FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP - Ronno111
I have purchased or leased over 50 vehicles in my lifetime. This dealership is by far the worst, most underhanded group of people I’ve ever deal with. Not only are they rude and stuck up, they are dishonest and will try to rip you off. They did it to me. The short version was my vehicle arrived costing thousands more after waiting 4 months for a build. They said it was just a price increase, but the sticker showed options that I never ordered. When I discovered this we agreed to the contract price, I paid them $130k and then months later they try to sue me for the difference! What!?
Do yourself a favor, find another Land Rover dealership that is NOT owned by this group. I will drive to NJ if I decide to buy another one even though I am walking distance from Huntington Land Rover. I’ve convinced half a dozen people not to go there, the one person that did not listen to me called me up and said “I should have listened to you I just got screwed” ... not worth it people there are plenty of dealerships around. Pass on this one.

Service Mgr Devin call after 3rd visit and said to me “you are lucky you are not driving a mercedes.” Arrogant GM Dawn also lied and snobish over phone , returned car with no fuel and no wash. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE !
Exceptional Experience - BrittanyHarrison
We just picked up our brand new Land Rover from Robert Faraoni. We found the one we wanted online and called to get more information. Robert was extremely helpful and responsive. We made him an offer and it was accepted. We didn't have to haggle or go back and forth for days. It was all ridiculously simple and smooth. We feel like we got an excellent deal which makes the whole thing even better. The paperwork was sent over quickly and the deal was done within a day or so. We flew to NYC to pick it up and it was exactly as described, no hidden surprises. Everything was ready to go. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We will definitely be back in the future. If you want a great deal and excellent service ask for Robert.
Horrible Customer Service - returnmydepositnow
Very bad experience.
I was set to visit the dealership on Friday at 12pm, only to find out at 11am that the car had not been transported from BMW Mt Kisco to Larchmont as agreed to with Marco. I’d been emailing him most of the week to arrange it. Then I spoke with James, he didn’t care much and tried to sell me on certifying the vehicle before I even got to the dealership. Then he told me because I didn’t put a deposit on the vehicle, they definitely weren’t transporting the vehicle to their dealership. Terrible service for such a luxury brand.
Worst dealership experience ever - Captain Dan
Absolutely the worst dealership! We negotiated a price for an in stock Discovery, ran to Mt. Kisco from Stamford to close the deal on a Friday evening, the last day of the month. Sales guy was quite nice, but that's where the good ends. It's 7:00, I worked all day and I want to close the deal and go home. They try to convince us to take the car home that night even though it had not been completely prepped. Remember, last day of the month! I agree to help them with their month end by doing the delivery paperwork and then physically taking the car the following week. They put the paperwork together and hand me off to the F&I guy who tries for 20 minutes to sell me on service plans from AutoNation even though I said I was not interested 10 times. I had to threaten to walk out to get him off that. We finished the paperwork at 8PM with the promise that they would have the car ready in a couple of days. On Monday we get a call saying they want us to come back because I had to sign more paperwork! First the sales guy says I need to sign a DMV form. I tell them to deliver the car to Stamford and I'll sign the form at my office, they say it needs to be Notarized, I say we have a Notary on staff. Next I get a "Sales Manager" telling me it's a Lease form and it can only be signed at the dealership. I remind them I financed, did not lease the car. I finally told them to keep the car and that I would cancel my Amex deposit. I tell them I want to speak with the GM who of course was not in that day.
The next day I get a call from the "real" Sales Manager who is full of apologies, I remind him I want to speak to the GM. I finally get the GM, Randy on the phone and go over the excruciating details. He apologizes and asks if I still want the car, I said my wife wants the car & I just want a comfort level that they can do things correctly. We work it out and they deliver the car the next day and the sales guy does a nice job of orienting my wife to the car. We do a final walk around and find a dent in the rear lift gate. Small but noticeable. We are promised that they will fix it. Well that's a week and a half ago and we can't even get them to return a phone call or an email! We might have gotten the best price from them but service is a foreign word to them. Shop elsewhere!
FAKE DEALS! - rover boy
NO, No, No....YOU HEARD OF FAKE NEWS . NOW YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT FAKE DEALS.....I am very sorry and embarrassed for this dealership and the way they conduct business. I am along time Range Rover customer I've purchased about 7 of them. Recently I signed up a new deal, and paid for it by deposit, and signed all the paperwork, only to be told it would not be available for pickup as scheduled. When I called the management they said they would like to renegotiate the price and get back to me? WAIT WHAT? YOU GAVE ME A FAKE DEAL AND ACCEPTED MONEY ON IT AND EXECUTED PAPERWORK?
Buyer beware of these types of business practices!!! This type of business conducts themselves poorly, and thinks nothing of violating, Connecticut contract law by simply not caring about the reputation and legal ramifications of breaking executed agreements.
Fairfield County is a wealthy small community and bad news travels fast..
You might expect this from a mom and pop used car dealership in Bridgeport, but PENSKE, DARIEN, 100k deal? OMG!!!!
