I leased my 3rd Cadillac today using my same salesman, Robert Alexander at Capital Cadillac. Once again, Robert was able to anticipate what I wanted and like, He was able to have precisely what I wanted and what suits me. It is refreshing to have someone in this business who does not make you feel "pressured" and who honors what I think is right for me. In years past, I have had the opposite opinion of some car dealers and salesmen. Not only was Robert hospitable, Kevin Graham remembered many things he and I had discussed 3 1/2 years ago when I leased my last Cadillac. These personable touches make a customer feel appreciated and that they are not being "sold a bill of goods." LOL. Even if we are, I feel better about it because the dealership is so helpful and concerned about making my experience wonderful.

We’ve been helping buy and sell vehicles for a while and this is by far the WORST experience ever. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We called to inquire about a vehicle we were interested in. (We do not live in the area). Once we agreed on figures the salespersons attitude just got nasty. It went from concern to just another sale. The following day, after we heard from nobody about where we were in the process and what date we could specifically expect the vehicle to be delivered, we called Stephane 2:30 to find out what was going on. The salesperson again gave attitude so we asked to speak with a manger. Long story short, somehow we got screwed out of buying a vehicle because of the attitude of the salesperson. Yes we called an let the used car manager and general sales manger know. The General Sales manager seemed not to care too much.

The service was adequate and addressed my concerns. However, I believe that the team should provide closer attention to make additional improvements to customer service. I brought my vehicle in during a seemingly 'slow' time but the sense was that the employees were busied and was only interested in the minimum information required to perform service. This is the second scheduled servicing where the response from the employees was sort of 'meh'. I don't recall the name of the service cashier, but she was personable and professional. A good example of customer service in my opinion. I intentionally bypass several Buick dealers to bring my vehicle in for service as this is the dealer from which I made my purchase. If the customer service improves, I will make my next purchase from here as well. If it declines, I will take my business elsewhere.
Other than the observation outlined here, the results of the attained service have been at least on par with other manufacturers that I have dealt with. I would hope that the level of customer service continues or improves.

This was the absolute worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle. The manager Mike was completely unprofessional. They had messed up a figure on a sales contract, and instead of working with us for their mistake. The manager threw a tantrum and became volatile towards my wife and I ripping up papers. We had to walk away from the dealership. Don’t waste your time and find a better dealership. This dealership is a joke!

I had a bad experience/problem with my Kia that I was trading in for a 2019 Buick Encore Boyle was very good at putting me to ease, Dan my salesman from Boyle took care of me right from the start I felt very comfortable with the entire sales process from start to finish. He was fantastic he got me in a Beautiful 2019 Buick Encore AWD which I really love and suited my needs and met my financial needs too for the payments. He even helped me with a later purchase of accessories for my Buick. If I could give this dealership a 6 star rating I would! Highly recommend going there! How are you supposed to buy parts when you can't even find out if they have the part??? When should a potential customer expect a call back when their vehicle is broke down? Days later?

We have purchased 4 cars at Sharrett over the last several years as well as visiting numerous other dealers.Sharrett is by far the most customer oriented of any we have ever dealt with.Our salesman(Paul Melville)was most attentive and interested in us getting the car and deal we wanted.Everyone at this dealership was most friendly and helpful and I beiieve this attitude starts at the top and shows what the "shopping for a car"experience should be! Believe me, I have bought many cars over the years from many different dealers and many of them could take a lesson from Paul and his sales manager on customer relations!
