Instead of selling us several vehicles over the next years to come, they have sold us just the one. We have had Nissan Leases for 9 straight years. We decided to make a change and try a Mazda through Steet. It was a big mistake. The Carbone Nissan Service Dept is 100% more reliable, better customer service and the work was completed the first time every time. We have had this Mazda over 2 years and every time we required servicing we have had bad experiences. The vehicle is never done on time. Making an appointment for servicing means nothing and we have always had to bring the vehicle back, sometime 3 times to get the "promised" work completed. While I'm not a big fan of Carbone, there Service Depts are far better than what we've experienced these last 2 years with Steet. Can't wait until this lease of over.

I had to have my car towed a couple days ago do to having had slid off the road. i called it in to 911 and W.S. Hinkley and sons INC was the next available tow company. Mr. Hinkley was told to bring my car to a body shop in Westerlo15 miles away from the accident site. A few hours later I contacted the body shop my car wasn't there Hinkley had taken my car back to his shop 15 miles away in the opposite direction. Once my car finally made it to my body shop, the shop owner informed me that an appraiser had already looked at my car. I NEVER placed the in claim on my car I was waiting to see what the body shop said before I called to file a claim.
Hinkley took my insurance card out of my car, called my insurance company and filed the claim then gouged a tow bill that he got my body shop to pay it ALL WITH OUT my knowledge. I highly recommend you do not use this man for towing and if you do dot your I's and cross your T's.
