Our recent experience was perfect. The process was so quick and easy and we are very happy with dealing with both Richard Cirami and Andrew Perry. Both knew what we wanted and took care of everything seamlessly. Both were not only professional, but were a pleasure to work with. Best service ever...came in on a Saturday late in the day and had the exact car we wanted to drive home Monday at 1..hassle free and we are happy customers.!!

Great first experience - C
Great first experience. We leased a new 2019 pilot and brought it in for its first oil change service.
All went well and very convenient experience.
Great Experience - mc.pelli.6
My experience with White Plains Honda was great. I was not able to get to the dealership to see the car i wanted to purchase until 6:30 at night the weekend of Thanksgiving and the guys including my salesman Vincent Greco and General Sales Manager Chris Paranzino did everything they could including staying until almost 9 so i could take the car home that night. Even though I was not able to bring the car home that night despite their best efforts; I returned on Monday and they had everything set for me. They went above and beyond to get me approved with the best interest rate, as well as getting my insurance and registration done in a timely matter even with it being out of state. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful including Ron Guevara in Finance and Jordan David the Sales Manager.

Great service experience - Forest
Excellent service experience with airbag recall for my 2004 Honda. Mike was very helpful, the service was completed within the time I was told, and they did a complementary all points check of tires, fluids and lights which I appreciated. The only thing that could be better is the telephone service in setting up the appointment. On my first attempt I was on hold forever, I finally gave up. On my second later attempt I got through and made the appointment, but then when I showed up for the appointment the attendant didn't have a record of it. They took me anyway, but the telephone service for appointments could be improved. Otherwise the appointment itself was excellent.

Oil change - Connie Macc
I made a service appointment for 10/23 for a routine oil chAnge. I arrived a bit early and was greeted by an awesome young man who swiftly took care of me. I arrived at 4:45 and to my surprise was done and on my way home by 5:00. I printed a coupon and Michael O’Neill was so amazing as I shared my nightmare stories about Millenium that he honored their coupon as well. Total cost was 0.00. I will be taking my car to this service center for all future needs. Stay away from Millenium especially Claritza Munoz. She is nasty and rude.
Kudos to ADVANTAGE HONDA for the best experience.
Excellent Experience - hondabuyer
Have leased Hondas for 30 years, easiest, most transparent and honest dealership to work with. Highly recommended, good people to work with and a very easy transaction. What getting a new car should be.
Saying goodbye to my 2007 Honda Accord - Sfb
For the past 12 years I have enjoyed driving a manual 4 cylinder 2007 HONDA ACCORD.
During this 12 year period I have been completely satisfied with all service advisors and services provided at this service center. During my most recent visit I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, who kindly informed me that this might be a good time to consider replacing my beloved car with a newer model.
Although this was not the news I was expecting, Andrew took the the time to provide the reasons why it may no longer be worth investing more money and time into the ongoing repairs.
Thank you Andrew for your honesty and guidance in helping me accept that it was time to say goodbye
to this car and move on to my new CRV. I am now a 20 year loyal customer and plan to continue having my new car serviced at this location.

Seamless transaction with personalized service from Raquel. - DonnaR
I went to this dealership after shopping around at 5 other dealerships. Raquel Heather the Finance Manager and her assistant Patricia Gutierrez exceeded my expectations. Raquel knows her job and does it with superb customer service skills. Within three hours time I had picked out my new car and was walking out of the dealership with the keys. Thank you John Strazza for helping to move my car off the showroom floor into the parking lot on a busy Saturday afternooon,
Worn brakes, damaged rotors, and needed an oil change - L.C.
On September 3, 2019 my son and I purchased a 2013 CRV. The car also had an inspection sticker which showed that it was inspected on September 3. Within one month and 12 days the car started to shake. My son called Honda's service department for 2 days on and off and the calls went straight to voice mail and no ever calls back. I then tried calling and the same thing happened to me . My son uses the car to get back and forth to work, he began to get nervous about doing more damage to the car driving it, so he called the neighborhood mechanic to determine the problem. To our dismay, the car was sold with worn brakes, and damaged rotors. Two weeks later the oil change light came on. Nardy Honda charged my son almost 60 dollars change the oil.I continued to call Honda's service dept and the operator, both calls went straight to voice mail. When I called the finance department a gentleman answered and said that he will walk over there and tell them to answer the phone. I presented my case to both managers and they refuse to refund me the 362 dollars my son spent to get it repaired. My question is, was the car ever inspected before being sold? Why are cars being sold from reputable
dealerships without being inspected yet an inspection sticker is slapped in the window? What else is damaged? I presented the brakes and rotors to Tim and he clearly saw that they were damaged. He asked me to leave them there but Tim nor Tom (managers) still refuse to refund me for the repairs. After purchasing a used car for 15,000 dollars you would think that the least they would do is give it a proper inspection and new brakes pads. By the way the front brakes are worn also. I am so disappointed with how they dealt with me as a consumer.
Please help - BLE
I wish I would had read all these reviews before I went to Honda Bronx dealership. As I’m writing this review I’m crying. My mom had leased a CRV (2016) and her three years contract was coming to a close. She wanted to finance the CRV bc it learned to love the vehicle, it lightly used with less than 10,000 miles. We called Honda Finance directly but they directed us to go into a Honda dealership to complete the transaction. I decided to take my mom to BRONX HONDA because I live near. As soon as we arrived we informed the sales person what exactly we wanted yet immediately he spoke to us about adding their insurance The monthly payments increased tremendously (additional $205). They told us that because we were financing technically an old vehicle that they stringy suggest we added insurance. When we left I called Gieco regarding the car bc I wanted to know what exactly was covered by their full coverage insurance. They clearly detail everything that was covered and that an extra insurance was not necessary. I immediately called BRONX HONDA back to ask if their insurance could be removed but they said it was too late. I then asked if we can ”break” the contact by leasing a brand new car and surprisingly they said that was possible. We received several calls and emails asking when we're we passing by, about the car we were interesting in leasing and the color. I have save the emails and messages. When we got there (one day later) the narrative completely changed. We were told immediately that we were not able to lease another car and that they weren’t able to remove the insurance from the CRV that we had originally decided to finance. The experience was a total nightmare. My mom and I were very upset because we felt humiliated and disrespected. We felt they treated us in this manner because we are women. After hours (9 hours) of trying to negotiate and reason with them, they finally said they were willing to dismiss the original contract as long as we leased a Civic Sport. My mom wasn't able to tcar drive the car because they claimed it was too late and they were almost closing. This car is extremely low for my mom; it's very difficult for her to get in and out of the vehicle. We have contacted several people in the dealership for help yet no one has returned our calls. There's a lot more to our horrible experience. We are still trying to resolve this problem. I will continue to keep the public posted about this horrendous experience and process we are going through. My mom is so upset that she won’t even drive the car. Waiting Laurell’s call
