He went hunting to find the car I wanted, showing me lots of options, and ensuring transparency on costs and features. And no games when it came to pricing. It was a quick and easy negotiation. In addition, he and Mikhail went out of their way to drive the car to my home for delivery that night since I could not get back to pick it up until the morning. Both happy to make the trip so I'd get my car immediately. Mikhail also a delight. Smart and accommodating when it came to educating me on the car. Left Rear Tire Leak. - Cranberry
My car was due for its routine maintenance scheduled on 12/01/18. At the time of visit I requested for them to check the left rear tire for a slow leak due to low tire pressure on the dash board of my car. After visit I noticed on dash board air pressure was balanced on all tires. The next morning I noticed the same tire pressure lower than the other ones. It got worst after couple of days then warning signal came on dash board. I reported it when I received a call to do a survey on 12/04/18 when he asked me did I have superb service. I then received another call from Catonsville BMW to bring my car in on 12/05/18. Keon helped me through this inconvenience and was able to get my tire changed due to a nail puncture after an inspection. I can say that Keon did an amazing job and went above and beyond to get this problem resolved. Now that was superb service.

I had a headlight LED failure as my 2017 Accord Touring approached 36,000 miles. I had been turned away by Martin Honda, curing they were too busy to even glance at it. Without an appointment, expecting the worst, I pulled into Union Park Honda’s Service Line at 2:15pm. I expressed that, while I didn’t expect them to work on the car that day, I was concerned about going over the mileage limit of my bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if they could confirm the defect so it was noted.
Not only did they take a look at it, an hour later, the car was diagnosed and the part ordered. They created a 7am appointment for me 2 days later to ensure the repair was completed under warranty. Throughout the process, the entire team treated me like I was a member of their family. Noteworthy is that I bought my car in Pennsylvania, near my home. From this day forth, Union Park will have both my service and sales business. Thank you for bringing customer service and integrity to an industry where that can be hard to find.

Stuck Paying for a Car I Could Not Drive Due to Incompetence - JasonS
I purchased a new car from BMW of Atlantic City on June 16th. After being rushed through the sales process, I was given a 20 day temporary tag that would expire on July 5th. When I didn’t receive my plates by July 5th, I contacted the dealership and was advised the sales and processing paperwork was found still sitting on the salesman’s desk and had not even been sent for processing. Since I lived out of state, they said they were not allowed to give me another temporary tag. When I expressed my frustration at not being able to legally drive a car that I was paying for, the salesman told me “Just drive it and we will pay for any tickets you receive.” Needless to say, I did not take him up on this offer and am grateful I did not for reasons which will soon become clear.
Following this dubious legal advice, they told me that they would process my paperwork to get me my plates as soon as possible. However, they even seemed to struggle with this and did not even get the paperwork to the DMV until the end of July. As a result. I did not receive my tags until August 3rd.
So, I could not drive my car from July 5th -August 3rd, basically a month, and yet had already made a monthly payment. At one point in the whole month-long process of getting my plates, the general manager told me the dealership would reimburse me for the month payment that I made for the car I could not drive…. Surprise! Never got a check, and nobody at the dealership will return my calls. I even stopped by the dealership in person (recall that I live OUT OF STATE) to try and talk to the GM, Vincent. He, of course, was not there, but I was assured, yet again, that they would send me the check…. Still no check.
Now I am in a position where I need to waste even more time and take this dealership to court due to not only their incompetence, but their lies and poor customer service.

We had another wonderful experience picking up our 2019 X3 from Faulkner BMW! Since this was our third car we have bought from Tommie, he knows what we want and don’t want from the dealership which expedited the transaction. The gentleman doing the paperwork could not have been nicer as well. Bret, the BMW “Genius” was busy but still had time to point out the important functions for the drive home. Since I was coming back for a clear coating procedure, I told him we’d get together for a more thorough instruction session. The only time we had to wait around for a few minutes was when they washed it for our trip home. Was looking at the new Acura RDX, but the BMW quality, their salesperson’s expertise and friendliness, and their impeccable service department are the three reasons we keepcoming back to Faulkner BMW of Lancaster!

I went in last night at around 5:20-5:30pm. I had already did all my homework on the vehicle that I wanted. I drove an hour from Pennsylvania to purchase the vehicle and was denied to take it home that day. They pulled the vehicle up front I did not even need to drive it, I just wanted to get to the paperwork and take it home. I was told that I could not take the vehicle that night because they closed at 6pm. Disclaimer, I am a salesmen myself and at my dealership, if we closed at 6 and someone walked in at 5:59pm, we take the deal. We go above and beyond for our clients. I recently got in an accident three weeks ago and my 2018 BMW 320 was totaled. I even told the salesmen Richard that I DID NOT CARE ABOUT NUMBERS I WAS NOT THERE TO NEGOTIATE I WAS THERE TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. Otherwise, why would I drive an hour to not buy? Anyway, after being displeased with their service and practically being rushed out of the building, I get a phone call. I again let them know that I didn't care about numbers I was there to take the X6 home. I then received a text message witch I felt was a message to ridicule me. I really felt as I was racially profiled and discriminated. Maybe they thought being a Latina Woman that maybe I had no good credit or maybe I couldn't afford it. 320 (2018 brand new ) .... AND THE LIST GOES ON. We have owned over 10 BMW's. So I know that the finance process with BMW financial would have been easy. My husband to be actually works for BMW as a writer and I am salesman as well (we know the business very well.) Even after my airbags not deploying after my accident I thought hey, I love my brand. I will go with another BMW. This entire experience has me wanting to go with something completely different. If anything come out of this I hope that they learn that costumer service should be their number one priority. The salesman didn't go through the proper steps of building rapport or anything ! I was told that they had too many people going into finance, but what I believe was that they thought I wasn't a serious buyer. I called this morning and asked to speak to the general manager and I was hung up on. Very very displeased and heart broken. I am even apart of a BMW M club. How can a brand that I love so much not think that I am good enough to have one?

Bought a BMW 5 series from I G Burton on 9/8 /18. As we were signing papers , they took our car to cleaning only to bring it back with damaged bumper. Their response was that it is not a big deal and they can paint it . I just paid $52000.00 for this and Manager Kurt don't understand why I wouldn't want it be paintef. They also lied to me that I couldn't get out of my loan because BMW wouldn't allow it , which is not true according to BMW.

I bought my car there, but would not buy another one. The service department has, shall we say, a credibility problem. On 3 different occasions I called to obtain quotes for service work and parts. Each time they quoted me one price, but then tried to charge me a higher price once the work was completed -- even when I had the original quotation from them in writing. Then, they gave me attitude when I actually expected them to honor the prices that they had quoted to me in the first place. BMWs are great cars, but I would never again buy one that was not within BMW's full-maintenance included, bumper-to-bumper warranty period unless I knew a very good non-BMW german car mechanic.
