My daughter recently had her windshield replaced at Sussman. She purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from a different dealer, closer to home. I called the original dealer, where she had purchased the car. They refereed me to a private business in NE Philly. I was very leery of going there, because my daughter's car has the head-ups display, rain sensing windshield wipers etc. If the job is not done correctly, all of the high tech stuff won't work properly. I called Sussman's service department and spoke to Gary Daniels. He gave the heads up on what the entire process entailed. The windshield had to be ordered from Mazda I agreed to have Sussman do the repair. Could not ask for better service, and a great customer treatment. Gary went out of his way to help us, even though we didn't purchase the car there. Gary also had a free loaner waiting for us when we dropped my daughters car off. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had from a car dealer. Again a big thanks to Gary Daniels and the entire staff at Sussman. You won't go wrong dealing with the folks at Sussman.

I bought a Mazda CX-5 at Scott. I did my homework and knew what I wanted to spend. Although their first figure was high, when they knew my target price, they came in slightly lower. No hassle, no nonsense. It was an easy and reasonably quick experience. I would recommend Scott and my salesperson Jeremy to anyone.
Stay away - Nocar
I went to buy a car and this dealership got approved for me to finance it. So there was no reason for them to run my credit in four different places. They tanked my credit by running it so many times. It was highly unnecessary. Now I have to wait 90 days before I can get approved for any kind of a loan. And on top of that I didn’t even get the car. I was told it was first come first serve even though I was willing to give a down payment to hold the car. Unless you’re going with cash or took a loan from your own bank stay far away

The only reason why I didn’t walk out and buy a Mazda CX-5 at another dealer is because this dealer was the only one with the exterior and interior colors I wanted in a 50 mile radius. I asked the sales person repeatedly for the final numbers on the car and she repeatedly gave me estimated monthly payments that weren’t even based on a credit check despite me saying I wanted to pay in full. It was like she didn’t understand that you don’t have to finance to buy a car. She kept telling me I had to wait for finance.
Then the finance guy - three hours later - is confused as to why I didn’t get the final numbers sheet before coming into his office. Then they sell me the car but only have one key and say I have to come back when the service department is open to get a second key made.
Mazda great cars. Terrible dealers — especially this one.
