I came to Jim down on my luck, upside down in a car not suitable for my driving needs. I explained my concerns of needing at least AWD and a vehcile I felt safe in and had room. Jim practically bent over backwards doing whatever he could to help me and made the buying process easier than I expected. Though my payments are high, I understand why they are as I was already upside down in previous loan, and the money I'm spending is so worth it. Jim was honest, knowledgable, and reassuring through the entire process, keeping an open line of communication. I would recommend Jim Ferguson, and Mike Good (the sales manager I worked with) to anyone and everyone! Thanks to them, I feel safe and am a much more confident driver in my brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport!

Kevin Markle was my sales associate. We communicated a few times online and on the phone. He worked out some numbers that were good enough to persuade me to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to his dealership. The trip was worth the effort. He had the vehicle cleaned up and waiting for me when I arrived. A beautiful looking Ram 1500 truck that ran smooth and everything worked like it should. Before I knew it, I was signing loan papers and cleaning out my old vehicle. Kevin got me an even lower monthly payment than I expected In a very short period of time. Everyone at Smail pre-owned was helpful, professional and Courteous.

It's always good when people know your name and treat you like a friend and not a customer. Even though Troy is the one that handles my servicing, Amy is always friendly and says hi. Dealt with Gary who is the head of sales for all of the Bowser stores and Michael at the Peters Twp.Cadillac store... Gary gave us the best price from the get go.... no game playing... harassing calls... just straight forward numbers to decide from the beginning... Unable to diagnose and fix steering rack issue - bssj
I took my 2011 CTS-V in for a steering issue several times. Showed them what it does, describe the issue in detail and they told me there were no issues. Informed me it was the wide tires and curvature of the road I was feeling. I also had radio reception issues which they said was most likely due to the antenna in the rear window being defective. Replaced my rear glass TWICE cause they messed it up the first time and it didn't even fix the issue. Ended up taking it to Baierl Cadillac and they diagnosed the steering issue within 20 min as an internal gear failure. Replaced steering rack and problem was solved. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
