Smoothest Process Ever - rhea
It was all about my salesman Alex and Jeff in finance. They were so personable, customer service oriented and fair. Amidst the craziness of the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing, this was the easiest and least stressful event by far. I have bought my last 3 cars from them and will continue to go back as long as Alex and Jeff are still there.
Finally! - Behind the Wheel Again
I found myself in need of a vehicle at the beginning of this pandemic in ealry March. I wasn't looking for a car previously, so I had no idea what kind of car I wanted, so the search was daunting. I was connected with Yannick and let him know what I had previously and the specifics of which I had become accustomed. He came back with a vehicle that he felt would be a great fit! He was available that day for me to come check it out! He was very easy to talk to and was able to answer all of my questions. I went home that night with the relief that I now had a car again, and I didn't have to settle! The process was smooth and easy!

We went for 1 car and we left with 2 - Renato Gomes
We went to buy one vehicle and ended up buying 2! Kate Van Arnum did an amazing job by not pushing the sale. She gave us enough time to drive the cars and think about our deal. At the end, Ford Sheehy offered a better deal on our trade-in than what Toyota had offered which sealed the deal for us.

Thank you! - samanthagriffith
My husband and I were first time car buyers and Grant made our experience completely pain free. Very informative test drive and able to showcase all the features the Subaru Forrester had to offer. No pressuring sales tactics, and was able to find us a car within our budget that had everything we were looking for. Very happy with our purchase!
Great buying experience and frendly people. - Chris
I was interested in a new truck from Century, but it was located at their sister location (VA). Century Ford in Mt. Airy transported the new truck in a timely manner. I had a good buying experience.

Quick lane GOOD, Full service VERY BAD - jrussell.ctbs
If you have Ford loyalty, then the Quick Lane service is solid and I would recommend them, but I couldn't have been more disappointed with the full service garafe. My tale of woe below is worth reading.
I left the car at the dealer for 8 full days while I was out of town to address 3 issues: 1. malfunction of heating/radio interface, 2. Rattling and grinding while braking, 3. Minimal bumper damage from tapping a parking block (all written clearly in itemized fashion on the night drop form). I received a call around close of business time the following day from a coordinator asking why I dropped the vehicle off. I explained the 3 issues. The following day I received a call saying "your belts and fluids all look good" ad some concern about some bushings on my shocks that were worn down and quoted $1200 to fix them. I asked if this was the cause of my rattling with braking. The answer I received was "No, it wouldn't do that. This is something else, a routine maintenance thing. What's wrong with the brakes?" I explained to the same person again what the issue was. He said that "maybe tomorrow we can drive it and see what the problem is." I asked about the electronics interface issue. He says "Tomorrow we'll do a master reset." Next day: "We did a master reset, it's all working now. We'll take it for a spin tomorrow and test the brakes." Next day: "Our tech says it's definitely the rear rotors, we'll replace them." I had those rotors replaced less than a year ago. Next day "Your car is all done!" What about the bumper damage? "Oh, we'll schedule an estimate with the body shop." Next day exact same conversation, "Car is all done!" Oh, so you fixed the bumper damage? "Oh, we'll schedule an estimate with the body shop." Finally I arrive home from my trip and pick up the car. When I pick up the car, there is an estimate for the bumper repair which needs to be scheduled 2 weeks out (fine). I am then told that the master reset did NOT work, and am handed an estimate for $1,000 to replace the SYNC system. I was very upset to find that within this window of time that they had the car and I kept getting calls saying it was all done, they NEVER mentioned a need to replace the computer until I was picking the vehicle up. That was several days of opportunity wasted; it could have been repaired in that time. Let alone, I had to remind the service coordinator daily what the work was that I needed done. Finally, as I was driving away, the brake issues were just as bad as ever with NO improvement. Overall, I spent $550 for a misdiagnosis and incomplete treatment.
Resolution: I took the vehicle to a different dealership (a non-dealer mechanic couldn't address this proprietary computer issue), they diagnose the issue as being a FRONT rotor problem "They're clearly warped, you can see it" and fix it immediately with full resolution of the braking problem. They then diagnose that the electronic issue is NOT the SYNC system, but rather a different control module requiring replacement (FCIM). They replaced it. The fix was spot on, and it is now in excellent condition. After a dozen visits to Quick Lane, my poor experience with the full service means my relationship with Apple Ford is over.
Ford C-Max Energi Service - professorpupper

