This is honestly the best service I’ve had of any dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 a.m. I showed up late and they still had me taken care of in less than 45 minutes. They are always very informative, they never try to pressure you on any services. All of the techs/mechanics are very friendly and clearly well trained. I drive an hour and a half from FarmVille to have my service done by them, if that tells you anything.

They were not offering top dollar but rather just trade-in....i should have got up and left but I didn’t and thats my fault...but I’m glad to see the shady underbelly of this part of the automobile industry is still alive and bending Americans over and wearing them out..good job guys....keep up the good work.

My husband and I initially sought out to purchase a used car from Radley. Shortly after arriving at the dealership, we met Aaron and immediately established a rapport with him. We explained that the car was to be for teenaged drivers and that safety was our primary concern. Aaron showed us the Chevy Cruze and a Chevy Sonic. We ultimately went with a 2018 Chevy Cruze LT with the RS package. The best thing about Aaron is that he LISTENED to us and worked with us to find a car that had the safety features we wanted and the piece of mind we needed at a price we were comfortable with. Off we went in our new Cruze! Fast forward two and a half weeks later; my car died. My new friend Aaron answered the call yet again. After test driving an Equinox and a Malibu, I found myself in another new Cruze. The entire transaction was quick, efficient, and professional with none of the back and forth between us and the sales manager or finance. Aaron is patient, friendly, and never made us feel as if we were just another sale. Buying from Radley (with Aaron's assistance) has been the most pleasant car buying experience to date; and I've purchased my share of cars over the years! I would highly recommend Aaron and Radley Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Went to look at cars, walked around at least 20 minutes outside. Thought maybe they wete short staffed because of the holiday so we went inside. 3 people hanging around a desk, 1 at a desk, one busy with customers. We stood there with no acknowledgment, hello or any eye contact from any employees for at least 5 minutes before we walked out and drove away. No customer service at all.

I should have learned with my last purchase.... went in with Internet Pricing ‘they’re supposed to honor’ but after asking if I’m a (being obviously retired) Fire Fighter, EMT, Teacher, or, of all things, owned a MUSTANG. Rediculous. I really wanted my Red Camaro so after husband coming in with gruff faces, ended up paying $1500 more than Internet price , after they wanted $3500 more. Finance man was VERY rude, as well as first 2 salesmen AND I WAS PAYING CASH,,,. They ended up sticking me with a young new guy that took pity but he was no help.
We buy & sell a lot of cars. My husband does a lot o pre research and this is the only dealer who DOES NOT honor their Internet Ad pricing. Yesterday because we had to leave for an appointment NEXT MAN UP THE POLE said he’d call us in an hour. NO CALL. Forget Lindsay. Most all Sales folks been there under 10 months. Their responses overall are less than adequate. DONT GO TO LINDSAY. We have in past as we live 2 miles away but NEVER AGAIN.
May get a nice Jeep from folks down the road where after we left keep emailing us. They want our business. GET A CLUE LINDSAY

I went to Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC looking for the advertised great prices on some great trucks. What I received was a great buying experience carried out by an excellent sales team. Sales representative Alexander Alecxih started it off with great customer service skills, both personable and professional. He was attentive, interested, and knowledgeable without his performance feeling contrived. That was followed up by a well-rounded veteran experience as given by his sales supervisor Ryan Thompson. Southern bred, and well adjusted to city folk, Ryan completed the experience and left me completely satisfied with my purchase. I could go on to talk about James in service, or my finance specialist who did all the paper/computer work; but, I'm trying to be brief. But just let me say...I do believe they're available for a repeat performance!

So after my horrible experience with this second rate operation, the GM appeared to make amends by offering to refund my "loaner car" payment. This was in November after we had bought our new VW Atlas in Annapolis which we love. The service there was so much better and still is.
No check in November, but good news their salesman still calls twice a week.
No check in December, whoops, I guess we forgot.. you're not important enough for us to worry about...

Today is 1-9-19 and mail was delivered without a check! What a surprise. The old "check is in the mail" xxxxxxxx.... we live less than 20 miles away, they could have floated the check down the river and we'd have it by now.
By the way, our car spent 2 weeks at the equally terrible Ourisman Bowie location, the CS was so bad there that the guy quit. And they had to refund us 2 weeks of the rental car because they couldn't get the repairs right
Its a bad organization top to bottom, you have so many choices out there as a consumer, I would recommend you stay far away from these clowns

I am very appreciative of the great customer service that I received with this dealer. We were visiting from Massachusetts and had to have service done on our Jeep before traveling home. In a last minute bind we also realized that we needed an inspection sticker on the Jeep before our left no travel to another state. Nick was able to fix 3 recalls , replace a sensor that needed to be fixed and also give us a inspection sticker all in time for us to travel home safely! We appreciate all you did for us your promptness in getting everything done means the world to us!!!!

Took them 2 days to figure out the car did not take an electronic key. They also broke items and tried to give it back to us without telling us. Also, this car has tnat steering rattle. Shame on you and GM
No Customer Service in the Garage, or Service Writer area - Sadz71Chevy
The service writers with the exception of "Tony" are arrogant and rude, "Chester", the worst. Mechanics that hold up the service writers seem untrained or don't care. Service 4WD light, going from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive on the column, stayed in correct gear, but system telling me to service the 4WD. Mechanic told service writer he couldn't duplicated the error message that was coming on for months. The passive alarm system in the 2004 Chevy Tahoe z71 trucks have a well documented problem of something going a rye with the security system and the vehicle "thinking" its being stolen and won't start. There is a ritual required to reset the security system that will allow one to start the truck. The lock and key symbol appear on the dash at the same time the security problem begins. The mechanic first replaced the ignition switch, didn't correct the problem, then said couldn't duplicate the problem. The vehicle was in the garage at Page Chevy for three full days and all for the mechanics to do nothing, and the service writers to double talk, make comments, it was a bad experience and I tried this dealership for repairs more than five times. These repairs I'm told needed to be corrected by a Chevy dealer, the security system and 4WD, otherwise I would have never dreamed of taking the truck to a dealership, but this place is not a true dealership once you get to the repair shop. Never again.

I took my truck to McKay for service. I told them I didn't want to simply change out parts, but to fix the underlying problem. That's why I went to a dealership instead of a neighborhood mechanic. They replaced parts, charged me a ton of money and didn't fix my problem. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they actually LIED and said that they told me my truck required additional work, which the invoice clearly shows is false. They are incompetent and dishonest.

I recently visited the store to purchase a new car. I was working with a young sales person and everything was going okay until Clint the GM tried to get involved. He tried to explain that the dealer pricing was handled by Mr. Leckner himself and he agreed it was a bait and switch style price scheme just to get people in the door. He said the $999 processing fee was also just a way to get the owner paid and if he owned the store he wouldn’t charge more than $99 or no processing fee. Clint was nice but how can I trust a company who’s own GM doesn’t believe in the owners or company mission. Sounds like Mr. Leckner might want to change the company mission or hire managers that agree with his agenda. Either way I’m not buying from a company who’s own store manager doesn’t believe in their services or products worth.
