Custom Shop - Malibu
Had some new over sized tires installed by the Custom Shop on my 2012 Silverado and ran into some issues with the factory tire pressure sensor settings so the next day.I went back, they stopped what they were doing and with all hands on deck corrected the problem with some reprogramming.
It would have been easy to just say this is a service issue but a team effort by all was very impressive.

If you read my previous reviews you'll see I'm not afraid to blast a dealer when it is due.
In January 2018 I was again in the market for a new truck but still a little hesitant to go back to Bob Bell but not because of the sales department, it was the dreaded service department. I, again place my trust in Joe Evans and again he didn't disappoint. Joe is now a sales manager so he introduced me to salesperson Jason Davis. As I usually do, I arrived at the dealership already knowing what I wanted and what I was going to pay. Within a few hours I was driving my new 2018 Colorado Z71 4X4 midnight edition. But the story doesn't end there.
Six months have past and I was fearing taking the love of my life (my midnight edition) to the service department after my previous experience in 2015. My neighbor who is a GM retiree told me to see Service Rep Yvonne Huhn. I did make the appointment and as described, Yvonne was courteous, professional, energetic and most important to me, KNOWLEDGED in what she was doing and talking about. I know I had a few wear and tear issues after six months of owning my truck and some may need to be paid for by my out-of-pocket. I dropped it off and a free shuttle took me home. Hours later Yvonne called and said that it was a toss up that some of the items should have been paid for by me including tire balancing but out of courtesy the service department would fix it for nothing. If you read my old review and I encourage you to, you'll see I dealt with a team of service associates that truly didn't give a crap about Bob Bell and especially their customers. When I first arrived I immediately noticed a fresh new service facility and most importantly, a new team of caring employees. When I returned to retrieve my truck I again was met by Yvonne who was so friendly but waisted no time telling me what my truck needed and that Bob Bell was absorbing any cost to thank me for buying my new Colorado from them and trusting their service department again.
I can't stress enough how glad I am that Bob Bell fixed those issues and finally took out its old trash.

Chris Gearity in Service came through for me again! Every time I’ve seen him I’ve received excellent customer service, but this time was special because I was very worried about a strong gasoline odor that had appeared in my car’s cabin. I showed up without an appointment, but Chris wasn’t worried about that; he was more concerned about investigating and fixing the problem. He gave me a loaner car for the day, which was wonderful because I was trying to figure out how I was going to get to work. Later in the day, he called and said the fuel pump, the gas tank, and the gas nozzle were all leaking and had to be replaced. He said the repair was over $2,000 and my heart sank, but then he said that I didn’t owe anything. He explained that he had found an obscure GM warranty that covered everything and the work had already been done. I was shocked because my car is 11 years old!! I don’t know how he found that warranty, but I am convinced that if I hadn’t taken my car to him that I wouldn’t have experienced such a favorable outcome. I don’t know the name of the mechanic who repaired my car, but he also did a great job since the gasoline smell is entirely gone with no recurrence. Based on my collective experiences, I highly recommend Chris and his team and I will be a returning, long-time customer for Jerry’s Chevrolet!

I recently bought a 2015 GMC Sierra. It had a few minor problems. I had issues with the radio, the front brakes were extremely loud and a fuel injector went bad. At first I had trouble with the service department but multiple people from the dealership have reached out to me to get these problems fixed.

So, as far as Quick Lane goes... I have no issue with the folks there. It's Mike G. that I have a problem with, purely speaking as a customer. My car had been in and out of the shop while under warranty (purchased used) and the same issues kept arising. I called and talked to Mike G. to see what would happen with these parts if they kept going out after being replaced. His response, "It's on you then."
It's on me... when the parts you have provided keep going up in smoke and the problem clearly isn't being fixed??

Took the 2018 Sonic in for an oil change didn't get home before it started smoking from 301 & 50 to 410 stopped at the light smoke everywhere.Looked under the hood oil everywhere!! Called them they took my # and didn't call back!! They suck never again YOU take my money and leave me hanging!! I had it towed now I guess they need to talk to LAWYERS!!

