The people are friendly and are willing to help with anything. The body shop also has great people. Margaret always comes over to say hi and asks how things are going, if she isn't busy with another customer.

I bought a Chevy Silverado from Tradition and Kyle was the Sales rep. I worked with. I viewed a lot of trucks and test drove until I found the truck for me. I was able to negotiate a fair value on my trade in and was able to get an even better deal on my new truck. Overall good experience and I would purchase from them again. My family has bought 3 vehicles from here and there's never been an issue.

Please pass on to "Cindy" in the Service advisor section. Brought My 2007 Saturn in for a problem (timing chain). She was more than helpfull from the start. Had the vehicle towed over and she notified me when the vehicle arrived and has been keeping me updated. I have a auto insurance problem and from (American Car Shield). Cindy has been keeping in touch with them about the car status and making arrangements with them to come out and inspect the car problem. Nice to deal with someone that is courteous and friendly and also very helpful. Please pass on to Cindy my appreciation and help in getting my car repaired. I feel Doan is fortunate to have someone like Cindy to work with customers.

New All Season Tires at a good price - Rob
My Impala needed new tires. The Parts Department at K Barrett will meet or beat any competitor's price. Able to get a very good price on Continental Mud/Snow All Season Radials. Stopped in with price quote, went to the Parts Dept Window, they checked their source, and in less than 5 minutes the tires were ordered. Went to the service desk, made my appointment for their installation, and was set. On day of installation, left my car with the service department at 8 AM, took their shuttle ride home, and was picked up at 11:30 and back at the service dept and done and back on the road by noon. Excellent!
I will also receive free tire rotations at K Barrett as well - additional savings! I really think the Dealership makes reasonable efforts to overcome the stigma that dealerships have high overhead and therefore high prices. If you do a little homework or prep time, they will work with you and give you a good value with some pretty good workmanship by their techs too.

I Do Not give positive reviews to companies,Sales Reps nor Service reps, I do not trust. Anyone can Google 2010-2011 Chevrolet Equinox and hear the stories from the people who bought this particular product from any Chevy Dealer. The amount of recalls and faulty parts warnings that I've had to address, is amazing. Should never had left the assembly line. You'll be hard pressed to find an honest GM employee that will tell you the truth. Every time I go to Spurr Chevrolet for a recall fix, I get lied to

I bought a used truck there two years ago , yesterday I lost my key so I went and grabbed the spare, to my surprise the spare key would not start the truck !! When I called the dealership with the problem they pretty much told me too bad ! It's been 2 years nothing they can do. Like my bad for not losing my keys sooner !! So I would have to pay full price to have a new key made. When I purchased the truck I purchased a warranty with it, Any time there was something wrong with the truck they fought me tooth and nail to get the problem fixed and for it to be covered under the warranty ! I will never buy from these people again. biggest mistake!

Do not fall for free oil changes or inspections. They get you in & rip you off by telling you you need other work done. I first went in for an oil change and was talked into a transmission flush & since my car is a 2003, I thought it would be good for the car since my owner's manuel said so. Since I had agreed to that, Gary continuously tried to get me to have other work done that I know was not needed. For this, I waited over 2 hours to have completed and I had a scheduled appointment. Since that visit, I was told I was a "preferred customer" and would be eligible for 3 free oil changes. They also have coupons out offering free inspections. So I went back for an inspection, which again I had scheduled an appt. After an hour wait, I was told that I needed both front control arm bushings to the tune of $1,234.14 and that could be done right then. I said I didn't have the time or money but was told I needed to have the work done soon so I asked for a written estimate and was told I'd be given it when it was finished. I said it's not finished yet and was told no, they we waiting for my reply. From there, I waited over another hour and was livid that an inspection was taking that long. When it was done, I asked for the estimate and Gary says, oh yeh, and scribbles those words (both front control arm bushings $1,234.14) on the back of my invoice. I went to my local (& honest) mechanic to see about these bushings and was told neither was needed at all. I shouldn't be shocked at this but was very angry that someone (who possible works for commission?) would try to rip someone off like this (is it because I'm a female?) or is just his or their basic policy??? I've heard many other people state complaints about this place too. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM IDEAL CHEVROLET!!

I love my z06 , so I'm very picking on who I let service my vette , and I've had some disappointing results from other dealers , new to the area I never been to Doyle , but I gotta tell from the moment I spoke to dan in service all my concerns were put to rest , and man was I right , these guys got my car right in solved and repaired all my issues and the grin on my face everytime I looked at my car was gone as soon as I drove it away, it was perfect and I fell in love with the car again. Poor dealership. Delivered new car with bad wheel bearing then tried to say nothing was wrong with it. Rear brakes were faulty, said it was normal to replace rotors every 20000 miles. Took them 3 years to figure out why Check Engine light turned on repeatedly.

Every time we go in this dealership we get nothing but disrespect until we have to ask for the GM and the service manager... We bring the car in tell them something is wrong they say there isn't we tell them to look again and BAM there is a issue just like today there is something wrong with transmission they told us at 10 am they couldn't find anything. My husband tells them to look again and at 4pm they are out test driving it and said yes there is something definitely wrong..umm yes we did tell you that. We went in tonight to get a rental car they never told us that we had to be there before 6 to get it so we were there a little after 6 the women told us that they were giving us a car off the lot and we needed to be back with it tomorrow am. There was no way that we could do it with our working schedule. The lady went in to talk to the service manager comes out and i asked her to speak to the service manager cause that is when we seem to get anything done. She tells me that i had an attitude and that i didnt need to talk to him i stated 2 more times that i just wanted to speak to the service manager she walks away and i was talking to my father on the phone explaining what she had said she turns around starts yelling and says to my husband that i had an attitude problem and that he need to get me under control... How do you talk to a customer like that in front of children and not worry about losing her job then goes behind a glass wall and sits there giving me dirty looks and rolling her eyes. Very unprofessional MUST STAY AWAY there a dealerships 10 times better... I was going to buy another car through them but decided to go with Genesse Valley and i sure am glad i did!
