Bad service rectified - maxwellrj
I took my car in with a certain problem. After $850 of work I picked it up and the car still exhibited the same skip when you stepped on the accelerator. I called and complained. The Service Department Manager had me come to his office and he personally looked and had a different mechanic look at the problem. They fixed it at no charge even tho it was an expensive fix. The Service Manager did a great job in exceeding my expectations.

Amazing small town dealership - RedneckGirl
I have bought two new vehicles from them and would go back to buy another one. I also get all my service done there. I can't say enough good things, I love this dealership. The people are friendly and are willing to help with anything. The body shop also has great people. Margaret always comes over to say hi and asks how things are going, if she isn't busy with another customer.
Great character salesmen trying to help find what's best for - Paulie F 30
I bought a Chevy Silverado from Tradition and Kyle was the Sales rep. I worked with. I viewed a lot of trucks and test drove until I found the truck for me. I was able to negotiate a fair value on my trade in and was able to get an even better deal on my new truck. Overall good experience and I would purchase from them again. My family has bought 3 vehicles from here and there's never been an issue.
Excellent Customer Service - Cheeks1177
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and staff was friendly and helpful! I will bring my other vehicles there again for service.
Service - Kevin Smith
It is always very easy to schedule an appointment with these guys, always very helpful. When you get there, they are very polite and greet you in a nice way, making you feel good about being there.
I was leaking oil. - dtpr
It was a seamless experience for me. They were very accommodating with regard to getting me in quickly. Repair was made under warranty and I was back in business in one day.
Good Service - Uplander Jack
Always trustworthy, friendly, and thorough. Scheduling of appointment was done online and was effortless. A phone call following completion of the work apprised me of the outcome. Keep up the good work!
Poor Customer Service - Luca B
Absolutley the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I owned a Yugo at one point. Does that tell you something? The Service Dept at Burdick did nothing to help with covering a Side Detection System issue. My $52K Enclave had an issue with the Side Detection System at 49,300 miles. I made an appointment immediately to get the repairs covered under warranty. Due to the death of my Father, I had to reschedule the appointment. I also had to drive the vehicle 250 miles to watch my Father die, then return hom, then travel 250 miles to bury my Father. By the time I had arrived at my rescheduled appointment, the vehicle had 51,000 miles on it. 1,000 miles out of warranty. Burdick did NOTHING to help me, as a customer, to get this repair covered by GM. Lots of conflicting information from GM and Burdick regarding the decision, and who was respinsible for making the poor decision. Burdick input my info into the GM calculator to determine customer participation for non warranty repairs. THAT IS IT. NOTHING MORE. I have since taken the vehicle to another dealership that could not believe the way I was treated at Burdick. I tried to contact Roger Burdick himself to inform him of this pathetic situation. Instead I get a call back from a Ken Elander. Mr. Elander was very abrasive, and not helpful. He basically told me to take my vehiel to another Buick Dealer. If this is the kind of customer service you want, go to Burdick. If you want REAL customer service go to ANY other Buick dealer. Stay away. The aggravation is not worth it. I left a poor review on Facebook, and saw another name of a customer service person, Ryan Meeker(?). I contacted him to inform him of this issue, and he was no help either, no surprise. Burdick is the absolue worst customer service dealership I have ever dealt with.
Unprofessional - New2Blue
So I financed my vehicle with East Syracuse Chevrolet and thought I would get some sort of customer loyalty discount, I did not. I needed a few things taken care of with my vehicle. I was told after I dropped it off that I would get a call later on that day to receive information on condition and how long it would take. I dropped my vehicle off at 1:30pm and did NOT get a call back, I left a message and still no reply. Paul lost my information and called the wrong number (unprofessional and unorganized). It wasn't until the next day I finally got a status, I had to speak with someone else to get a hold of Paul and that was a headache in itself.
I would NOT suggest servicing your vehicle here, they do NOT have my trust.
Bill Cram? More like Bill Scam !! - Annacolonnese820
I bought a used truck there two years ago , yesterday I lost my key so I went and grabbed the spare, to my surprise the spare key would not start the truck !! When I called the dealership with the problem they pretty much told me too bad ! It's been 2 years nothing they can do. Like my bad for not losing my keys sooner !! So I would have to pay full price to have a new key made. When I purchased the truck I purchased a warranty with it, Any time there was something wrong with the truck they fought me tooth and nail to get the problem fixed and for it to be covered under the warranty ! I will never buy from these people again. biggest mistake!
The whole experience just isn’t there - Demers041
6 weeks ago I bought a used Ram truck there. My salesman was Andrew H, I have nothing but good things to about him. Everything was quick, easy, and painless. Probably the easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Now onto the reason for the 1 star rating. A few days ago I had a check engine light come on, so I stopped down to the service department to talk with them. I explained to them I just bought this truck from there 5-6 weeks ago and have a check engine light on and I would like to see what the code is reading. They said they usually charge $100 to run the diagnostic test, but would charge me $50 because I just bought the truck. I asked why they couldn’t just plug a code reader in and let me know what the code is, that’s all I wanted to know. Their response was they didn’t have any techs available and I would have to schedule an appointment. So someone couldn’t take 3-5 minuets out of their day to do what I was requesting? Regardless I was very displeased with the experience. I ended up going down the road to auto zone and they took care of what I needed for free. After I get my free oil change, I will not to returning to Burritts again. I am a person who pays the dealer for routine service work on my vehicles, I will be returning my service needs to Longley Dodge. They treat you with respect, not look at you like a walking dollar sign.
These guys saved our trip - T. Swisher
We unexpectedly came upon this dealership on our way to Lake Ontario. While heading north on 81 we had transmission trouble, got off the Exit for Tully, NY and these guys came to the rescue for us, Steve showed us where to drop the boat and got the truck in immediately to be diagnosed. They gave us a place to sit and make calls, bathroom, drinks, phone numbers for enterprise, etc. Dan showed us around his families business and we talked about everything from lacrosse to salt potatoes! We spent about 4 hours there by the time we could get a rental truck and everyone really helped make a stressful situation much better. We continued on our trip and took the rental truck home 4 hours away. Steve in service was on top of his game and gave us the options we had for the truck. We ended up having the crew there put a new certified transmission in it. The guys in service jumped right on it, and a few weeks later i was back to Tully to bring home my truck which hasn't run this great in awhile. Thank you to everyone there we came in contact with that day for really helping out a family from PA. If you live anywhere around that area, go in and check this family business out.
Beware of the sales pitch for warranteed pre-owned and... - pesuep
Beware of the sales pitch for warranteed pre-owned and certified vehicles (read every little bit of fine print and ask every question imaginable). Our experience with this warrantee and with the dealership standing by it is weak. After less than a year of owning our vehicle, and $1500 of work done on the car, we are ready to go back to owning a foriegn car.
This place used to have a dreadful service reputation,... - jrlevine
This place used to have a dreadful service reputation, but the owners hired a very competent new manager and upgraded the staff, and the service is now very good. The do what they say, they call you if they have questions, and they finish when they say they will.
