Pleasant Experience - Greg P.
Working with Chito was a great experience. We explained the exact model and package that we wanted, and he was able to find that one was getting shipped in within the next week. The shipment was initially delayed, but Chito made sure the car was there the next day for pickup even though it was supposed to be delayed 2 more days. He was so thorough when explaining our new car's features. Overall, this was such a pleasant experience and I am glad we got to work with Chito.

My go to Subaru service center - natster0721
I typically love using this service center as the reps are generally very nice and accommodating. However, if a customer wants to keep the post-it that you jotted down costs of repair, even though you'll be adding it to the paperwork, just give it to them and don't have an attitude (I asked at least half a dozen times and he still tossed it in the trash, and after a slight attitude, he dug through the trash and gave it to me -- seriously, if a customer asks for it, just hand it to them after you've added it to the computer/paperwork). Usually I don't have an issue with them giving me the post-it so I can keep it handy in my wallet if I want to check costs outside of this service center, especially for a vehicle that is well over the 5yr/100k warranty period. Otherwise, it just inconveniences me to have to re-jot it all down myself so I can keep it handy, as the post-service paperwork is quite large and bulky and won't fit in a wallet. Other than that one not so great experience, even though I'm well over warranty, I will go to this service center for my major maintenance service and other repairs. The staff is very nice here.

Very happy I chose Koeppel Subaru - imprezed
I went to Koeppel Subaru after searching their inventory online and finding the exact car I wanted. I hadn't leased or purchased a car in almost 20 years and wasn't sure what to expect when I visited the place. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the dealership. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were taken care of even though it was a very busy weekend at the dealership. Nelson in particular went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we wanted, in the color we wanted, and were comfortable with all of the details of our lease. Even when we didn't quite understand something, Nelson patiently explained the process to us. Even the test drive on the busy streets of Queens was painless.
I highly recommend Subaru, and Koeppel Subaru in particular.
I'm looking forward to getting my next Subaru from them.

Unfortunately after just 400 miles. The right front strut on my daughters impreza limited was defective. The Cracker jack technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit.
This staff at Subaru has years of experience behind them. And give you what you would expect at a high end dealership, such as lexus. 5 stars for all involved.