Best Dealer with service and sales with a personal touch. - HoundDog

We bought a Ford Flex - happy owner
We are elderly and had been having difficulty getting up into our full sized SUV for a while now. I noticed the Ford Flex and was happy to find it even more comfortable than our 2012 SUV and a LOT lower and easier to get in and out of. When I inquired on line about the Flex leftover we might consider, Chris Hinder e-mailed me back and followed up with a phone call WITHOUT PRESSURE!!! We thought about it for a few days and decided to call back because there were not a bunch of call backs like other dealerships had initiated. We set up a time and went in for a test drive. We were in awe of the kindness (I am handicapped) afforded us. They thoroughly explained everything, tried to get us the best deals Ford could give as well as a very fair price for our trade-in. They also explained and went the extra mile to make sure we took advantage of all offers not just from Ford but others like USAA. We were truly pleased not just with our purchase, but with they entire experience. Thank you to the Hinder family for treating us so well!
Quick and professional, patient salesman and very helpful. - mzeke
I went to look at used trucks. Had settled on way more than I needed. They found me a great deal on a super clean and super low mileage truck in my price range. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. It was all that they said (as proven by a great CARFAX report).
Service F150 - robjob4u
Susan was professional and Jerry’s had social distancing and customer safety first and foremost. The service was quick and thorough and the wait was minimal.
Dishonest title clerk, hidden fees, over charges for waranty - captaink
I have uploaded my sales contract which you can view. Just google the above dealer, and look for my review in the google review section.
Notice the charges for title changes - less than $80!
The ridiculous $799 processing fee is on there - a fee that consumer reports say NO person should ever pay, and is only charge by dishonest car dealers.
Note also that the Autotrader price of the vehicle - $12,100 had been changed to $12,900.
Again, I maintain that Mark Wise changed all this while he was trying to "find our best price" for the contested car warranty.
They (Ted Britt) has also had google delete the photo of Ford's prices for extended car warranty. Even proof that they are as dishonest as most car dealers, probably even more so.
On the phone and in e-mails they have changed their story, and tactics numerous times.
On February 22, 2020 I went to Ted Britt to trade my 2016 Rav4 hybrid for a 2017 Ford C-Max Energi.
The dealership offered me $17,000 for the Rav4 Hybrid and their Autotrader price was $12,100.
The car was clean, and ready when I arrive. I took the car for a short test drive, where it preformed as it should.
I was then taking to the billing manager, a very shady man by the name of Mark Wise.
Mark proceeded to pressure me to buy the extended warranty for the vehicle, even though it still had 2 years left on the powertrain, and 5 years left on the battery.
He told me that the components on this vehicle were so unreliable that it would be foolish not to buy the extended warranty.
My wife suffers from severe Parkinson's disease, so I had told the dealership I needed to be in and out as quick as possible.
But Mr. Wise would take 15-20 for each "quote" he would give me for the warranty. Enough already, I was tired, my wife was sick, I just wanted out of their.
He finally pulled out a figure of $968 for 2 years unlimited warranty which was - direct quote here "only $30 above our cost".
As you can see from the included picture, that was a lie, a very big lie. Buying online from Ford, the extended service plan for 4 years is only $648. I did not have good cell phone reception so I could not check this scammers figures.
(Update - Natasha Kapoor from Ted Britt said "we do not match online prices for the Ford Warranty" What? Same company, but they can't offer the same price that Ford offers this for?
Looking at the above figures, $17,000 - $12,100, should have left $4900. If you include the taxes of $502 and their $399 dealer prep rip off charge, the difference would still leave $3999.
(Update - The cost of titling a vehicle in Virginia is $49. Ted Britt actually charges a whopping $799 for title registration, so you are being screw for $750!!)
I was told I would receive a check for $1600 (after warranty).
I'll post a picture of the final calculations. The bill was padded in numerous places. I was just too weary to fit it.
The bottom line is this: NEVER go to the dealership.
They are swindlers, and they prey on the elderly, especially if, like my wife, you have mobility issues.
My biggest regrets was not walking out of the dealership.
Great Experience at Dealer - jonnyguitar1962
I have bought my last 3 trucks from Koons and when I read about the Tremor package, I knew it was time to stop in again. I wanted a F250 King Ranch with the Tremor package and 7.3 Godzilla V8. Billy Mensh was very helpful in ordering the truck from Ford just the way I wanted it. I got the power running boards and heated seats. Was surprised when it had massage seats as well! Always wanted them and didn't realize that was part of the King Ranch Ultimate package. More bells and whistles than I have figured out yet how to use but fun driving and learning. Billy even changed the color for me from Blue Jeans to Star White when I changed my mind. Happy I did. The truck looks and drives fantastic. Thanks again Billy!
Worst buying experience ever ! - Tim Frank

