We have been taking our 2015 GMC sierra 2500hd Denali to Cochran since we bought it. ( We didn't buy it from cochran). Every single time we call or take it in we have been treated great. Brian Downs, has been so accommodating. Went above and beyond to get our horn fixed. Couldn't be happier with our service from Cochran GMC Monroeville!

Took my Acadia for it's semi annual Auto Butler appointment. Front of truck not even washed! Bugs stuck on front! Last time there were black streaks running down where they missed. Total waste of money and time.

Sales experience was positive. 8 years of dealing with the GM Service department at this dealership has been a nightmare. Very unprofessional people. I have been lied to and treated like I am the problem when their product (vehicle) fails. It seems the bottom line dollar is the only thing that matters to this department. I will never buy a car from this establishment again.

I have been a mechanic in the aviation and aerospace industries for 25 years, I can turn a wrench. I work 6 and 7 days a week and have little time for truck repairs. I took my truck to Crivelli Ford, where I bought it, for service. It was running rough, I figured it was a cylinder miss-firing. It was. $202.95 later I had one new ignition coil for one cylinder. There was a $92.58 charge for parts and the rest was labor. 6 mos. later I had another cylinder miss-fire. I had bought a diagnostic tool in the mean time and fixed this problem myself. The coil cost $45 and the total time to replace the coil was less than 35 minutes, including travel time to get the part from a local Ford dealer. Diagnosis and replacement time was less than 10 minutes. I called the service manager, he said the high bill was due to using a system analyzer and a Motorcraft part. I told him I used my own analyzer and bought the coil from a Ford dealer. He had no response.

Unable to diagnose and fix steering rack issue - bssj
I took my 2011 CTS-V in for a steering issue several times. Showed them what it does, describe the issue in detail and they told me there were no issues. Informed me it was the wide tires and curvature of the road I was feeling. I also had radio reception issues which they said was most likely due to the antenna in the rear window being defective. Replaced my rear glass TWICE cause they messed it up the first time and it didn't even fix the issue. Ended up taking it to Baierl Cadillac and they diagnosed the steering issue within 20 min as an internal gear failure. Replaced steering rack and problem was solved. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I got a Van off of him less then 2 weeks ago everybody told me not to go to him and I didn't listen that was the biggest mistake of my life. He guaranteed me that nothing was wrong with it and I believed him but I signed a sold as is paper 3 days later I started having problems with it I took it to the garage and there are so many things wrong with it it's gonna cost me over $1500 to get it all fixed never ever buy from him he is s fraud and should be put out of bussiness

Had the hail damage assessed on Friday, received a call on Saturday to schedule an appointment, dropped off the car on Tuesday and had it back on Wednesday looking like it just came out of the showroom.
