The only negative of the experience was having to wait for the finance manager to finish with another customer. It was a Wednesday evening and only one was working. Once I got in, Juan got things wrapped up as quickly as possible to get me home (I had been up since 4:30am for work).

I just wanted to drop a line to say how pleasant and courteous Brianna was when we dropped off my Ford Explorer for service on Monday (11/30) We've used your service department since I purchased my SUV in 2013 and she's been the nicest person I've come across in all my visits there. Even thru her mask, I could sense the smile on her face. It was refreshing to have such great customer service, especially in these strange times where it's sometimes difficult to find genuinely nice people.

Buying the car was a Breeze, once they get the money, it's screw you!!! I purchased my vehicle 12/10/20. I was issued a "WE OWE" for a few minor repairs, that are still not taken care of. I've been to this dealership 4 times trying to get these repairs done, and I live in Baltimore City so it's about an hour ride one way. I bought my car back for the repairs on 1/4 and did not get my car back until 2 weeks later, again, still not completely repaired. I reached out to Sonny who was my Salesman, as well as Amir who basically ignored my concerns. This has been the worst experience buying a car for me. Since I have been dealing with this company, I have yet to come across anyone that has been true to their word!

I have bought my last 3 trucks from Koons and when I read about the Tremor package, I knew it was time to stop in again. I wanted a F250 King Ranch with the Tremor package and 7.3 Godzilla V8. Billy Mensh was very helpful in ordering the truck from Ford just the way I wanted it. I got the power running boards and heated seats. Was surprised when it had massage seats as well! Always wanted them and didn't realize that was part of the King Ranch Ultimate package. More bells and whistles than I have figured out yet how to use but fun driving and learning. Billy even changed the color for me from Blue Jeans to Star White when I changed my mind. Happy I did. The truck looks and drives fantastic. Thanks again Billy!

This was worst car buying experience I've ever had buying a new car. They lied about everything from the start to include: actually having the car, where the car was, the price we agreed upon on the car. And the bank actually financing the car. These people were the absolute lyingest bunch. I complained to the manager and was told "My trade would be ready for pick up of I was uncomfortable doing business with them"! My advice is to pay more to deal with a more customer service oriented company. Buyer beware, do noy buy one from here unless you like to be lied to
