In the past 6 months I bought 2 cars from Peter Kay Auto Sales and have been very happy with my purchases. The owner, Andy, was very helpful and easy to deal with. He is honest and knowledgeable, which is probably why he's been in business for so many years. What was even more impressive was the service after the sale. When I had an issue with my convertible top they fixed it, even though they were under no obligation to do so. Andy even gave my sister advice on a car that she wasn't even buying from him! They truly go above and beyond. I'll never buy a car from anyone else.

Good selection, easy transaction. I did have a Fob (electronic entry) issue on my Altima. I needed service out of state. Fob (key) was not for my Altima. I had to pay out of pocket. However, I was reimbursed by Galaxy upon my return to Buffalo.

Most horrible car expiernence ever! 4 months in my car ia shutting off in the middle of the road and the service drive place is awful. Ive been there 4 times and my car is doim the same thing. Ive missed several days off work, getting stuck mad far, and having to spend all my money fixing it. All for them to tell me they wont give me a different car and its out their hands. I would consider going to ontario sales!

I am making an amends to my review, seeming that Dealership has made amends to me. It is not easy to buy or sell used vehicles. I must say that I have not shopped for used in over 30 yrs, which made this transaction easier working with Sarah and Tom in financing. When it became apparent there was a problem, every one goes into a defense mode. With the help from the owner, and later the manager the problem has resolved itself . I hope to have a comfortable future with them and enjoy my car.

The WORSE car dealership in WNY!!!!! They seem to be professional when you meet with them, i bought a 2008 ford Explorer for $9,500but not long after leaving the dealership ( 41 days) my car began to have major issues.. I took it back to them thinking it was under warranty but I ended up paying for them to fix it.. SMH 2 yrs. goes by and I'm still having engine issues so I decide to get a newer car... I call the creditor to see how much I owe and to my SURPRISE I owe almost $20grand i don't know how when I've been paying on it for 2 yrs. now but wow.. I just don't know what to do
my recommendation is to find a dealership that isn't going to over over charge you, a dealership who has cars that aren't over priced...