DO NOT TAKE your Business to Hoffman Chevrolet while I was out of town in Hagerstown visiting my daughter new Base. I started having issues with my 2010 Tahoe 2 days before having to head back home to Ohio. I took my Tahoe in 1st thing Tuesday morning 03/06/2018. To be told the alternator and tensioner pulley was bad and couplings. $1,000.00 repair, I had no choice but to pay the bill hope for the best. My Son and I left town Wednesday Morning 03/07/2018, the Tahoe started making the same noises half way home 7 hour drive. I was forced to pull off highway 2.5 hours from home when the passenger side wheel bearing went out !!! During a snow storm strained had to have the Tahoe Towed 2.5 hours home. That was the scariest experience I've ever had to get through. Broke down so far from home and it's snowing so hard can't see 30 ft in front of you thru the mountains. I had to have both Wheel Hub Bearings replaced the passenger side was by far the worse. The Multi-Point Inspection is practically blank, if they had checked the brakes they would have found the rocking of the wheel because the bearing was going out. I do not believe my Tahoe was driven, they would have found that the bearings where going out.
I called the Dealership about what had happened about the misdiagnosis of my Track and the results of the correct repair NOT being done. I call Mr. Greg King Service Dept Manager 03/08/2018, told him what happened he said he would talk to the Mechanic and call me Monday. He never called me back, I called 03/14/2018 left VM, he still didn't call back. I called again 03/15/2018 Mr. King told me he is not responsible for miss diagnosing my Truck, his mechanic did the repairs for the sounds I told him about. Have a nice day and hung up on me !!!
On 03/16/2018 I receive a call from Hoffman Chevrolet to follow on my service at the dealership and was told my 2010 Tahoe is in HIGH demand wanting to buy the Track from me !!! Are you SERIOUS ??? I explained what had happened and the Rep said that is NOT how they want the Customers treated and she would follow up with the GM.
I'm NOT surprised at all I haven't heard from ANYONE !!
For the SAFETY of your Love Ones DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here they DO NOT CARE. It's ALL about the DOLLAR not your SAFETY . Needless to say I will let as many people I can know about this experience since they do not care to talk to me about what happened. I guess since I'm from out of town Customer Service doesn't apply.

Awful - Had my car for 11 days and would not return calls - NoMoreChevys
If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my 2013 Chevy Cruze with 79k miles off on Monday 5/12 and was told the the repairs (a transmission replacement - WRONG diagnosis btw) would be done by Friday 5/18. When I did not receive a call on Friday I called in to get an update. I did not receive a call back. I called again on Monday 5/28 and was told my account rep would call me back but was unavailable. On Wed 5/23 the loaner got hit in the parking lot and I called again (to inform them and get an update), finally talked to a service receptionist (probably since it involved their car since they obviously care nothing for their customers) who told me that NOTHING had been done to my car and that there seemed to be new recommendations. He told me he would have to talk to an actual technician and call me the next day. No less than 5min later I get a call back from another receptionist who tells me my car has no transmission issues. But they THINK it needs a new coil pack, spark plugs, and fuel/air induction. They gave me an estimate for $1.2k. I picked up my car the next day. Took it to another mechanic who immediately diagnosed it with needing the coil pack +/- the induction. Which took less that 5min to fix and cost less than $200. Oh and my spark plugs look great and my transmission is fine.
These people do not care about you, your time, or your car. They only wanted money and literally threw a bunch of "fixes" at me without even bothering to find the problem. I had called multiple times regarding the misfires in the weeks prior to it getting more frequent and was told that there was nothing they could do since the check engine light was not coming on so it wouldn't be throwing codes. Oh and the Cruze has 1 connected coil pack instead of separate coils. So since only one cylinder was misfiring THE LIGHT WONT COME ON.
They call themselves "technicians" yet cant even make a simple deduction without codes which may or may not show up. And they even drove it and STILL misdiagnosed it.
Honestly I wouldn't even be upset if it was just a misdiagnosis. Mistakes happen. I am upset I was never once updated. And they couldn't even be bothered to return my calls. They had my car for 12 days. 11 of which they could have called me but could not be bothered.
I had used the service department 2x prior to this visit. I had always dropped my car off both times and gotten a loaner vehicle. The repairs seemed to take longer then they should but I got the loaner and the service technician had kept me up to date on what was going on. Most of it was covered under warranty but I now wonder how much of that actually needed to be done.
STAY FAR AWAY if you value your car your time and your money.

I have been taking my car, purchased from Jones to this service center for years. Taking advantage of, and using the Jones for a lifetime for the last two years Zachary Jubb has been my service advisor. If I have an appointment with another tech and he sees me he takes on my vehicle no questions asked. I have his personal cell as he has mine for any direct concerns or questions I may have. I fully trust him with my vehicle and know that he has my best interest in mind. I used bring my husband just to have the, "man card" in my pocket, but with Zach there is no need. Zach- thank you!
Check for Damage before Leaving - Damaged
Didn't notice dent until after drove off premises (it's on frame floor only visible after you open door). Contacted service department who ignored email and repeated calls. Finally managed to speak with representative who informed me they would not repair as I could not prove their liability. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service.
Check your vehicle before leaving lot. They will not honor any damage once you have paid and left! This still might not be enough - get them to inspect and sign for state of your vehicle as you drop it off into their "care".
To be fair, they did fix original issue and were courteous when denying liability for damage...
