The most important part was that I came prepared. As long as you have your documents, your honesty, and some patience, this is easy as pie. I didn’t go in really expecting anything to happen. I already knew I was going to have to explain a few things about my credit. Tyrone is a guy with a master plan. I went in at 12:30 and gave him everything he asked for. I was just going in to understand where I needed to be. Without question, Tyrone accomplished where I wanted to be. I didn’t have too many specifics which left a lot of options open for me. I’m not hard to please. What he presented was more than I could ask for. By 4PM I was out the door with a later model putting nothing down. 429 a month for this gorgeous 2014 Camry SE in Metallic Magnetic Gray! It was surreal when I left with my new car. I was in shock. This could be because this is actually my first car. The place was beautiful. The employees were nice and friendly. I had nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wanted to purchase their first car. Thank you again, Tyrone!

I recently bought a Toyota Camry 2018 from Bay Ridge Toyota and had a great experience. Given that it was a large purchase and I don’t know a lot about cars, I was worried that I might experience the typical car sales horror story. Rather, I experienced the exact opposite. Ozzy Quintana, the sales representative I worked with, took the time to understand my budget and what I was looking for within the car. I was planning to buy a used 2017 Camry, and to my surprise, he was able to get me into a new 2018 and stay within my budget.

We are repeat customers of Yang Lao. We purchased a 2009 AWD Sienna Limits from Mr Yang Lao. Since we were so satisfied with our last purchase, we came back for an update. Mr Yang Lao take care of us right away once he see us. He makes sure we are important to him while his help another customer. While we were there 10 minutes to closing, he still happy and willing take our case. We were able to trade in our old Sienna for a new 2017 AWD Sienna Limited. He was able get everything on the spot. My experience was great , I made my appointment the day before for 10:00am ,I arrived at 9:55am the first and only person I spoke to was Lorena Vilella , she was very personable told me exactly what they will be doing to my car , she offered me a free car wash that I happily accept , she took down my cell phone number and told me it will take about one hour and fifteen minutes ,then directed me to the waiting room , and enjoyed my free coffee and bagel , one hour and five minutes Lorena text me my car was ready . She explained exactly what they did to my car , she scheduled my next visit my car rolled up all cleaned and serviced and I was on my way. I actually enjoyed my visit. I provided customer service for 49 years be proud of the service from Lorena and your staff.

There are so many dealerships that only have their best interest in mind, but City World Toyota was an exception. Jumanni was my sales rep and I felt like he listened to my practical needs and respected my financial concerns of buying my first car. In other words, he didn't try to sell me a car I couldn't afford or didn't need. At the end of the deal, I drove away in my first car and I was happy. What more can I ask for?

I called this dealer to confirm if a CPO car I found from Toyota Manufacturer website is actually available at this dealer. Natasha (hope I remember her name right) took the call and confirmed the car was at the dealer. When I arrived at the dealer I was asking for Natasha even though a rep came out to greet me. Then I realized Natasha was actually the telesales. Anyway after a few short minutes Natasha came out to greet me even though I already started a conversation with Harold. I told Natasha I wanted to make sure her customer wasn't stolen or anything. So it was a bit confusing in the beginning but Harold went on to explain the CPO car I was interested in, showed me exactly what work was done by the dealer to certify this vehicle. I asked him outright I had too many unpleasant experience in the past about dealer including the one I got just a short moment ago from a neighborhood dealer (Westchester Toyota to be exact). He explained that on the bill of sale if I decide to purchase a car at the dealer I would not see any document fee, processing fee and other fees which are hard to understand. While my family was testing and inspecting the car I also tried to bargain with Harold. He kindly refused to provide any discount but I know through research that the price for this CPO car was really fair. Due the salesmanship and carfax report my family was able to walk out with the car we wanted. Harold kept telling me he had worked for the dealer for 12 years and I trust it to be fact and I understand the reason why. If I had to pick on something about the whole experience, I wish the dealer could have tightened up the process a little more as there was some idle time where we did not know where Harold was and which manager was processing what documents. Anyway we stepped into the dealership around 1:30PM not sure if we were really buying a car and left around 5:45PM with a new car, so I feel that the overall time it took was reasonable.
My experience with Harold and New Rochelle Toyota had given me some hopes about dealing with auto sales professional and car dealers. I am a sales professional myself (love mentioning that to Harold and other sales professional I dealt with when I was making major purchases). Honest and pleasant sales professionals like Harold really makes a difference in people's lives.

In all the years I've been buying or leasing vehicles, usually two at a time, I have never, ever experienced a more enjoyable leasing experience than I did at Parkway Toyota the other day. Bob Winograd was great....Franco was great.....Vinny was great.....and, the financial guy (who's name I can't remember) was great as well. The entire experience couldn't have been better. I highly recommend you buy or lease your next vehicle at Parkway Toyota.

When I singed new lease papers, more than 25 pages for 5 minutes, I was confirmed one more time that my previous car will transfer to dealership with left payments. Now left payment still on my name even I do not have this car and Dealership refuse to pay for car, which they have now. Nonsense ....
And even tell me that I asked myself to pay my payment for their car...

They made promises and don't keep them. After i bought the car they won't return my calls or text messages. Cannot be trusted. My car is missing a manual and they keep telling me that it's mailed and i haven't recieved anything. The car had some scratches which they promised to get rid off and failed to do so.
