I think for all you customers needing service at Teddy BEWARE. The staff workers who take your car in overnight. Your car will end up on random streets and not in the best care when it comes to having your car serviced and in Teddy hands. Your car will end up out on a street abandoned like a divorced broke husband or a dirty wet homeless dog.customers who are waiting at home patiently for their car in repairs think their car is taken good care of unless they find a ticket in the mail to know what goes on when a customer leaves the car in Teddy hands.
thank God my warranty was only covering 50 percent because I would have come out 5k out of pocket to find my car in a xxxx street. If it weren't for paperwork of picking up the car and paying the 200 dollar diagnostic fee for when the car was released to me and receiving a ticket that dated from the time Teddy had possession of my car .. Thank you Teddy, I would have not known you caused me a parking ticket. I definitely would not waste not one penny.

Would have so liked to have given this dealership a good review but i can't. Went in to turn in my 2017 Rouge and lease a new one. Was contacted through e-mail and presented with a window sticker for the car i wanted. Went into the dealership and told the salesman, Kevin, and the manager Steve that i wasn't going to shop around, due to the coronavirus, and asked them to give me the best deal they could. They assured me they would and we completed the deal. Shame on me for not going over the leasing deal because when i got home i discovered that i paid a thousand dollars more than the sticker price. I called them at least 10 times and Steve was always "away from his desk" or "just stepped out". The one time i caught him he promised to call me back.Well, suprise, surprise he never did. I really liked Kevin and Steve so i really feel like i was taken. So disappointed , my faith in people badly shaken.

These guys are really skechy. I went like 1 week ago to buy a 2017 nissan rogue sport. Let me just say this if u do what they want, they would treat you nicely. Once I told them I got an approve letter from bank of america. Things start to became weird. Anyways we negotiate a deal. Went the next day to sign the contracts and first they make me wait 30 minutes. And then I go to talk to the finance guy. He said that he had find me a better deal. Bluh bluh etc. I told him no I was ok with the deal we made it last night. He started laughing in a sarcastic way saying well I have never seen a person turn down a good deal. I told him is the a problem? I don't want ur deal. We already talk this though I was supposed to just sign wa we had talked before. Anyways they were rude. They continued to say why don't u want this deal. It really just was the worst feeling that I had in my life. They pretty much wanted to bullying me into signing this new ramdon deal. Another they told me that I need to go to the bank and bring a check for the loan. Went to the bank. The guy at the bank told me thats not how things work. The dealer only needed a code that was in the approval letter. Well I got plenty to more stuff to tell you guys. PlS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Bought a used car and it works fine. But when it came time to cancel our lifetime warranty, which was our plan originally to do after a year, the office and the dealer, David Hershey, have been avoiding us. There’s so much lying and incompetence when it comes to filing documents at this dealership that we’re very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Long story short, just don’t go here- it’ll cause you months of stress and headache as well as wasting of your money.
