I recently bought a new 2017 Ford Fiesta from freedom Ford. This is my first new car being purchased and I can not stand by the product, because being brand new, it runs great we will all see how the Fiesta holds up over time. I can though say that the service and the sales experience was excellent. I am a college student and they did everything they could to put me in a car for the payment that I needed to be at. Also while I was waiting to see how the paperwork turned out, I was approached by another salesmen and gave me a curtiousy ride in the new Focus rs, while we waited. So all in all they were great. I will definitely stay in the freedom Ford family.

Recently purchased a used car from the dealership. Found it online, called and discussed the vehicle with Roger Hatton, who was professional and friendly and truly went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and the distance involved (NJ to Pittsburgh). We were in Pittsburgh visiting our son and he met us for a test drive on one of his days off. We liked the car and then organized the purchase once we were back home. I flew back to Pittsburgh to pick up the car. Larry from the dealership met me at the airport and drove me over. The car was fully detailed and ready to go, except the battery was dying. Roger made sure I had a new battery installed (at no charge) for my 6-hour drive back home. Thank you Roger, Lynn, Joani and Larry, and the entire team at Sturman & Larkin for making this a great buying experience!

Told I needed $4200 in repairs to pass inspection..I did NOT - TLFORD45
I use to take my Escape to Davies for everything from oil changes to major work. NOT ANYMORE!!! I took my Escape in for inspection and it didn't pass. I should add that it DID pass emissions and they put a sticker on it. Here is the list they said it needed. Oil pressure sending unit ($125), muffler ($300), Y pipe exhaust ($600), 2 holes in body ($140), ball joint ($800). This is just for parts not labor including...their total cost they quoted me was $4200 for parts and labor. This is a 08 Escape that was just in 2 month prior for a oil change and "THE WORKS" meaning check over everything. Nothing was brought to my attention. Anyways, I bought the oil sending unit from Advance for $8 and installed it myself in 25 minutes. I took it to Firestone for the ball joint found out this same one was replaced by them less than a year ago, so it was under warranty. I also asked them to check the exhaust and brakes and if they can inspect it. They did!!! Total cost at Firestone ($168) nothing was wrong with my exhaust. Firestone even allowed me to look at it with them. There were NO holes in muffler and Y pipe as Davies told me. I bought this Escape new from Davies and I feel they were just trying to sell me a new car at this point. Well they just lost a customer forever.

Being from out of town and it's the Saturday before Christmas, my car was towed in after the shop closed. Went in Monday morning, met with Pete and told they couldn't look at my vehicle until Thursday!! Explained I had to leave to go home by then or rent a car to do so. Two hours later I will called, they looked at my car and knew what the problem was. Part was ordered, and by Friday my car was repaired!! They not only diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, repaired it, PLUS completed a recall that was necessary AND determined it was under warranty!! Soooo car repaired timely and at no cost!! They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating And all at the busiest time of the year! They put the CUSTOMER first in their policy of providing Good customer service! Kudos to the entire service department!!!

Two Great Buying Experiences at Hagerstown Ford - John5130
I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi in early July 2016 and returned with my son to buy a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE in early December 2018. Both experiences at Hagerstown Ford were outstanding. For both cars we dealt with Mr. Chris Black, the new car sales manager. He is top notch. In both cases, Mr. Black went above and beyond to get us a great deal and he worked with us in a highly professional and personable manner. Mr. Black made both car buys about as easy as possible. I have already committed to lease another Ford from him when my 2016 Fusion lease ends in a few months.
I have only the highest praise for Mr. Chris Black and Hagerstown Ford... He is honest, trustworthy and easy-to-work with. Thank you, Chris and very well done!

I was a little disappointed with my intial service but they cleared things up. Communication is very important to me and they address all issues after the visit.
Most expensive knick knack ever - ☹️
Bought my daughters first car here in September. I wanted her to have a safe dependable car. Car buying was fine. No problem there. First week of owning the car was fine. Haven’t had a week go by without issues since and that was 4 months ago. Communication with the service dept is bad. They don’t call you back to tell you when to bring the car in or when to come pick it up. The mechanics can’t figure out what’s wrong and it was in their shop 3 times for a total of 15 days. And it’s still not fixed. Despite that they’ve had it 3 times for 15 days, they say they again need to keep it a while in order to diagnose it properly but they won’t give us a car to use in the mean time. The car has been parked as much as it has been driven. It’s not safe or reliable and neither is the dealer. I’m pretty sure that if we were men we wouldn’t have so much trouble.
