Everyone at Century of Mt Airy was great. I was particularly interested in a vehicle to make camping better for our family. Between Jackie, Jeremy, and Rob I was able to meet my goal. Jackie helped setup an appt, Jeremy was great with introducing the new vehicle, and Rob rocked the finances. Thanks Century Ford!

Ourisman CJDR is the absolute best experience at a vehicle dealership I have ever had by far thanks to my salesman Andrew Thomas and Kevin Gilbert in finance. I would like to especially thank Andrew for putting in all of the extra leg work it took for me to get my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon as it was an out of state deal. I would without a doubt give Andrew and this entire dealership a 10/10 rating with my overall experience. Highly recommend this dealership. It’s why I flew all the way from Knoxville TN for my purchase.

This place is amazing and they always have my best interest at heart. I haven’t had one time where I came here and left with regrets. Always happy. Wouldn’t believe how fast they get you in and out of there. For the work I usually have preformed; they usually get me in and out of there quickly and love that. The service department here is awesome. Alex and my Usually service writer/adviser which is Dan. Buying my car from here was worth it.

My recent buying experience at Darcars Jeep New... - rehouston6521
My recent buying experience at Darcars Jeep New Carrollton was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
This was the 25th vehicle I’ve purchased in my life and was better than my prior excellent experiences with Mercedes, Acura and Infiniti.
My initial contact was with sales person Caesy Rivera by phone and he was very informative about the Darcars pricing strategy and verifying the 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude (w/5.7L Hemi) I was interested in was available.
I was unable to travel the 1.5 hours to the dealership till this past Friday (9 Oct).
Upon arrival and after being introduced to sales managers Frankie and Tim, Caesy explained features of the vehicle (this was my first time driving a Grand Cherokee) and the basic outline of where we were going on the test drive.
The Grand Cherokee was quite impressive. Upon return to the dealership, Caesy provided the dealerships initial sales write up. I was impressed with their first offer on the F150 I was trading in. The Darcars sales price of the Grand Cherokee was quite fair based upon my several weeks of research. After a brief discussion with Frankie (Semper Fi!), we were able to come to an acceptable compromise on pricing of both the Grand Cherokee and my F150 trade in. This occurred in <5 minutes of start of negotiations! Amazing!!!
To add more greatness to this transaction, when I met with Andrew in F & I, he was prepared for me, had pertinent documents laid out and explained extended warranty options. I already had pre-approved financing with my bank, so that merely streamlined the process. Andrew was very professional – as are all of the folks I interacted with at Darcars New Carrollton!
The vast inventory selection (they were the only dealer within 75 miles with Hemi powered High Altitudes – and they had four of them) and wonderful sales professionals at Darcars New Carrollton certainly made my 1.5 hour drive each way well worth the effort and time invested.

I just recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Renegade High Altitude from here on 11/19/20 after coming across it on cars.com. I submitted the trade-in form and Ms. Algeda was quick (under 5 minutes) with reaching out to me about it. I made an appointment to come in the same evening around 6:30.
From there, I was set up with Jada who facilitated my test drive of the Jeep I wanted and went over all the features. She was the highlight of my first "brand new" car buying experience as she was very friendly, personable, and did not come off as the stereotypical car salesman attempting to pressure you into something or get over on you. As a social worker, I value rapport building; it truly goes a long way. I traded in my car and was financed through my own credit union (NFCU), without issue. She has even reached out afterwards to ask if I had any questions or concerns.
The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because I did feel like I was a bit pressured to get their extended warranty packages (Not by Jada). The gentleman just began explaining to me what the warranties were and how much they cost... I had to ask, specifically, 2-3 times if this was "mandatory" before I got a straight answer that it was not, but was something recommended. To me, that is stereotypical car salesman fast talk and behavior; it definitely felt like a finesse, and I didn't really like that.
Overall, my experience was positive. I'm glad I did not pay for the extended warranty as I've read bad reviews about the service and work quality of the repair shop there. I'd buy there again. I recommend that you ask for Jada!
Fantastic Dealership! - HDH
I brought my Jeep in for service 3 different times. The first time I brought it in they identified the issue, ordered the replacement parts and had me back in my Jeep in 45 minutes! Wow! The second time they replaced the part quickly and I was back on the road after just a couple hours. Everyone I spoke with listened and treated me with respect. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! They are simply the best!

