I recently got my car back after getting some paint work done here at Mel Grata's body shop. It looks awesome. I had to have it redone by Mel Grata's because a well known big named dealership in New Castle still couldn't get it right after numerous tries. It was literally a nightmare dealing with the headache I went through with that other dealership's body shop. Mel Grata's had the car once and got it right the first time. It looks good. Anybody needing any kind of body work done or a vehicle for that matter, I highly recommend Mel Grata's.
New All Season Tires at a good price - Rob
My Impala needed new tires. The Parts Department at K Barrett will meet or beat any competitor's price. Able to get a very good price on Continental Mud/Snow All Season Radials. Stopped in with price quote, went to the Parts Dept Window, they checked their source, and in less than 5 minutes the tires were ordered. Went to the service desk, made my appointment for their installation, and was set. On day of installation, left my car with the service department at 8 AM, took their shuttle ride home, and was picked up at 11:30 and back at the service dept and done and back on the road by noon. Excellent!
I will also receive free tire rotations at K Barrett as well - additional savings! I really think the Dealership makes reasonable efforts to overcome the stigma that dealerships have high overhead and therefore high prices. If you do a little homework or prep time, they will work with you and give you a good value with some pretty good workmanship by their techs too.

Battery sensor cable installed backwards car would not start, brought in for warranty car sat 2 1/2 days before they even looked at it, then wanted to say they don't do it when they did. They didn't even look at past history

Dissapointed. - Dissapointed
My complaint is simple. Nobody was or is getting back to me. I'm being ignored. Now my 6 month warranty is up. I have a laundry list of issues from my mechanic which was given to the service department. My mechanic spent 3hrs of his time checking the vehicle before purchase.I was promised the issues were going to be resolved. I HAVE A LONG, STRESSFULL STRUGGLE AHEAD OF ME. I'm so very dissapointed & can't afford to have the problems fixed. I hope Paddock helps me before I consider other venues.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I brought in my 2010 HHR for ignition recall. I would have rated 5 stars and a 10 but they could have been more honest with the estimated time to complete the work. The service writer said about an hour to an hour and a half but it wasn't ready until 3 hours after I dropped it off.

Put new climate comtrol in and now no defroster. Said i waited to long..and wont fix it..cost at least 700.00 for me to heve it fixed. Also 3rd time in shop for low oil pressure..keep on fixing.things and cost racking up. Not only won't i use service but will not purchase car there either

Made a 1pm appointment to have the above mentioned service. My vehicle was taken into a sevice bay soon after. I had no problems with the work done, thay also had my vehicle washed. I get great service all the time, which is why I always take my vehicle there and will continue to do so.

I purchased an XT5 in OCt, 2016. I have a love/hate relationship with the vehicle, but that discussion is out of scope for here. My home is in Buffalo, NY around the corner from a Cadillac only dealer with whom I first went to shop at. In short, I did not not have best experience with a given salesman who is no longer there. He was professional in many ways, but that's another story. I needed to buy an in stock vehicle and on a late Friday afternoon visited Basil Cadillac in Orchard Park, NY. They had a well orgainized display of many XT5s, but I cannot recall if it was the color or given options I wanted that wasn't available. Later that night I went online and found the vehicle I wanted at Basil, Fredonia.
Next AM i contacted a sales person and received an excellent trade-in (subject to inspection) and a very competitive price. By 6:00 that night I drove home in my new car.
It is not convenient for me to travel 60 miles just to get my car serviced under warranty, and the owners have not honored my request to relocate their business. However, while I have gone to the local dealer for service (always excellent), I usually make the trip to Fredonia because of the personal service and attention I have received, and walk away 99% satisfied. Why not 100%? I am a tough one.
It's life. Look up reviews for any hi-end product, restaurant, etc., and there will always be someone who has had a bad experience to counter the many good ones. Stuff happens. I am very appreciative of the attention and service I have received from Busti the service manager, as well as from Jason in sales and Marge, an owner.
I selected "Buick" because Cadillac was not an option. Nor were the employees I worked with.

Bought a car when I was casually looking for a replacement. I was previously in a lease, and my new job had me driving far too much for the lease to make any sense any more. I ended up finding a used car that was older than the one I was driving, in a model better, with a quarter of the mileage on it. I purchased and ended up with a lower payment than I had on my lease! I recently had an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection that were all completely covered by the dealership. Thanks guys!
Poor Customer Service - Megcam
Brought 2015 Chevy Malibu on lease from dealership in for an oil change. They also did a tire rotation and the car sat home until the next morning when my passenger side front tire was almost flat. I brought it back and was told there was a piece of metal or screw in the sidewall that was not repairable and had to be replaced. That same tire had no issues until I brought the car in for service. When I told the technician who called me to say the car was done the answer I got was "If we looked over everything on every single car we would never get anything done around here". I think that is a terrible thing to say to a customer and any way you look at it they let a potential dangerous issue leave their dealership. I know things happen but teach your employees to to talk to people or get better training before you are able to call someone. It's a shame that the terrible Service Dept is going to cost the Sales Dept business. Don't EVER underestimate the power of the consumer as I will make it my mission to advise people on where to find good customer service. You might say it's HUGE.
Rip off attempt - Matt
They only reason I even give them one star is because you can't write a review without one. I have chevy Cruze I bought from them. They have lifetime power train warranty if you get oil changed there every time which I have done last 5 years. Turns out this is a lie they will find some reason your no longer eligible. Took car in last week for idle hesitation , Russ, the service Rep told me I needed new valve cover. Just that assessment which took them 10 minutes was $100 which they did not even tell me there would be charge in advance. So Russ tells me the valve cover work is $900 for 2-1/2 hours plus parts. I though wow, that sounds unreasonable. So I looked on YouTube turns out its a 20 minute repair I can do myself. I ordered valve cover and new spark plugs off Amazon for $100. Installed it in 20 minutes and now runs prefect. THEY are ripping people off, old people I. Fixed incomes have no idea how they are being taken advantage of. I am considering suing this place as it is such an obvious attempt to steal from me which is exactly what this is. I hope no one else has this happen to them.

We were sold a pre owned car last August and took it for inspection last week.
The rotors are so worn that they have to be replaced and we only put 12,000 miles on the car!!
When we contacted our sales person we were basically toldl that too bad, they will not cut us a price break on new rotors, so our inspection til is costing us a total of $700.00.
Once Ron Lewis gets your money, they are done with you.

The West Herr group overall has proved in the past that my business is not important to them. A service rep. suggested I should take my business elsewhere. After the service guarentee is complete on my lease, I will take his suggestion. That type of professionalism is what drives customers to other manufacturers.
