Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. I have a leased 2016 Price Toyota RAV 4.
Had a flat. Called Price Service they said "come on down".
I "came on down" and they didn't have the tire in stock. WHAT? Your #1 selling vehicle and you don't have replacement tires for them? "It'll be in later today" they said. "Great", I sad "because I won't be". and out I went.
I head back towards my home in Wilm, needing to stop at Lowe's and while rolling on a temp donut tire I know iv'e got to get real here.
I see that "Quick Lane" service store and think....hmmmm, pul in here and see if they can help.
WELL, I was in Retail for years and this experience IS HOW YOU RETAIL.
This BIG DOG at the counter (#767 maybe) says in a very calm and caressing voice.."may I asssist you sir?" Long story short, they had to go get the tire from some tire store (more than Toyota offered right here). The entire event took 1 hour exactly as was promised by the Big Guy.
THIS IS RETAIL. A great friendly positive problem solving front desk 1st rate representative. That was #767. It was $40 less than Toyota quoted even.
The fundamental lesson in Retail is to "make a new customer every day and keep the ones you've got". The BIG way soft spoken, profeesional, king guy IS the definition of Retail.

What a great experience my wife and I had at Echelon Ford. We were looking for a Ford F150 and low and behold we walked into Echelon Ford in Stratford, NJ and it was a no pressure environment. We were greeted by a very well dressed gentleman Rich Elkins, the sales manager who introduced us to Derek Zimmerman. We were blown away by this Derek's knowledge and experience. Derek took us out to the back lot, knew just about everything for every F150 that we looked at from the tires and sizes and all the options. Very knowledgeable. He was also very knowledgeable about leasing. Very impressed. Wished we have come here sooner!

I was looking for a vehicle with all of the features I wanted and after searching my area (Richmond VA) for about 2 weeks, I expanded my search and found it at John Kennedy Ford- Phoenixville. My only hesitation was driving 5 hours (one way) to then go through a typical sales pitch and having to drive back home without the vehicle. From the moment I spoke with Eric I knew this was going to be a different type of sales experience. He was genuinely interested in helping me and making the process as painless as possible since I was so far away. He did all of the work on his end including bringing in Trevor and Rob on the financing side to eliminate any concern I would have driving all that way. I felt comfortable enough to make the trip, stayed in a hotel overnight and was at the dealership when they opened. I needed to be back in Richmond VA for an event so I told Eric that I would need to be on the road by 10:30am (hoping to be out by 11:30) :). At 10:29 Eric, Trevor, and Ken (GM) all said let's get you on the road so you can get back for your event. I was on the road at 10:30 sharp! These guys are the real deal, they listen, and are truly interested in helping people instead of just selling another car. I will drive another 5 hours in the future to buy my next car from John Kennedy Ford- Phoenixville!

I have never seen someone explain all the features of a car in such minute details. Jeff made sure that I am totally satisfied with the car and the price. Waited for more than an hour for a new key - Nothanksrobinford
I had an appointment at 930 for them to give me a new key fob to replace a broken one. I arrived early at 920, and still couldn't leave until 1035am. I was told on the phone earlier in the week that it would take 30 minutes (which is already too long), and when I asked how much longer it would be, was told it usually takes an hour. They disrespected my time and I will not come back.
Oil change that never happened - hharbord
My wife took my daughter's car to Dunphy Ford where we bought the car for a complementary oil change that service manager Bruce gave me a few months ago when I was in for an alternator replacement. They told my wife it was done and she signed the paperwork and brought the car home.
Something told me to check the dipstick and when I did I discovered that the oil was never changed. It was a quart and a half low on oil and the oil that was in it was filthy. I had to add oil to it till I got around to taking it somewhere else to get it changed. Meanwhile the change oil light came back on. The paperwork that the service desk gave my wife said they added 6 quarts of oil and a new filter. They never touched the oil and they even went as far as to put a reminder sticker on the windshield for when the next oil change is due indicating that they had changed it.
I guess there is no such thing as a complementary oil change.

This is my first review for 2019 and I could not let the year start without reviewing this dealerships service department.I dealt with this dealerships many times after I purchased my car, the fixed the first issue I had with no problem than after about four months I noticed I had to go back to the dealership than it became a regular part of my life. Get some work done head back in three month. There favorite price is 300 per job. I'm honestly telling you DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT you will be dealing with snakes like Tony .
