I met with Arnie and boy he made my life so easy!!!! He is a warm caring, patient man and when you sit with him you will see he opens up and doesn’t shut you down. I had questions to ask him and he gave me every min to explain my self and he made sure I was ok and even answered my daughters questions she had to! Arnie guided me and reassured me all the paperwork n etc was correct and went over all my documents. I purchase a 2011 wrangler for my daughter in dec. 2017, and intentionally waited before posting my review. my salesman was anthony. very knowledgeable. felt comfortable asking him questions and trusted his answers. i was not very happy that the dealership played incredible hardball with the price. they would only eliminate the dealer prep cost, which equates to just over 2% of the asking price. not even consider including running boards, which retail, not cost, just a few hundred. i had two choices; take the very bad deal or leave it behind and disappoint my daughter. needless to say the last choice was no option. after purchasing the vehicle my mechanic looked it over and found a few things wrong, but overall said it was in good condition. i called westbury within the 30 day window and told them of the problems and made an appointment. all of the problems that i brought to their attention were addressed and fixed. when purchasing the vehicle, i was promised that if there was a problem within the 30 days they would take care of it. they kept their word and i thank them for that.
buying a used car can be a hazards experience. westbury made it easier by selling a quality used car, then standing behind their quality guarantee.

What I appreciated most about Neil was no BS. Once he understood that I knew what I wanted, he moved into 'get the car my customer wants with the best deal we can offer' mode.
Every time he told me that he was going to do something by a certain day or time, he did it. Sounds so simple. But, in the car sales world, it rarely does.
Got my car. Love it. Greatly appreciate Neil's professional approach and guidance. I know that I have a resource for anything I need in the future.

During a service visit, there were a few concerns I encountered with some of the requirements on fixing a recall, however, the staff at the dealership went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Within minutes of posting my review, the President (Augie) reached out to discuss the concerns I had. He took the time to look into the issues, speak with staff about any errors, and remedy the situation by fixing the recalls. The service department manager (Victor) was also very friendly, respectful, and professional about discussing my concerns and it is very rare that a dealer is so cooperative. The dealership reached out multiple times, prior to, during, and following my experience to ensure my expectations were fulfilled. The staff even offered to remedy the situation by providing added benefits to my future service visits. The parts department (Tony) at the dealership is also exceptional. They are very friendly, easy to work with, and always ensure the correct parts are ordered.
I look forward to bringing my vehicle back to the dealership for future service needs and eventually purchasing a new Jeep from the dealership. This dealership definitely deserves the Chryslers Customer award for sales and service excellence.

I recently purchased a beautiful Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited here at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Paramus. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly employees and was offered assistance very quickly. John Heinz was my salesman and he did a great job in assisting me with my purchase from start to finish. I am a college student and was a bit nervous about the process of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership for the very first time. I had told him that I was looking for a Grand Cherokee in a certain price range with low mileage and he helped me pick out the perfect vehicle. I just recently purchased a vehicle from here 3 weeks ago and I was so pleasantly surprised at the friendly and non “pushy” sales people that it was simple to look at any vehicle and discuss it.
My wife just picked up a vehicle from them tonight also and she said she’s never been that relaxed and felt like she had a choice of her own like this. Usually car salespeople are pressed for time, want a sale and talk more than listen. They asked her Walsh she wanted and what she liked, and the family dynamic and she found two vehicles and made her own choice. The price was also very easy to discuss as there wasn’t any commission drooling sales rep waiting to see how much he was gong to make off of the sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to look a a new vehicle and not feel intimidated or pushed.

I find that this Dealer Service Department costs me less that any local repair shop because they charge for a fair and honest amount of time, which is less time then a standard Book Rate that garages charge. The service is first rate. Aaron is an incredible resource for any Jeep and Dodge RAM questions.

my experience at Hudson Chrysler jeep dodge ,was awesome specially cause Its was my first time buying a car, sometimes the experience could be overwhelming i have heard. I first made a appointment online , I recieve a call right away from this beyond and welcoming lady name Rose Lowe , to say the truth her pleasant and friendly voice made me feel super comfortable, (and I said what the heck let me just check it out ) once I got there the introduced me to Mohamed , I explain Mohamed my situation me as.a single mom I had a budge so we went with pre -own car he right away show me cars , but what I like the best that even though I was going for how nice the car would look from the outside he was checking more for a car of really low mileage, good in gas and so on ,he made me feel super comfortable, at the end I got my self with 2014 Jeep Compass 12,000 miles One owner I mean that's a great deal( I got my foot in the door) like they say ,my plan is to get a Jeep Wrangler witch I told the manager John ;) who was awesome ,I would not go no where else I will come back to Hudson Chrysler jeep dodge without a doubt I told I think they have a great team!!!!!

I bought a 2014 Mercedes C300. As I drove the car more and more, I realized alarming things. When I reverse, there's a knock EVERYTIME, the brakes are squeaking, the thermostat stays between 90-100 degrees and NOW I'm having tire issues. I took my car to their service center 4xs and NOTHING was repaired. I was told nothings wrong with the brakes. It was just dust. They also told me they didn't hear a knock when the mechanic reversed. I spoke Sam (salesman), Angel (Manager), Mikhail(Manager) and Ashley. NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP. It now been 2 months and I have received NO HELP! I was on a live chat online with Stephanie and she was rude. 1st assuming I'm a male when I clearly said my name was FREDA. I requested to speak with the owner, she directed my complaint to the gentleman SAM who sold me the car and promised nothing was wrong with it. I was also given the CarFax after the sale and there's a lien on the car AND the odometer was tampered with. Mikhail said he would speak with the owner and he also told me he would call me Tuesday, 12/26/2017 with with an update and I never received that call. I texted him and called. NO RESPONSE.
I was also told they do not give loner cars and I'd have to spend my own money to get a rental car and I'd be reimbursed. I was told I have a tire warranty for 2 years and
I had 2 tires blow on Christmas Eve. I reached out to the manager again and no answer. I paid for the repair of 2 tires out of pocket then a third tire went flat and needed repairs and I also paid for that out of pocket.
The service center representative told my fiance, he doesn't know why I was sent there.They mainly do brakes and oil changes. Also, when I got the oil changed, it was jet black, so that it hasn't been changed. I also requested for the Finance team member to call me so that I can split my payments. He hasn't called back. The integrity of this company if HORRIBLE! The don't stand by there word or the product they sell. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

Anyone that gave this company a high mark probably knows the person but as an individual who leased a new truck and was going to buy it out UNTIL the truck wouldn’t start. The truck was towed back to Chrysler in Wantagh and we were told it was the win module and the part needs to be ordeted and it should be done in about a week. They wouldn’t be courteous a give a loaner because we just passed our warranty mileage by a LITTLE BIT.. So we made do for the week. We were told today that The part won’t be here by at least January 7. I Then asked if they could be courteous and give a loaner car so we can get to work and they told us no sorry there’s nothing they can do. But it was the cold rude I don’t. Are to bad attitude and then tells me we owe $100. For diagnosis. I laughed and told him we won’t be taking the truck back that they can keep it!!!! Do NOT DO. BUSINESS WITH THESE SHYSTERS!!!!
