will get screwed like me and nobody wants to take any responsibility I deal with a lot of dealerships BMW of Mount Kisco it’s the worst dealership I ever dealt with

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
wasted my time - bakhtiar
I brought the car for maintenance today. On the plus side, appointments are always available and the staff is friendly and courteous. As it turns out today it needed a new tire as well. I told them i would wait for it. I was told about 2-3 hours. 2 hours into the wait around 1030 I was told it would take 2-3 hours more and was offered to be driven home and picked up. I got a call about 1230 that the car is getting done but I will get picked up around 2.30-3 pm. $700 plus, 7 hours and wasted my whole day.
3.30pm finally picked up the car. Got home and checked that the key battery they charged for to replace was not done. Thankfully I had a backup key in the car. Totally disappointing and irresponsible service.
