He was informative and helpful. We had came to test drive and compare vehicles from different dealers. Paul listened and helped us find the right vehicle and we were in love after the test drive. He even knew (before we did) that the ExL would be more of what we were really needing for our family. But he didn't pressure us,just let us be aware of options and when we came back we knew we wanted the ExL over the Ex:). Came back the next day to purchase! UPDATE 6/27: After my review below, Brown's called me and offered to honor their original price quote from TrueCar, so I decided to buy the car. Brown's was short staffed in their finance department, so I had to wait three hours even though we already worked out the details by phone, but I appreciate them deciding to keep their word in the end.
Brown's used car sales team is dishonest and engages in lowballing. Brown's provided me with prices and fees they said were comprehensive, and they stated verbally to me that they would honor their listed prices from TrueCar.com, which included fees. Later, Brown's reneged on their own written price quotes and verbal statements, tacking on previously unlisted fees - first a $999, then $499 pre-delivery inspection fee, and later another $999 fee to account for the cost of fixing three problems with their Certified Pre-Owned car (problems that would have been covered under the CPO warranty anyway). Obviously, there are going to be fees on top of any car purchase, but staff at Brown's are engaging in dishonest and intentionally deceptive sales practices to get customers like me in the door, then tacking on more charges later.
I will update this review if Brown's decides to honor its written price quotes and verbal statements. Otherwise, the review will remain.

Javier is a very good salesperson. He was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the models we were interested in. Had all the answers and was honest. No pressure. It was a few weeks between our initial visit and when we returned to purchase and he was completely understanding. I would highly recommend working with him when you are ready to purchase a Honda.

When we purchased our 1st Honda from Antrim Way Honda, Tammy made it one of the best car buying experiences we ever had. We were so happy with the experience, we returned 4 months later and purchased a 2021 Honda Ridgeline. Without a doubt, a 5 star experience.
Before we could make our 1st payment on the Ridgeline, we returned to have some accessories installed and had our overall experience shattered by the rude and unprofessional behavior of Brad the service scheduler. He spoke with a condescending tone and verbally brushed me off when I questioned him on when my vehicle would be started (I had an 8am appointment and at 8:30 my vehicle had still not been started when all others had) When we brought the problem to the service manager, his response was to falsely accuse me of using profanity at his employees, instead of investigating it himself by checking cameras and talking with other customers in the area, nothing was resolved. The owner stated that this had never happened before, which based on the reviews in cars.com and yelp, this behavior from Chad/Brad was quite common. The owner then offered that the manager was a 40 year employee, which told me that my complaint was falling on deaf ears. No one offered an apology, which was the only restitution we were looking for. Antrim Way Honda has a history of treating women poorly by the service department, an integral part of the buying experience. The part that establishes the long term relationship between dealer and buyer. Had I of known, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Not a bad experience, but nothing special. I spoke to a couple different salesmen so it was kind of confusing. I feel like I got a good price for the car I purchased but it was disappointing that they did not honor the discounts the website portrayed (recent college grad and dealership fee price on website). Double check the financing information and numbers they give you because there were some mistakes made in the financing department that had to be corrected.

Please don't do what we did and ignore the reviews of this place!! My husband and I purchased a 2020 Honda CR-V from them last night and this was easily our worst car buying experience EVER. Prior to arriving, we had a great experience with our saleswoman who had two models of the vehicle we were interested in pulled up to the front awaiting our arrival at our request. We quickly decided on which one we wanted and began the paperwork. This is where is started to go downhill. We repeatedly mentioned in text, email and person that we were not interested in financing as we already had it line up through our credit union. When we began, questions about what our rates, payments, etc would be, started. I again reminded our saleswoman we had financing line up and weren't interested in this and she stated these questions were just part of the paperwork and were required of her to ask. While chatting politely with us, she brought some paperwork for us to begin signing and told us both it was the standard papers to get the ball rolling. Our mistake was not paying more attention and instead trusting her. After waiting well over an hour, we were finally taken back to finance and after signing papers there and waiting for the finance representative to call to our credit union and verify the check, I decided to go through my email. Imagine my surprise to see an alert from Credit Karma telling me I had a new hard inquiry on my report. I opened my account and lo and behold, Pohanka Honda had run credit checks on both myself and my husband despite us stating no credit was needed. The on duty manager had come into the room at this point to assist the finance person with something so I asked why a credit check was performed without our consent and after a moment of appearing flustered, he began to rifle through our papers and pulls out the forms our sales person told us were just "standard papers". in tiny writing on the bottom in a very large paragraph, it states by signing, we are applying for credit and authorizing them to run credit checks. This didn't sit well with either of us. The manager began to stumble through an explanation stating it was the general managers policy to run credit checks on everyone who buys a car just incase their bank check doesn't clear. When further questioned, he then stated it was because of 9-11 and the federal law requires them to do it to prove we are who we say we are and that we aren't terrorists. What he was referring to is the Patriot Act. Anyone with a slight knowledge of the Patriot Act knows this doesn't require or allow car dealerships to run a credit check on customers. We argued rather heatedly with him over the topic and at one point he told the finance lady since we were "bending him over a barrel" to just cancel our sale. At this point, all papers had been signed, the check had been authorized and filled out with all of their information. I was more than thrilled to do this and to this very minute wish we would have, but my husband just wanted the whole thing to be over. We walked out of there with not only a godawful experience, but also with a car that in the grand scheme of things, wish we wouldn't have bought from them and we are now looking into our options with hiring an attorney for their unlawful practice of running credit checks on unsuspecting customers. Please, please, please, read all the reviews of this place and think twice before dealing with them.

Bait and switch pricing. Beware when viewing online deals. We went with the price listed on their website to look at a car. After arriving they added 2k in fees that we've never heard of. Then at signing they had upped the price another 2k without telling us showing us the original agreed upon price as the top line with all of the fees associated with it adding to it. All in all a 4k increase over the "internet price".

I have had two cases with Darcars of Honda were the repairs on my vehicle have been done very unprofessionally. The first time they changed my oil the cap was left off and the fumes quickly entered into the car. The second time they forgot to place the lug nuts on my tire causing my car to wobble very badly. I was so scared because I didn't know at first what the issue was. I placed my trust into Darcars of Honda and this is the second time that they have dropped the ball. They state on their website and when you call in the safety of their customers, which they don't. That is false advertisement and they placed me in danger not once but twice.
