We happened to buy our Land Rover Discovery vehicle from this dealer. Our experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. Everyone at the dealership was very professional especially our sales person, Reda Habati , who helped us from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Reda was pleasant, very upfront and honest. Reda Habati was very professional, very courteous and patient with our family. He made our buying experience very easy and tolerable. The finance department was also very efficient and up-to-date. In short, we had a great experience with the dealership.

I typically look after hours at vehicles since my work schedule is so busy. I found a very nice BMW 750i at Kingstowne Motorcars one evening in January and upon reviewing the autos listed by them on their website found the auto might possibly meet my needs. I returned a few days later to Kingstowne and met Sam Waheed, a very personable and knowledgeable sales person. After discussing the auto with Sam I took the auto on a test drive. It drove and responded perfectly, and I next took the vehicle to my certified BMW mechanic for a checkout. He found the vehicle to be in top shape, and with that I returned to Kingstowne to purchase the car. The price was a little over other 750i vehicles in this area, but due to the low mileage and perfect condition, clean Carfax and only one owner, I felt the vehicle was worth the small additional cost. I purchased the vehicle and am very satisfied with the ride, performance, and features. Kingstowne took care of my registration and tags, and continue to be responsive to my emails and visits. I highly recommend this dealership, my buying experience there was top notch. They also let me know they perform repairs and maintenance, and I will check them out when that is needed. All of the staff at Kingstowne are polite and personable, and happy to assist. My son will be needing a vehicle later this year and I intend to return to Kingstowne for his vehicle. This is my second time getting a car from Pohanka. Worked with Rimoun who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the RDX '19 lease I wanted. This place always seems to give better than average trade-in value for you old vehicle and will work to try and get you a good price. My entire experience at Rockville Audi was easy and enjoyable thanks to Jessica and her excellent customer service skills. I came to Rockvilel Audi after visiting other dealerships around the area, and the thing that stood out the most was Jessica's easy going and calm personality. She was personable, knowledgeable, but wasn't pushy or persistent with a sales pitch. Another thing that set this dealership apart was that I was actually allowed to test drive the vehicle on highway instead of just taking it around the block. All of the previous dealerships and I mean ALL, just took me around the block and that was it. Having the opportunity to drive on various traffic pattern was really important to me and I'm glad Jessica suggested that before I had to even ask. Fast forward, I really loved the car, and made the final deal to purchase it, and the process from signing the papers to getting the keys were easy and efficient. My financial insitution was slow in getting the check to them and Jessica was kind enough to schedule the delivery of the vehicle before she had the physical check in her hand, to ensure I didn't have to wait any longer. Brian Cail was diligent and provided great customer service in ensuring an issue with my Honda was resolved. They had to replace a few parts over a couple of visits. Brian and Corey (tech) would not give in. They fixed the problem and did not hit me up with additional charges. Simply put, they got the job done. Met with Matt Smith on our second visit, he let us test drive multiple cars and patiently answered all our questions and explained all the benefits that are for us to avail at the dealership. He is funny too. We worked with Nariman at closing, who had all our options clearly laid out, did not fuss, did not push, accommodated all our queries and cleared the paper work in probably the most fastest way possible. Went back to Euro motors in bethesda for total of 15+ years. Went back for a lease to Euro because of Eric Scott. Also, love the convenience of stopping by for a quick car wash and a cup of coffee. (Although, this is only couple of times a year.) One suggestion I would have for Euro motors would be if they can be more attentive when they change the service employee’s and wished Euro would notify me when this happens so that I may know who the new point of contact is.

My experience at Rockville BMW was less about a strenuous sales situation and more about working with a friend. I went in to Rockville BMW to test drive a car I saw on-line. I called and was told to ask for Rhashaad Winford. I met Rhashaad and the car was all ready to go sitting out front. Rhashaad was extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of the M5. I picked up what I could in the short time spent in the car. I told Rhashaad I had to get back to work and didn't have time to discuss price or financing. He said call when you can. The no-pressure approach was greatly appreciated. Over the next week we stayed in touch while I was looking at other cars. He always got right back to me with any questions I had. We Promised my son a car for obtaining his Eagle Scout. He wanted a 5 Speed and a Subaru. Being the WRX was out of my price range both for the car and the insurance, we decided to look for a different model of Subaru. Being nothing around here was in my range, clean, wrecked, sold I expanded my search away from Western Pa and found a good bit out there. They were all priced pretty well, but still out of my range being I was paying cash. When I came across a legacy at Arlington Auto Sales, I was shocked to see the price, and I too was sketchy on the car. I have a relative who know his way around a car if asked if he would drive it and give it a quick look over. To my surprised, he loved it and said it was in real good share, and drove well, but I was still not convinced. So I had him go back and put it on a lift they have there, and he looked it over. Again he told me it looks very well maintained under the car too. I ended up putting a deposit on it. Raymond was awesome through the whole experience. He was always up front, honest and worked with some of my request being I was from out of town. My son and I ended up heading down, buying the car and driving it home. I would defiantly recommend them.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our used car buying experience at eTrade Auto Sales! The dealership is not fancy and it’s hard to find a place to park, but we got a fantastic price on a 2013 Toyota with low miles. We were appreciative and impressed that the salesman Ali authorized the service team to perform all the little fixes that we requested. The process of getting the paperwork finished to buy our car (through the USAA buying program) was very smooth and unstressful. Alex also gave us great customer service and made sure we were completely satisfied. Our Maryland tags took a little longer to be mailed to us than we’d hoped, but we are thrilled with our new ride and we highly recommend eTrade Auto Sales.