I went to get an oil change on our 2017 Grand Cherokee because I was sent a $24.95 special for oil and filter. Of course the price to did not cover synthetic oil so I agreed to go ahead. 30 mins later I get a call stating there was a nail in the tire and $65 to plug plus I also needed the 30,000 service and I was quoted $1000 . this bill was for air filter ,cabin filter and drain and replace transfer case fluid. . I changed oil and filter and plugged tire though i really wonder if I had a nail in the tire for $104. When I checked owners manual It does not recommend changing transfer fluid until 120,000 miles. I went and Bought air and cabin filter and replaced myself for $50. It took less than 20 mins. Last time I go Dar cars

CAR CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIPS'S SALES PRACTICES.
On 03/25/2021 I made an online inquiry about an in-transit 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT that appeared on their website with an MSRP of $85,020. I was almost immediately contacted by their sales representative Dawit Hagos. I explained to Dawit that there were two other SRTs at other dealers I had as purchase options (#1 MSRP $82,975 OTD @ $77,000; #2 MSRP $84,265 OTD $78,300). Both units remain publicly available online including the discount pricing. I advised Dawit I would be willing to pay the same price cash out the door ("OTD") comparably adjusted based on the MSRP. Dawit advised he would speak with his manager.
Dawit contacted me back within minutes offering a $82,500 purchase price to which I advised him that absent the comparable pricing I wasn't interested. I furthermore advised Dawit that I had an affiliate pricing voucher that would afford me a price of 1% under dealer invoice if that was of any benefit to the dealership fully realizing that the price I was seeking was below affiliate pricing requiring the dealership to utilize some of their holdback. Again, Dawit advised me that he would speak with his manager.
Dawit contacted me back again within minutes advising me that his manager had approved an $80,000 purchase price. I specifically asked Dawit if the $80,000 included all dealer fees to which he replied that it was all-inclusive of all dealer fees. I would be financially responsible for the Florida sales tax (where I live), the Florida tag/registration/title, and the transportation of the vehicle to Florida. Based upon Dawit's representation's I agreed to the $80,000 all in price. Dawit wanted to write up the deal at that time but considering it was almost 7pm I suggested we do the paperwork the next morning.
Dawit and I had a couple of email communications to detail the process and contact information.
On 03/26/2021 Dawit sent me a credit application to which I replied reminding him I was paying cash. I was then advised that because the vehicle was in transit they would/could not do any sales contract with me until the vehicle had been delivered to the dealership which was anticipated as possibly late April. This made me somewhat suspicious and concerned.
Acting upon my concerns/suspicions I emailed Dawit the details of our agreement in an effort to memorialize the details and avoid any potential conflicts. I can tell you I am glad I did act upon my concerns/suspicions.
Within minutes of that email I was contacted by a representative that identified themselves as the new car sales manager. This "manager" hostilely advised me in no uncertain terms that there was "no deal" nor any agreement that he would be willing to put into writing with me as the vehicle was only in-transit. He boldly stated that if he has a "local buyer" when the vehicle gets delivered to the dealership that "will pay more money for the vehicle" he "will sell it to them". I quickly replied that I wasn't interested in dealing with a dealership that would act in that fashion of business. The conversation quickly devolved into the "manager" referencing to me as "BRO". I quickly advised this "manager" I was not his "BRO" and he will not address me in that thug like fashion. He attempted to falsely accuse me of using a "curse word" to which he refused to identify what exactly was the "curse word". Regardless, I wasn't having any part of it with this obviously hostile individual that was in my opinion most unprofessional. I demanded to be transferred to the store's GM, Justin Reed.
In speaking with Justin, who was very polite, courteous and professional, I was advised that he couldn't imagine how Dawit gave me $80,000 in pricing as it would have to have been cleared by him and he had not done so. Justin advised me he would inquire and get back to me.
Justin contacted me within minutes. Justin advised me that Dawit was telling him that I was quoted $80,310 as the affiliate pricing and that I would need to pay additional dealer fees. Justin continued to suggest/infer that I had improperly failed to consider these additional fees to which I explained to Justin quite the contrary. I was very specific to make 100% certain the pricing was all-inclusive of all fees.
