My 2017 F150 was leaking oil. I made an appointment and dropped it off. Al was my service advisor and kept in communication thru out the process. The service department did a great job replacing the oil pan and I would highly recommend them.

Our salesperson Mr. Michael Narburgh II made this the best purchase experience ever with a dealership! We are buying a camper soon and we were asking for recommendations on what type/size truck etc . We live in the East Aurora area and after several frustrating conversations we were exhausted and about to give up when a Lockport dealer recommended I call Orleans Ford and ask for Mike Narburgh. I gave a chance to several Ford dealers in my area and the first one to take my call serious was Mike N from Orleans Ford. The first time I talked with him on the phone and before I ever met him in person I felt comfortable I had someone who cared and who could and would get me the information I needed. Mike was super patient with me, trust me I ask a lot of questions! Mike followed up with ever question, text, email and call. I can not say enough how professional this young man is. The dealership management team treated me and my wife fantastic! It was a great experience and would recommend Mike and his team to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. My truck war checked for a noise. I was charged for the diagnosis. The price of $1500 was to much for me so I changed the hubs and bearings myself for $400. Only problem is the diagnosis was wrong. About $500 invested in repairs not related to the original problem the truck was taken in to be repaired

After a terrible experience at another very well known Rochester Ford dealer, we visited West Herr to continue our search. the salesperson was polite and professional and worked with us to find the best car and the right financing plan for us. The fiance manager also worked with us to regarding extended warranties. He was also polite and professional. He provided factual information, and made it clear to us the other Ford dealership salesperson was not being truthful regarding warranties, applying pressure to BUY NOW, when it wasn't necessary to do so. telling us as soon as we drive off the lot ( the first mile) the warranty price goes up dramatically.

They have dealer way or the highway customer service. They are all good when they are trying to get you to buy their vehicles ,they will tell you it include 5 star hotel and cruise if u buy the extended warranty ,Don’t believe the lies they gonna tell you .
And it’s privately owned so if you call ford complain line they will tell you privately owned and they can’t do any think for you .
I bought f 150 2015 from them , three days later , breakdown !! after inspection from the dealer first story oil pan fell off cause some one didn't do his job right , and when I asked to turn the car back cause oil pan and engine whatever work wasn't on the carfax , they change the story to cracked oil pan and that could be from me !!!! LOL . god bless them with my 25k ,very hungry dealer , I don't even wanna rate them cause this site give them one star

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at James Ford in Williamson NY. These guys lied from the get go and about what I was approve for it was an absolute joke. They told me I got approved for a truck I was looking at I have good credit and was putting money down and no negative equity.
When I got there they told me I did not get approved for that truck then tried to put me in a smaller truck F150 and said I would be better off. I hope Corporate Ford Company does an internal investigation on this very shady dealership.

We went to Concord to look at a 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Herb met with us and set us up with a test drive of the vehicle and went over the features and specifications of the vehicle. While not overly friendly the staff there treated us professionally. Herb found us financing that was more flexible and useful than Ford Credit's and made the sale. The vehicle has been a joy to drive, reliable and the envy of all who check it out.
The after sale customer service was the only issue that concerned me:
At no point did Herb or any other representative of Concord Ford Lincoln Mercury call or write to ask how we liked the vehicle or if we had any issues or concerns with it. Ford itself never sent the typical vehicle and customer service satisfaction survey that accompanies all new vehicle purchases. Apparently once they have your money they forget about you and follow up customer service is extinct. While I love my Lincoln I was left with no reason to purchase from Concord again.
