Bob Kravetz (mgr.) and Keith (salesman) shouldn’t be in sales. First Keith lies about almost everything from lease disposition fee to how dealership would handle my remaining pymts. My fault was not getting it all in writing but was assured numerous times there wasn’t going to be any issues. Found out weeks via via letters in mail that nothing Keith said was true. Called Keith first about it, started stumbling his words, made excuses it had to be miscommunication and never called back. Then called Bob and he also stated would look into it and this clown 🤡 never called back either. Lesson here is get whatever these clowns tell u in writing otherwise it’s FALSE. Stay away from this dealership.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Had an appointment to drop my car off for a recall. It was chaos when I arrived and I did not have a good feeling. They tell me they will call me when it's ready. No one calls me. I called late in the afternoon and am told that no one has worked on my car. I ask, why would give me an appointment if you're too busy to take the car. I could have brought it in the next day. I was then promised the car would be done the following day. The next day, after waiting all morning, I start calling to check on when my car will be ready. I'm told my advisor had a "family emergency" and was not it. They will reassign to another advisor and call me back. No one calls me back. After about 5 telephone calls and a call to Dodge Corporate office, finally I get a new advisor. He tells me they were unusually busy that day and will start work on the car but I can't pick it up that day because it won't be finished until after hours. He promises it will be ready the next day. Day 3 comes, no one calls me. I call and am told it is ready. When I go to pick it up, they can't find my paperwork. Unbelievable. I finally get the car and when I look at the paperwork, the time actually spent on the car by the mechanic was about 20 minutes total. They worked on it from 17:31 to 17:50 on day 2. This means it was finished at 4:50 on day 2, but I still was not allowed to pick it up.
I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership and certainly would never go there for service again. On top of it all, one of the "valets" was blatantly walking around completely maskless throughout the showroom, talking to people, and no one is saying anything. Everyone else did have their masks on.

After a long week of sleazy "used car salesman" I went to Smith Haven Jeep fully expecting to pay Thousands of dollars in fees on top of the Online Price.
BUT NO, The "Real Deal" promises no fake fees and delivers. The online price was the real price. No pressure to finance thru them - Add taxes and dmv and you are out the door! OMG - restores my faith in humanity. I will never walk into another dealership again.

When you can't get the service manager to call you back after 6 calls over 2 weeks for a problem with a vehicle that was purchased just a few months ago from the dealership then how can you give a place a rating over one star. Such a shame. Other people have informed me of the service from this particular dealership but I always want to give a place a try on my own.