Based upon this entire situation I opted not to purchase the vehicle and advised Justin I would be providing this negative feedback on my experience with his dealership. I would highly recommend that unless this dealership is selling unicorns, and you really need that specific unicorn, find your unicorn at another Jeep dealership. This one simply doesn't meet acceptable professional standards in my humble opinion. They only bring shame and confirms the worst of car dealership behavior - again, this is in my most humble opinion.
My car was seen by Stepen Barber (on the receipt)... - geosawyer
My car was seen by Stepen Barber (on the receipt) because it would shut down while running. I was charged $618.08 and was told it was fixed. I had the same problem with the car later. This is a 2006 car that has less then 15,000 miles. I returned the vehicle and was told it couldn't be checked because I had a bad battery and yet it started when I picked it up and the dome light was on in the daytime. They wanted me to buy a new battery that I had replaced 18 months before. I was charged $195.60 for that sevice. After which I had the batt checked by 2 other service centers and was told batt was ok just weak. Since then I had another shop work on the car and fix it. The problem was the fuel pump. Cost me another $600. So, whatever you do don't go to this dealership's sevice department.
I just had the absolute best dealer car buying experience... - LakeLifeLakeAnna
I just had the absolute best dealer car buying experience that I have ever had. I ordered a new Wrangler 4xe from the factory through Craig Benner.
I conducted tons of research into the new 4xe model, and then set out to find the best price and best service for the purchase. After reaching out to Koons, and talking with Craig Benner who manages their factory orders, I quickly realized that they were willing to offer a very fair price and also provide exceptional customer service.
Craig was patient with me and answered all of my numerous questions quickly and professionally. The selecting, pricing, and ordering process was done completely through some phone, and mostly email correspondence, which I greatly appreciated not only because of the current Covid situation, but because I really don't enjoy the whole "Let me go talk to my manager" process that I have gotten from dealers in other car showrooms in the past.
Craig was incredibly responsive whenever I contacted him, and always gave me honest and helpful answers. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells and the factory ordering process, and he really goes the extra mile so that he doesn't waste any of your time (or his).
Yesterday, I finally met Craig in person when my new Jeep arrived for delivery.
The great service continued as expected, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire Koons Dealership team.
Donovan in financing was thorough and knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all when I declined most of the different warranty coverages that they offered.
The Manager stopped by when we were nearly finished to say hello, and to make sure that I had received excellent service and to see if there was anything else that she could help with.
Overall, It was a great car buying experience, and I would be happy to recommend Craig Benner and Koons Tysons Jeep for not only the best prices in the area, but also for the exceptional service that they provide.

My Sales Associate Shereen Legorreta was the absolute best. Not only did she help me find the right vehicle, but she made sure I was happy from start to finish. It was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle in a very long time. I also worked closely with Rick and Mike during the process and they were fabulous as well.

I have been buying Jeeps and having them serviced at Dulles Jeep for more than twenty years. Our latest Jeep, a diesel, had a FCA recall that I received notices about for roughly a year, but the recall repair kits haven’t been available. Lynette, who is my current service advisor, has been awesome in tracking the recall kit down and working with me to get it schedule, which has now been completed. TBH, Lynette and her entire crew out at Dulles Jeep went beyond the call of duty and procured one of the first kits available. She made the entire process flawless, as has been all my service experiences at Dulles Jeep. The technicians are awesome and I have never had to take the car back for a faulty repair - kudos to the entire service department. All I can say is, if you are in the market for a Jeep, I can’t think of any other place to buy one. In addition, if you have a Jeep, and want the best service available in the DC Metro area, go to Dulles Jeep and ask for Lynette, she’ll treat you like family and take care of you and your vehicle. Dulles Jeep sets a very high bar for excellence; other dealers should emulate their business model.
