Brianna was a pleasure to deal with. My truck had a rough idle and check engine light. They did what was necessary to fix it and keep it safe. When I picked it up the process was smooth and efficient. The truck now idles smoothly, and has more pep. The front brakes which were needed also feel more powerful. Feels like a new truck!

My experience was very positive. Kyle was an exceptionally great car salesperson. I will highly recommend him. I am a senior citizen and I have had plenty of experience with car sales people and without a doubt Kyle is the best. Due to him I will come back to DeNooyer in a heartbeat. What a smart move on their part. They acquired a hard worker who always has a smile on his face and treats his customers with respect and courtesy. I brought my car back 4 times for the same thing they said nothing was wrong . They said they changed the brakes .they did not fix them . My tires were bad I bought the car from them three day prior my car was bouncing and pulling to the right . My rear tire blew and that how I knew what my problem was service dept has no clue what they are doing . The man "vinny" don't trust him . They say a warranty is included and when all said is done and papers are signed no warranty . They are scammers I wonder if that's why they had to leave carriage traders in south glens falls

Saw a 2010 Patriot on their lot. Lots of miles, over 100K.Thought it was strange this vehicle was there.Should have been on one of those "Midnight Auto Sales" lots. Looked at the maintenance records and thought I would chance it.
They tried to low ball me on my Jeep trade. Offered a little over three K.After insisting more,they went up to 5K. They sold my Jeep for 10K or around there. It was listed for 10.
I paid too much for the Patriot.I thought it was listed correctly but found out later, not so. The Dealer DOC Feee is a dollar short of $400.00. My first two car payments went to pay that off.
The Patriot is a total junk vehicle. I have driven it just a few thousand miles and it is throwing codes like 4x4 and ABS and skid control,etc, gas cap. Now I am stuck with a junk that I owe 6K on. The 4x4 will not go into position when the codes decide to pop up.
Fooled me once, you will never fool me again.
Had one repair done under 30 day warranty.Code on dash. They determined it was the gas cap.The vehicle came with a attached gas cap line. They replaced it with a non attached gas cap,the kind you get at Walmart for 6 bucks. That alone sent a red flag to me about this situation.
