I recently bought 5 vehicles simultaneously and Artem and his team were great. Artem went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicles on time and in good condition. He had to personally deliver several of the vehicles as not all the vans were on the lot. He has followed up and assisted us even after we paid and took delivery, which is above and beyond most sales staff (in my experience).

My 2010 prius was making an unbelievably loud metallic noise. Turned out it was the shield on the catalytic converter. As this is an integral part of the converter and cannot be replaced without replacing the converter, it is being covered (rightly so I might add) under the emissions warranty. Rohan, in service, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I am awaiting the part and will report back when repair is complete. Kudos to both Penn and Toyota for sticking by their product. This is my second prius and won't be my last.

My husband and I were under the gun to get a car, as we had just moved to the suburbs and were expecting twins. We visited several dealerships and found New Rochelle Toyota, and Mario in particular, to be the most honest and friendly.
Mario helped make everything move quickly and was sensitive to our timeframe and sense of urgency. When there was a slight glitch with timing on finalizing the paperwork and taking possession of the car (not his fault at all), he drove us in his car 45 minutes away to return the car we had temporarily borrowed.
We have been back to visit Mario with our kiddos to say hello and would absolutely recommend working with him!

Since Paul Miller took over the dealership the service department has turned into a scam. I purchased a factory certified used car a few years ago and, out of customer loyalty, have always had it serviced there.
PRIOR TO PAUL MILLER...
I'd come inf for an oil change and there would occasionally be a recommendation for a filter change or something to "keep an eye on.". However it was always things that made sense; parts that wear (brake pads, wiper blades, etc).
AFTER PAUL MILLER...
Since Paul Miller took over the dealership I have literally put @$10K into service. Mind you the vehicle has NEVER broken down, never had a check engine light, never had any significant operational issue. However every single time I've come in for an oil change or a tire rotation, the " recommendations" now always amount to a thousand dollars or more in repairs that they are oh so ready to take care of right away while I wait.
Obviously I rarely go forward with any of these "urgent" recommendations and guess what... the car continues to operate just fine. It's sad really that what was once a respected, family owned dealership is now a cash cow for a conglomerate. And yes, I have tried calling and writing directly without so much as an acknowledgment of the issue so they certainly can't claim they haven't had an opportunity to correct this situation and sitting in their waiting room I can confirm that I'm far from the only person that's noticed the change.
Toyota has lost a customer because at the end of this vehicle's service life (likely less than 12 months from now) I will be avoiding anything Toyota.

Took my toyota highlander 2013 to get fixed due to a problem of some noise in the front of the vehicle and i read those parts were covered on my warranty and when i went to fic it i was told they couldnt fix it because it was my negligence which was not because the part messed up is a part you dont touch on the vehicle im going to sue this shop so soon thell hear from my lawyers ,, please dont even go to this toyota dealer they suckkk and they will mess up your car , and ontop of that they made me pay for checking my car

Terrible Terrible service! I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter ran over a pothole in her Scion (which is in my name) and damaged two tires. They replaced them as per the warranty, although it took two days to get the car back. I had to Uber there to get the car. Anyway, the car felt funny as I drove it home, but as I normally drive an SUV, I thought it was because I was not used to the feel of the car. When my daughter was driving to Montclair State for her classes the next day, she felt something was wrong. On the Garden State Parkway, the car began to swerve. People were yelling out the window that her tire was coming off. She had to stop in the left lane as she could not get across the road to the shoulder. It was rush hour and she nearly got hit several times while people were beeping and yelling at her. We called Autoland service and waere told to bring the car back.
After dealing with the police and The Parkway people (AAA is not allowed on The Parkway), the tire was changed and my daughter drove back to Autoland. I was very angry and let them know she could have been killed. The only thing I asked for was the $63.96 back for the tire change. They changed the tire and after they were finished, my daughter saw the tire light was on. She informed them and was told that the tire had to "adjust." Well, the next day the tire light was still on. (The fact that they let her leave with the light on after The Parkway mishap is beyond me, but I wasn't aware of it until after she got home). I called and called and finally they said to bring the car back again. I again asked for the money. Today I was told they would not give me the money for the tire change because the warranty company would not reimburse for it. I told them I didn't expect the tire warranty company to pay, but Autoland since they obviously did not put the tire on correctly. They told me she must have hit something that damaged it. I told them she said the car felt funny as soon as she drove it. I reiterated that something did not feel right when I drove it home, but wrote it off to not being familiar with the car. The service person claimed there was a hole in it. I said if that was the case, either the tire was defective or it developed the hole after coming off. He repeated they were not going to pay for it. I told him that they lost a customer when my lease is up next year.
How petty! It is not the money, but what is fair. When my daughter brought the car back after the tire fell off, and related the story, no one apologized. They just looked confused and said they didn't understand why it happened. Ridiculous! They would rather lose a customer next year for a car than reimburse less than $64 for changing a tire that was either defective or not put on properly. And not even any concern that she could have been killed. Never again will I go to Autoland once this lease is up!!!!!
