Very helpful and very kind! Great experience all around. I walked and everyone was very tentative to me and took my car back right away to start the service

First class experience! - LeamsFam
Kim Johnson was our salesperson. She was absolutely fantastic. Bud Smail's grandson also personally thanked me for my business while I was picking up my new vehicle. First class place to buy a vehicle.

Worst service department - Maggie11
So I went to get my truck diagnosed they told me it’s around 103.00 per hour for a diagnosis. So they tell me what the truck needs. I pay my bill which is 175.00 just for diagnosis and they didn’t even diagnose the knocking my truck is doing when I make a turn. They said they want to fix the vaa first. I remember when I used to come there they put floor protectors down they didn’t. On The inside of my door there were black finger prints on it. I leave the dealership and after paying 175 dollars they didn’t even have the decency to set my radio code when it was because they took my battery out. I don’t even trust them to work on my truck. Something as simple as a radio code and they forgot or didn’t even think to do it. Here is some advice you know how nice you guys are when someone is interested in buying a car that is the same courtesy and interest that your service department should treat your service customers with. If the owner had work done on his car, would the radio code been set, would there be floor protectors on his or her vehicle. 3 members of my family brought cars from this dealership. Would never do it again
Marcus Williams was awesome! - KatieFromTexas
I went to Rohrich Honda looking for a lease on a new Honda Civic. Marcus Williams was my salesman. We discussed the budget I was trying to stay within and what features I needed on my car. He was super helpful in working the price down with his manager to get me the best deal. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and showed me a ton of features I would have otherwise overlooked. On the day I went to sign the papers, they had my brand new Honda Civic sitting in the front carport area with a giant red bow on it!! That put a smile on my face and made the whole trip a fun experience. I would 100% recommendation Marcus to anyone wanting a hassle free car purchasing experience. The guy who I filled out paperwork with (don’t remember his name) was not too personable, but my overall car buying experience was awesome so I won’t even remember the 5 minutes spent signing papers.
5 Star Service - Bbdholmes
I have bought both new and used vehicles from Valley Honda (formerly also Buick and Jeep) over a 30 year period. They continue to maze me with the level of attention to all details that meet and exceed customer expectations.
If you want to buy a car from a dealer that does things right I highly recommend Valley Honda. You drive into their indoor heated service reception area where a employee greats you immediately. After identifying your reason for the visit you are directed into the Service Department office where several other polite and courteous employees (I was helped by Merann) are waiting to help. After verifying what you want done today you are offered the very nicest waiting area I’ve ever seen in 45 years of buying cars all over the area. Clean, well lit, open and spacious room with numerous comfortable chairs, tables and even numerous work stations or you can go into a showroom area that has many more tables and chairs. Coffee (regular or decaf) and several vending machines with cold drinks and snacks are in between the two waiting areas. Big screen. TV, Guest Internet connectivity, clean bathrooms located beside the main waiting are too.
Both the appointment setting, scheduling to meet my availability and clarity of what they recommended for my visit were matched by the details reviewed by Merann. Initial cost estimates were given and one additional service suggestion was also discussed as was the cost and reason for the recommendation.
Car was serviced by the technicians promptly and Service employees came to get me when it was done.
I don’t believe there is anyway they could have done their jobs better, provided a better experience or thought of anything else to make the visit better. At 8;15 AM there was already the days newspapers on e tables, a cell or iPad charging station, a interesting and tastefully done history of their nearly 100 years in business on the wall, a magazine rack with a dozen publication and a coat rack. Really impressive, a reflection of the owners and managers focus on providing a great customer experience.