Avoid This Dealership - zcarow
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield and it was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve ever had in my life. This was my first car buying experience and how I was treated was astonishing. Pamela DeLorenzo, my sales person, did absolutely nothing to help me. As a first time car buyer, I was lied too, taken advantage of, and disrespected throughout the process.
Below is a list of the multiple times I was provided with false information and mistreated.
1. I was told Lo/Jack was part of the car and it could not be removed from the deal after I expressed the fact that I did not want the additional feature, twice. Pamela stated “the Lo/Jack is required because it is part of the car” implying they would not remove it or deactivate it. As a result, she was requiring me to pay an additional $695 on the vehicle. This quote can be confirmed by the person that was with me as we discussed the additional fees that were being added onto the price of the car.
2. Pamela filled out all the paperwork for the Lo/Jack and signed me up for an extended Lo/Jack warranty without telling me. She also did not explain the document that was presented to me or prompt me to read it, simply stating “just sign this for the Lo/Jack”
3. I was drawn to the Forester because I take many trips up to Vermont during the winter as skiing is one of my favorite activities. After discussing this with Pamela she commented that “if my car ever got stolen in Vermont the Lo/Jack would assist in helping the police recover it.” I was not given anything that detailed the areas of coverage however, I was able to find a document online that provided me with that information. This document also informed me that Vermont is NOT covered under Lo/Jack making the feature useless in a location I frequent often.
4. When it came down to finances, I requested a 24 or 36 month finance. After a short time Jordan, the finance manager, informed me that a 24 month payment plan was not an option. I then explained that I preferred 36 months however, I ended up only being offered a 48 month plan that I did not want.
5. I traded in my old vehicle, however the vehicle was in my fathers name. So they informed me they would send him documents to finish the deal and they would send me a check for $500 once they got the documents. It has been over a month and I still haven't received a check.
6. After going in and talking to the sales manager, Steve, I was told I’d be able to receive a refund for the Lo/Jack. Again, they told me they would mail out a check for a full refund. It has been over a month and I still haven't received a check.
7. I’ve called over 6 times to find out the status of my checks. Talking to the receptionist, Pam, Steve, and Jordan, and every time is the same response, “Let me talk to the accounting department and I’ll give you a call back” and I’ve never been called back.
This is just a short list detailing the poor quality of treatment I experienced during the buying process at their establishment. Avoid this dealership as they are dishonest and take advantage of their customers.
Best dealer - Wayne
Just purchased my 6th Subaru Outback. The most beautiful experience buying a car. A fantastic salesman (Eddy Pena) and manager (Jack Calamusa) take the hassle out of making the purchase.
Overall best car buying experince to date - J/MS
My family and I had a fantastic experience with the sales and finance team at Subaru pf Englewood. After a disappointing experience with two competitors, we will be bringing all of our business back to Englewood. Ask for Manny in the sales department and watch a true professional at work. He was courteous, thorough, and left us without a doubt knowing we made the right decision on not just the brand and dealer, but model and trim level. Not to mention he crushed the two other lease offers. There was a no pressure, friendly atmosphere throughout the building. We also met two technicians, Alex and Dave, both of whom really exuded a sense of knowledge in their brand. I'd feel confident bringing my car to either of them for service. Overall a considerably better sales journey than expected. I recommend this dealer to everyone.
BEWARE! YOU ARE DEALING WITH SKILLED CONS! - Rmlandi
BEWARE! If you go to Lynnes pack a lunch! They will keep you there all day in order for you to sign anything to just get out!! Jamaal the salesperson lied repeatedly....until the 11th hour (actually 9 hours and 40 min to be exact) when sitting with finance person to finalize purchase was when I discovered that sales tacked on another $3K to my purchase without disclosure, without notification; Pack a lunch, take notes, be alert! Lynnes Nissan’s approach is to "wait you out" so you’ll do anything to be done.
In addition, when checking out the car I wanted to read the manual when Jamaal flung it into glove compartment stating "you don't need this!" when I left the dealership I had called Jamaal on his cell, something was "off" with navigation system and I didn't know how to get home. He yelled at me "I went over it with you! Weren't you paying attention?!!" Nice guyI Then again he got his sale/commission so what does he care?? I was lost for close to an hour, in asking a gentleman for directions, the random stranger was kind enough to show me the navigation system in order for me to get home.
The morning after purchase I discovered that both of my keys have low battery. Jamaal assured me, as we had seen that message when showing me the car, that both key batteries were replaced, it was included in my $2,195 prep fee. A fee that no other dealership charges or has heard of! Since, I have left three (3) messages, not even one call back. Then I texted Jamaal for his assistance to make this right, again, nothing! He also promised me one (1) courtesy oil change. Again, nothing. Now I am concerned that my car will be inoperable due to both keys dying. I respectfully requested that they make arrangements with my local Nissan dealer in Queens, NY for my two (2) key battery replacements and my one (1) courtesy oil change. So far nothing!
If you purchase from Lynnes Nissan, you're on your own!!!! Please be alert and ask questions! This sales staff is the epitome of a “used salesmen” mentality. Just yes them to death and get them out!
At one point when I asked the finance person if something was included, he said “no” Jamaal, in front of me….said “don’t tell her that!” I thank you Giovanni for your honesty! Giovanni & Trish were the only people with decency at Lynnes and the ONLY REASON THE SALE WENT THROUGH! Sadly Giovanni & Trish are back office/finance people. The ones that clean up the mess for the dishonest, unscrupulous sales staff. Lynnes Nissan…You should re-train your staff using a moral compass. Goes way further than you know. Again, the sale would not have gone through if it weren’t for the honesty of your back office people….They should be rewarded with 50% of the commission, if not more!
Great Experience - Saily
Personable helpful sales staff, no pressure to make a fair deal. Pricing on the car and your trade in was fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new car. Open to accommodating my requirements with good intentions. Waiting area, show room and parking are small however, it looks like they are expanding and moving to a bigger location. I will come back here again for my next car.
First service - Jmw
Brought my car here for it's first service , convenient location, and someone came right out to bring my car into the garage. It was ready within a few hours, and since I have the maintenance contract with my lease, it was all paid for. Nice experience overall.
John Petriello - Great customer service - C4s happyguy
When I had a problem with my virtually new 2017 Golf R, John stepped up and made it right for me. He not only sold me this car but was there as my go to guy when I needed the help most. If you need a VW or Subaru you must see John.
