I was told that I could cancel a warranty by James Cook III within 30 days. I came back in person to cancel the warranty, which he reluctantly agreed to cancel, however, I later found out that the warranty was never cancelled!

Avoid! Danger! Run while you can. I bought a used car here and the lies, deception and scams keep piling up. Everyone was friendly at first, in the same way a shark smiles at fresh blood in the water. The salesman and the manager misrepresented and lied about the condition of the used car. It was an older car but with very low miles and looked nice. They told me it was a quality car and had been inspected and was in great shape. They said it wasn’t driven much, in prime shape, and a perfect deal. I smelled what I thought was anti-freeze. They hid the truth by steam cleaning the engine and saying the smell was the cleaning fluid. I specifically asked about the smell. The smell did turn out to be anti-freeze and oil leaking through the bad, aged seals. The car looked nice but the condition was horrid. The first problem, coils, happened on day one. They fixed that one. Then when the bigger problems came on within a week, they accused me of doing the damage! You cannot destroy engine seals in a week. This time, they tried to tell me that car's low miles indicated that it had been sitting and anything can happen over time. Which lie is it? They wanted to charge me almost $3000 for a car I had for less than week. To add insult to injury, at first, they said they would fix the problem for free. Then they reneged and wanted the full amount. I was shocked. After a lot of haggling and frustration I got the price down but the problems keep coming. Bad coils, check engine lights and Priority has only made it a "priority" to rip me off. I will never spend another dime there and highly recommend — warn you — not to either.

He called me right back with all the details of what interest rate and options he could offer me for my purchase. Give this guy a promotion. As a previous commentor said, Scott, the manager, is an absolute jerk. He is rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help. This place is disorganized, inefficient, and ultimately, dishonest. Do not go here .I took my Sentra in for a passenger airbag recall my dash was perfect . After replacing the airbag the airbag cover part of the dash is all loose .I called them they told me to bring it in ,I diid they came back to waiting room and said it is all done they glued it all down . I went to car and I could not believe it the dash was sticking up even further than before ,I wanted to flip out but decided just to go home .When I got home I checked it out and they used some junk that looked like you use on your house what a joke .I pulled up the loose cover and removed the junk glue that only would have hardened and lifted the cover even more .If someone gave me a brand new Nissan for free I would take it somewhere else to be repaired.

I was led to this dealer through the Costco program. I was told their price was about $2,000 less than everybody else's but that turned out not to be true. Their prices were the same or sometimes more expensive and the salesmen I dealt with online and over the phone could never give me straight answers. They just wanted me to show up and then do the 2-hour dance of haggling even though I knew exactly what car I wanted to buy. I eventually applied for auto financing and was told by a salesman I was approved given my good credit (my score is about 840). Shortly after, I got a letter from them in the mail saying they could not finance my car even though my credit score was high. They asked me to contact their "Finance Director" for more specific reasons. I thought it was odd since every other dealership was offering me financing, so I asked a salesman what had happened. He said the letter was just a mistake. At this point, I got tired of the dishonesty and doublespeak and decided to go with another dealer. Based on the reviews I see here, other people have had problems with them for not being straightforward. I'll avoid them in the future.

I cannot recommend less. I bought a used car (2015 Honda civic) from them and not only did they lie about putting a new battery in it, put an old battery in instead (got it home and immediately needed it replaced) then they denied it and neglected to pay for it after a verbal agreement that they would, but now 1 year later I had to bring my car in to a different dealership for a brake system warning and they informed me that the brakes were having an issue because the emergency brake system had the actuators stripped before I bought it, since the car wasn't set to service mode and they forced the brakes open. This means that in the year since I bought it, I've paid over $1,300 for parts and labor that should never have been an issue and are the sole responsibility of Passport Nissan's poor mechanics and shady salesmen. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Buyer beware, they will take advantage of you given any chance

And don't expect to get anything fixed there without waiting three hours for them to diagnose EVERYTHING that is wrong with your car... not requested—enforced. What a waste of my time.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