2018 Fiesta ST base - AlexRohrbaugh
So about a year ago I needed a new car and went in to look at a Ford Fiesta ST. After being told price wasnt able to come down and being in desperate need of a new car I bought the car. I explained my situation of just having a new born and that money was tight and they still upcharged me on the car. Upon looking I was charged the st3 price tag for the base model package which is total xxxxxxxx. The salemen I had was named Ben Salerno, the man is a total snake and con artist who truly doesnt give a xxxx about anything other than putting extra money in his pocket. He promised me in writing that he would deduct $300 by saying i referred his next 3 sales to him as a means of consolation for charging me an extra 3 to 4K on my car. This company is truly terrible and Ben is truly the worst salesmen you could have. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They even without telling me added on the most experience coverage package and yet dont want to replace or cover anything under warranty. Worst company location ever.
First time I've ever took the time to write a negative... - Chase
First time I've ever took the time to write a negative review.. probably only the third review I've ever wrote. To start with I took my Crown Victoria in for a headlight module factory recall. During the replacement of the headlight module and mechanic must have damaged the vacuum lines going to my HVAC system, then failed to repair them. When I got my car back I could no longer change the direction of the airflow. (Heat or A/C would only come from the windshield defrost vent) i disregard it when I got my vehicle back because I didn't assume it was caused by damage, rather they forgot to reconnect a vacuum line and I could address it when the weather warmed up and I needed my A/C.. foolish but in hindsight they would of just denied causing the issue sooner. Besides that I recently had my front driver's side door regulator cable break. Out of stupidity it seems now, I asked them for a quote on repairs to that door and a second rear door that operated slowly.. also I asked them to assess the HVAC issue. They wanted $900 for parts and labor on the doors!! I got both the regulators myself at advanced for a total of $195! I'm certain they're getting them cheaper but say it's the same, $705 for labor?! To top it off I left the cover off the door so they could have easier access to the regulator. I paid them $135 to tell me I needed two regulators (which I already told them upon dropping my car off) and they couldn't even put the cover back on my door.. Plus they left garbage on my seats. They said we found broken, not disconnected, vacuum lines causing the issue with my HVAC system but the only way to fix that it's to replace the entire system for an additional $890! Nearly a grand to fix something they broke and left. To this day I'm not sure if this was an intentional play to have me return for repairs and scalp me or just plain incompetence. I can see why they have a 1.5 star rating on this website though I feel it should be lower. I didn't want to leave a star.. wouldn't let me submit my review without one. Same with employee reviews Chris Christmas I never met you but I give you a star for the funniest name on the list. The joker I dealt with wasn't a choice.

Excellent customer service - davidratliff1972
The customer service was outstanding. We were just shopping for a vehicle, and was shopping around for a specific type for a specific price. They went above and beyond our expectations! We found exactly what we needed, wanted, and much more.

I left an honest review for this dealership and because of the honest review about them not delivering the car as promised I was contacted and harassed for me leaving a review on Social Media. I was hoping to work this out as I had already been approved for the vehicle. Be careful with this dealership as the management will harass you for leaving honest negative feedback. I guess it was to hard to reach out and make things right.
