Won me over with GT2 Stinger - Fireballstinger
Had no intention of buying a Kia. However, Scott dared me to give the GT2 Stinger a test drive and Wow! Bought it immediately! Love the car. Scott made buying a car fun and this dealership treats me like royalty at every visit! They truly do care about your feedback and call occasionally to see if I'm still happy 7 months later. Definitely changed my view of the Kia brand!

A short in the door-open sensor was draining the battery. Dulles repaired the problem in two days. They also used their shuttle service to pick me up when the repair was done. Professional all the way around.

I've bought several new vehicles but this was my 1st time travelling out of state to get a good deal. My first mistake was taking a salesman's word and my second mistake was trusting any of Dulles Rams staff. I was given a guaranteed price by phone and text so i agreed to drive to Va. After a long 4 and a half hour drive i got to Dulles Ram and asked for Ray Hartley he was well dressed but thats where his class ended. Ray was very disrespectful, lied to my face and even called me "F***ing stupid" i asked to speak to someone else and after becoming quite irritated i signed a price agreement and went to run my credit. The finance lady was pleasant but the numbers didn't add up it wasn't what was agreed upon. She swore it was correct punching numbers in her calculator saying see its right. Mind you i slept maybe 4 hours drove just shy of 5 and spent over 2 hours trying to buy a truck so i trusted her. I purchased the truck drove home sat down and read over my sales contract and it hit me they charged me an absurd amount more then the agreed price. Nobody will return my calls and Fiat doesn't care either. Even the paperwork is all wrong stating i traded in a vehicle that i didnt the vin #s dont match.

Worst car experience of my life. I WAS A CASH AND CARRY customer. No financing needed. Driving 4 hours for the 2013 Kia Optima sxl with 58k miles. Dealer had a week long convo with me back and forth regarding the quality of the vehicle.promisrd excellent condition and sent multiple PHOTOSHOP pics. I drove 4hours!!! To get this car. Get there and its garbage!! Back emblem broke off , dents scratches missing paint all the way around car, wheels with major road crash, and the ICING WAS THE FRINT BUMPER CRACKED ON THE VEHICLE. I then asked Bryan WHAT N THE WORLD happened he said he never saw the front bumper crack (really!?!l) and said maybe it jus happened that day. Oh yea when they started the car sounded like it was knocking. do not go there !!! buyers beware be very aware of this craphole

Stripped my lugs, blamed me and other shop that did not exist, charged triple amount on labor, made me find my own vehicle somewhere in their parking lot after service instead of bringing it to me, shuttle service left me stranded for over an hour, performed unauthorized "safety" inspection and did not give me findings in person but mailed it to me later