Best car buying/trade ever - David301
Straight forward sales. Kenny sold me exactly what I wanted. Found my new Touring CRV EX in OH, set up trade & cash sale within 2 business days. This is how cars should be sold. Glad to know that Hondas are made in the US!
Service Department Is A Joke... - CanonMac
Other local Honda dealers have far superior service departments. Don’t make the same mistakes we endured by going there for geographical convenience. If your looking for a service department that tells you - the customer to file your own extended warranty claim (though the coverage was bought through the dealership), never calls you to let you know if the car is done or if they are keeping it overnight, keeps vehicles for extended periods and questions customers on warranty items...this place is for you! Sales side not bad, Service department greets you with a smile, robs you blind, then smiles as they tell you to come back soon.
Superior service - BBuggey
I have made business and personal purchases from here. South hills Toyota across the board has been over the top with how they conduct business. All the way from appraisals department all the way up to the GM. Every encounter has been nothing but superior. They always have in mind the best interest of the customer. The folks over there are always up too speed with service, hospitality, etc. We will not purchase from any other dealership to help maintain our fleet. There is no need to set a bar for this dealership. Because they are the bar! That is how much they take care of business.

Awful experience - Drr123
As we were shortly getting a large sum of money we decided to start looking for a new car to purchase and Delaney was the first dealership we went to. We kept saying we were only looking to see what they had and that we would be paying cash when we were ready to purchase, we absolutely would not be getting a loan. They kept us there for hours promising a gift, which we never got. Made a big show of the “great deal” they were offering, which was almost $2,000 over the average for a comparable Civic that we were looking at. Offered us only $500 for our vehicle in trade that research said we should expect $1,500 for one in poor condition...I would say it was at least fair. They kept trying to get us to get a loan. Salesman lied about a couple of things, saying that the paperwork fee was money that the government got not the dealership and also stating that the eco button actually adjusts the engine to make it more efficient. I would say steer clear of them, there are some more reputable dealerships out there. We did buy a Honda Accord, just not from Delaney
Sales & Service - HondaguyLarry
Tried to buy new Honda there twice - salesman was out of touch. Had his own agenda.
Service department is fairly good, if you can get an appointment. Their facility is far too small!

We stopped at Fayette Honda in Uniontown PA to purchase a new Honda Civic. After deciding on the car when I challenged Mr. Tim Swan on the price I was told with a raise voice to SIT DOWN I WAS MAKING HIM NERVOUS. NO customer should be treated this way. I did not sit and left that dealer. I believe that the salesperson (RJ) should be paid the commission lost by the very nasty Mr Tim Swan.
Will lie and say whatever to get the deal done - ashley dillard
Would absolutely give this dealership zero stars if that was an option. I highly recommend you to avoid dealing with this place at all costs or it will cost YOU money in the end! They will lie and say whatever to get you to sign the papers and out the door. Worst mistake ever was purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from them in October 2016. A few days after buying the car I noticed the back passenger door handle was loose and the brakes would squeal every time the car was coming to a stop. Called them about both issues. About a week later the back passenger door handle flew off as I was opening it to put my newborn in the car. The dealership is an hour away from my home. They initially acted like they were not going to give me a rental car when they needed to keep the car for several days to fix the handle. When I told them I would need one because that car was my only means of transportation they eventually did provide me with one. They gave me a dusty and dirty CRV with hair all over it. Mind you I have a newborn so I was absolutely disgusted that I had to transport my baby in this car. I'll post pictures of the rental in another review. When I got my car back (a few weeks later because it's winter and I don't often put the window down from the passenger side) I noticed the window no longer goes down from the front passenger side control. They also told me that had nothing to do with anything they did while fixing the back door. I also was told at the time of sale that the sales man would get the spare key from the previous owner who just trader the car in days prior. I was told that the key would be mailed to me. Fast forward months later when I contacted the dealership regarding the key that was never received they said that it was not promised they would get the key. In fact, they totally lied about what was even said at the time of the deal. And per Joe one of the managers they even sell $100,000 cars with just one key. Well why would I even be thinking about a spare key months after the fact if one was not promised to me?! HORRIBLE costumer service!! And then to bring up the fact they gave me a "rental" while they did repairs on my car as if that was a favor and going out of their way to accommodate me?!?! I purchased a $35,000 car and the handle falls off the door weeks later.... Excuse me, yes you should accommodate me with a rental. Or are you just in the business of getting over on people??
