This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The entire staff was AMAZING! Our sales person was James. He went above and beyond. It didnt matter if it was raining on day one, which it was. Or below freezing on day two, which it was. He really went the extra mile to find the right car for me. He is awesome. The sales manager Frank went out of his way as well to work with us. JJ was very helpful after the purchase to help me understand all of the benefits that came with the car. The business manager Erwin was also very good. He put me at ease through the entire process. All in all it was my best car buying experience ever.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

I just bought my third vehicle from Elkton Ford within the last three years. No I am not super rich and can afford to buy a car a year, my wife totaled her 2015 Fusion and we had to replace that, and then I finally replaced my 14 year old F150 with a new F150.
I keep coming back to Elkton Ford because the sales staff is efficient and courteous. The owner Mark was there to thank me for being a loyal customer.I feel I got an excellent price and that they worked to get me the best deal that worked for both me and Elkton Ford. I have dealt with Elaine, JJ, and now TJ for sales help and they all have been extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and patient and courteous with my wife and I during the buying process.
I use them for service as well. Their Quick is great great for simple jobs. They do more than just change oil. I have bought batteries and tires through Quick Lane. I found them to have better tire prices than Costco, and the various tire centers around. I shopped and when I found a lower price, Bruce honored it to get the sale.
I highly recommend them because I find them to be honest and up front. That is why I keep going back there.

Absolutely great experience working with Joe and Mark. Was able to test drive several F150 pick-ups before deciding on the one that best fit my needs. The process of looking at inventory, test driving, and working through the deal was handled very friendly, professionally, and without pressure. I got to the dealership and was not swarmed or hassled. I walked right to the 2017 Ford Raptor. I walked inside and was met by Kevin Deets who I can not say enough about. He just asked me what I wanted the keys for to look at. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or pushed around. I was extremely pleased by how knowledgeable Kevin was about the 2017 Raptor. The whole process was painless and smooth from the whole team at Fred Beans Ford, sales/fianance/warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealership. And when they haves sales people like Kevin Deets it's a no brainner. Love My 2017 Ford Raptor! And will be back to this dealership when I purchase a new Ford!!!!

Flat tire FIXED! - Sean
I have a leased 2016 Price Toyota RAV 4.
Had a flat. Called Price Service they said "come on down".
I "came on down" and they didn't have the tire in stock. WHAT? Your #1 selling vehicle and you don't have replacement tires for them? "It'll be in later today" they said. "Great", I sad "because I won't be". and out I went.
I head back towards my home in Wilm, needing to stop at Lowe's and while rolling on a temp donut tire I know iv'e got to get real here.
I see that "Quick Lane" service store and think....hmmmm, pul in here and see if they can help.
WELL, I was in Retail for years and this experience IS HOW YOU RETAIL.
This BIG DOG at the counter (#767 maybe) says in a very calm and caressing voice.."may I asssist you sir?" Long story short, they had to go get the tire from some tire store (more than Toyota offered right here). The entire event took 1 hour exactly as was promised by the Big Guy.
THIS IS RETAIL. A great friendly positive problem solving front desk 1st rate representative. That was #767. It was $40 less than Toyota quoted even.
The fundamental lesson in Retail is to "make a new customer every day and keep the ones you've got". The BIG way soft spoken, profeesional, king guy IS the definition of Retail.

Waited for more than an hour for a new key - Nothanksrobinford
I had an appointment at 930 for them to give me a new key fob to replace a broken one. I arrived early at 920, and still couldn't leave until 1035am. I was told on the phone earlier in the week that it would take 30 minutes (which is already too long), and when I asked how much longer it would be, was told it usually takes an hour. They disrespected my time and I will not come back.

Rob took care of us when I bought my truck in 2017. He was the first car salesman that was upfront and really made it feel like we got a good deal buying through garnet ford. He was also one of the only salesman to look past my age (20) and treated me like an adult. We liked him so much my parents came back and bought an expedition 6 months ago. High quality experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a ford.
Oil leak - Dissatisfy 101
Took mustang in for oil change drove vehicle home had oil leak next day on garage floor. Called and talked to Rick manager of service department told me he is not responsible for oil leak and said screw was stripped out and needed new oil pan costing me 276.00. Vehicle was in for 2 prior oil changes no issues. purchased 2 vehicles from them in last 5 years and this is the customer service you get. Thanks but no thanks! Ok Willis ford fixed the problem no charge. Just wish he did not have to go the way it did to get it fixed. But I do appreciate Willis ford doing the right thing.
